also, when we get the 25% divi the stock price will reflect this with a 25% decline so if this freefall continues we are going to be worse off. just something to look forward too.

cas please leave the scare tactics at the door! A 25% PPS decline post divi is offset by the divi itself, and you know it! Try answering what the proper divi date is, that would be a more productive use of your energy!

Furthermore! I still hold many of those original shares! I have been payed 3 divi's on them to date, and 1 coming and that pretty much covers the original value completely!

cas you are correct in the decline of the price share. That is a given no doubt as thats been the case. Once the divi's are given we will see a r/s after the new year which is more then certain as this is the norm for the company.Im betting that a r/s will happen before the audit will be released which im guessing in february if we are lucky

amanick, watch out for rick he hates negativity. I call it reality. anyway rick, I bought this nightmare on Feb 10, 05. 6,000,000 shares which I watch be reverse splitted to 108,000 shares. and that's including those small divi's we've received.

I hear you cas. I read some of the posts and if some people bought from the beggining and held through the reverse spilyts they still wont break even unless they are about in the 02 range and that will be with the new divi's. Btw remember when the divi date was changed last time out thats always a possibilty of it happening again. I am holding the the shares that I got long term as I always said I would but if more false pr's come out I am going to unload just over 023

I need it to get to .03 to break even. The funny thing with this stock is that given the earnings and the property that have (own, who knows) it should be trading at .09. I think thats why I've stayed in because it has never traded to its value. (see rick I can be postive) That being said I look at passed performace and charts and have to conclude my previcous statement. rick don't take this personnal we woould all love to see this hit a dollar but we have to be realists and when the stock is doing poorly we have to give our opinion.

you are correct norma thats where I am thinking this is heading. I also am waiting to see if the aquasition went through on the golf course which we wil know next week maybe if they tell us. If the deal doesnt go through and they still use part of the 500 shares for the divi that just isnt right it should go back to where it was before issuing it which would have brought us to 200m shares then do the split. If they dont do that then i know that the r/s will be certain.

casviper i too think it should be trading well above where it is based on the pr claims. but we never really know if what ibac says is true. they come out with pr's that are vague then months later reverse those pr's. i can't keep track what they actually own. i mean they bought the royal arkansas over a year and a half ago and still cant make a website for the property. a hotel not having an online reservations website is terrible.

The issue really for holders long tern is actually what this company is worth. I think what they need to do is state exactly to date what they own , what the percentages are of ownership and most importantly not profit but DEBT which is unknown. all the PR's look great but if you have no idea of the debt of the company then the pr's are worthless. We already know they dont own the golf course that someone mentioned earlier they own. We have no idea whether they sold the hotel or not as indicated in previous Pr"s and we have no idea what the status of sanable is either because of the conflicting reports.Untill this company comes clean with an actual audit that can be identified then this is nothing more then speculation.I go back to my previous posts today. I am wondering who got burned this week by the manipulation of the stock.

some what norma. Problem is they bought the finace company that we never heard a peep out of since. I am wonderign what was going on with that as well. We all speculated that he purchase of the finace company was for them to use it for a better rate of interest in financing their projects.I got a funny feeling when we find out what the debt of this company is we will all be in for a suprise imo.

Wow! many changes over the last few weeks. I should take a vacation more often.
Just to pipe in on the investment banking company. I presume that the deal never went through like so many others. They have a knack for PR's potential targets and then after a few days of investigating they walk away and we never hear a peep about it.

saw that, but the fact remains this company has never filed anything with the SEC, it will take more than 1 form to move to the OTCBB! 10K,10Q,8K? others? smoke and mirrors?
