Blackbeard, I am a Choicetrade user as well and my visible share total is also 1:1. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether or not we actually have all of our shares or not. Please read the response from the Corporate Actions department at Penson Financial below.
I have contacted DTC & the Agent stated these will not be restricted, however when DTC received the certificate it had a 144 legend on the certificate. Therefore, they were issued as restricted. I spoke w/ DTC & because their system is not set up to hold and issue the large amount of shares. I was informed that on 10/3 they will be exiting the restricted and as they receive the certificates from the Agent they will be issuing the shares.
Blackbeard, I just pm'ed you this, i apologize as i didn't see this thread before i pm'ed you. have you talked to anyone at choicetrade since that email? i am hoping we get our shares ready to trade, because i am hearing of some people say that this may start trading next week! and i do not want to be on the sidelines incase this does something. and if this does happen, the brokers are responsible for this mishap and they'll hear it!! the email they sent us doesnt make sense. so what they cant fit the number in a box on the site. if other brokers' system can handle it, so should ours. i think they may be full of it...

The announcement does not excite me as I learned from QBID not expect meaty PR's just because it is a birthday, anniversary, xmas or any other day. Great PR's can come anytime. Waiting for special event days will bring disappointment and could lead to sell offs.
No need to be pumping, just a need to hold tight and wait for the news

Not comparing, just stating that waiting for PR's and expecting them on so called special days, can lead to disappointment. All pumped up for an announcement that does not turn out to be what you expected. Read what I said "I learned a valuable lesson to not expect PR's on birthdays, xmas or other holidays that we see as being special. Not only BKMP but for many other stocks that has held true.

I agree... I did not invest in this stock for the up/down, live for the PR...The big ones will come and I want to be a part of the run that follows..... USA penetration...when more shares are retired..when company turns its first profit... I'm not here for the quick buy/sell....flip deals...That is not to say that I won't take advantage if the opportunity presents itself.. Happy Birthday! Things are good and I believe this is a good time to accumulate...we'll see

Just thinking and I'll tell you what, I'm not to upset over the 07 timeline to break into the US. By that time at least some of my shares will be held for over 1 year!
BKMP will run to better than .001 someday, and I'll hold on until it does.

Schwabie, I have absolutely no problem with people that don't believe in BKMP or post negative things about it. But when people post the way you do, laughing at the people that were wrong in their expectations like you're happy they didn't benefit just sucks. You're like a 5th grader on a playground pointing and laughing at another kid that fell and scraped his knee. You actually get off on other people's downfalls and I'm telling you, it really makes you out to look like a bad person. Not only are you spending a lot of your free time on a forum board about a stock you don't own, which I couldn't even imagine doing. It's just so unproductive for your time. But when things go bad for the supporters here, you actually seem happy. You should really evaluate what it is your purpose is. Because I've seen a couple posts where people have mentioned negatve reasons for not wanting to be in a stock on a board, and maybe actually trying to help people. I've read your posts and anyone that reads them can easily see that you're literally here to hurt, bother, and pick on hopeful people. No offense, but you're acting like total scum. You're the bad people. You're the one that people are wondering, "Who raised this jerk?!?" You should seriously ask yourself what you're getting out of your bashing. If you honestly think maybe it will drop the PPS so you can buy cheaper shares, then that's fine. We'll all watch and laugh at your little fantasy that is so far from realistic. Not saying it won't go down. Just saying if it does, it's not because YOU were bashing it. SO you think that Schwab doesn't own this? I think your wrong, if he doesn't now he will when it touches .0003-.0004, and he will sell when it gets to .0006-.0008. 100% profit is a good thing. I don't always agree with his tactics but I have learned to not let them bother me, kind of the same way I deal with relentless. It is what it is, and they do what they do.

Totally agree there. But c'mon. His postings on Allstocks aren't making it drop. It will drop if it's going to drop. I've watched BKMP/FCDH for a year and it moves on heavy volume. It goes down when tens of millions of shares are sold and it goes up when tens of millions of shares are bought. The people with that much money going in or out are NOT looking at Schwab's postings to make their decisions. Sooooo, hope it goes down, buy at .0003, sell at .0009. Perfect! But why come on here and laugh at everyone and act like a jerk when they're upset? That's my point. No purpose other than getting off on other's misery. It's pathetic.

Roger that burn....I ran into some trouble on page 4....Im trying to incorporate how BKMP's bashers get by on picking on the little guy along with there direct correlation to John Shanklin.
You see, if you dont get enough shank then you tend to be grumpy like a baby without a pacifire. Thats whats going on here with schwabie and relentless, they're not looking at the stocks share shortage, they focusing on the lack of shank in their mouw....eh....lives.
