I've owned this for years through all the BS and as soon as it hits .03 I will be at breakeven and out.

Norma and viper I am going to be dumping as well in that range as I have discussed in the past. One of the things we know that even with the audit they wont release it any time soon. It took over a year to get the audit to them. There is no say as to when they will release it and I suspect it will be after the new year.I still am suspect on the last PR as well.Notice we were never told of the increase of shares to 500m and after the split will have 350m on hand? thats more shares then what was out before thats still left.Having a history of hiding from holders nothing can be trusted. Good luck to both of you and you are making the right moves with break even and never look back.

The key is the audit,if we see it,the company has a future and the pps can't be lower than 5 cents.

I agree MV. Problem is how long before we see the audit? It took over a year to get it into their hands and may take just as long for them to release it. Only then will we know what the true assests are. Remember we have no idea what their actual debt is either as it's never been reported.We have no idea whether or not the sold the restaraunt or hotel nor do we know if the deal with the golf course will go through.I tend to doubt the golf course deal will go through as you know they always release info then fail to mention the deal lapsed. Its kind of like the purchase of the hotel they bought only to find out later they only owned a portion of it then supposedly sold it but yet own it .Anyone want to take bets on when the audit will be released? As for the company haviong a future thats possible as I have indicated before but we wont know until they come clean with all of us.

it's working on 20% of the authorized being traded today! This is just off the hook! I'm really thinking quite seriously that someone is attempting a buy-out here! maybe it's the golf course they want??? Not sure but now it's traded well over 50% of the authorized since last Wednesday and someone is behind this move in a big big way!

The 25% free trading share dividend will be given to shareholders of record on December 1, 2006 and paid December 15, 2006. The reduction of authorized shares from 500 Million to 350 Million shares factors in the payment of the dividend.

The company doesnt own a golf course please re read ( below )what was said.Not only do they not own the golf course many so called aqusitions never have gone through. At this point we really have no idea what they have and what they don't have because of the false PR's.
