Charts have shown BKMP forming a Double Top Reversal which happened and was confirmed just less than two months ago.
For those reading these boards...that particular BKMP Potential Double Top had nothing to do with opinion........it clearly documented what occurred...............
So do not be sidetracked by opinions of others who say charts do not matter...they clearly do.....

As everyone can see on this following chart...BKMP always ran after the Bollinger Bands contracted. One can see the factual evidence of 3 major contractions leading to 3-4 seperate runs. I was invested in all these runs...which occurred well before last Spring, in fact, all the way back to the beginnings of The fight Network..... So when newbies who haven't even been here a year yet, start commenting upon the irrelevancy of BKMP Charts....use the Charts and see for yourself if they portray what has taken place.

Toronto, Canada– October 18th, 2006 ––The Fight Network TM, North America’s first and only twenty-four (24) hour combatant sports and entertainment channel, announced today that Frank Trigg, a world-class mixed martial arts competitor and color commentator for PRIDE Fighting Championships, has joined The Fight Network broadcast team, as an on-air analyst for the Network’s expanding news coverage for the sport of mixed martial arts (“MMA”) across all of its distribution platforms of television, radio, mobile and web. “We are very excited to have Frank join our team of experts,” said Mike Garrow, President of The Fight Network. “Frank is a unique talent and selection from an on-air perspective given the fact that he is still an active competitor and coach in the sport who is very candid with his opinions and thoughts, which I feel will only add another exciting dimension for our consumers who come to The Fight Network looking for that “edge” with their news and analysis coverage each and everyday for MMA.”
Frank Trigg is an American mixed martial arts fighter who has competed all over the world with such promotions as PRIDE Fighting Championships, UFC, Rumble on the Rock and the World Fighting Alliance. Frank has also coached wrestling at the University of Oklahoma, where he is also a graduate with a degree in Public Affairs. Trigg’s media experience comes in the form of various articles he has written for fight-orientated magazines and Internet websites that cover the sport of MMA. Trigg is the former co-host of the MMA Weekly radio show with the late Ryan Bennett and is the current color commentator for PRIDE Fighting Championships pay-per-view events. Trigg is also the owner of an urban athletic wear company called Triggonomics. “I am fired up,” said Trigg. “I never pull any punches when it comes to my views on the sport I love. Now with the multiple media platforms The Fight Network provides at my disposal, all I can say is tune in - there will be fireworks.”

At the risk of sounding like a basher may I ask one question? Is there really a "huge" demand for this type of programming like everyone on this thread hopes there is? I like boxing and kick boxing but not enough to pay for it. And this new fighting where 2 guys roll around on the floor trying to strangle each other gets pretty boring after 5 minutes. I've made money flipping this one but is it really a long term investment? glta!!!!

Sandy Winick is protecting the share-holders and BKMP from the illegal activity of Naked Short Selling. He issued 10000:1 PFDs during a 9 day period (which is extremely unusual time wise).
This caused Charles Schwab to issue a transmittal that contained deceptive information about the integrity of BKMP and the non-issuance of the preferred shares (PFDs).
Several Brokers allegedly starting to give their clients/customers excuses as to why they could not accept the PFDs until facts about the reorganiztion was disclosed......
Sandy Winick will not budge/inform until UBSS/Scwab/Etrade etc etc submit validation for their shares........thus we sit here while albeit slowly they do what they need to do at $.0004.......
Selling has all but stopped and MM/Brokers get to play with the 'trick' switch (LAST buttton) until they reconsile the O/S.......
So in the meantime....Sandy & Mike are in Europe....Randy Couture is in Monaco...& Frank Triggs is in California...
On the upper Bollinger Band I have continually dropped the bar day after day...but now I will leave it in place for those of you who want to watch how the upper Bollinger is contracting upon the lower by degrees.
Conclusions Even though Bollinger Bands can help generate buy and sell signals, they are not designed to determine the future direction of a security. The bands were designed to augment other analysis techniques and indicators. By themselves, Bollinger Bands serve two primary functions:
To identify periods of high and low volatility
To identify periods when prices are at extreme, and possibly unsustainable, levels. As stated above, securities can fluctuate between periods of high volatility and low volatility. Being able to identify a period of low volatility can serve as an alert to monitor the price action of a security. Other aspects of technical analysis, such as momentum, moving averages and retracements, can then be employed to help determine the direction of the potential breakout.
Remember that buy and sell signals are not given when prices reach the upper or lower bands. Such levels merely indicate that prices are high or low on a relative basis. A security can become overbought or oversold for an extended period of time. Knowing whether or not prices are high or low on a relative basis can enhance our interpretation of other indicators and assist with timing issues in trading. http://stockcharts.com/education/IndicatorAnalysis/indic_Bbands.html

Well can you show us where charts have shown an increase in PPS was going to happen and it did? I've been hearing for about a year now how good the charts look and I've never seen these chart prophecies actually come true.
P.S. Please don't show the spikes that came from news and say the charts predicted it, because that would just be silly.
BKMP has spiked twice in the last year, both times due to good news. That's it.

Blackout Media Corp. Issues Letter to Shareholders
TORONTO, Sep 06, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Blackout Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) announced today that it has released a Letter to Shareholders from President Sandy Winick updating the shareholders on the progress made at the Company. The text of the letter appears below. Dear Shareholders:
Blackout Media's main asset is still its 20% interest in The Fight Network and all its various brand extensions through Blackout Communications Inc.
It has been our goal from day one and still is our goal to build The Fight Network into a globally recognized brand that combatant sports fans will come to identify as "the Source" for fight sports events and entertainment. Here are a few of the highlights that have been implemented to achieve that long term goal:
Television
We have now successfully launched our service on the following cable and satellite providers in Canada:
Rogers StarChoice Videotron Cogeco Source Cable Mountain Cable Telus Aurora Cable Bobcaygen Cable Campbell River Cable Cable Axion Compton Cable Cross Country Cable TV Slave Lake Cable Cable Davia Private Cable Fenelon Falls Mascon Communications Milk River Cable Norcom Telecom New North Networks North Nova Cable Northwestel Cable Rush Communications Sunshine Communications Westman Communications Whistler Cable Yourlink
We are soon to be launching this fall on the remaining cable and satellite operators in Canada, bringing the total number of carriers to about 50. Once this occurs we will have Canada's nearly 5,000,000 digital households. In addition to that we have been working with Trajectory Sports of New York in pursuing carriage in the United States and we are in talks with a number of operators including:
DirectTV Verizon - FIOS ATT - U-verse Lodgenet On Command Dish Network Bresnan
We have expanded our efforts in pursuing carriage and business opportunities in the United States. We strive to have some exciting new announcements by year's end. Fall Line-Up -- we have secured a number of new promotions from around the world to preview this coming fall on the network, these new shows will give us some of the most premium content in Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Wrestling found anywhere in the world.
We have also been in touch with companies in Australia, England, and Panama about launching the service in those countries.
Progress has been significant with the Australian initiative and we should see some results in the upcoming months ahead.
Neilsen Media Research
The company is performing very well in its digital category; our position against the other specialty digital channels in Canada is strong and should only get stronger as we expand our subscriber base. Our goal is to become the number one digital channel in Canada, and we think we can do it.
Fight Network Radio
We have been actively moving our 24/7 Fight Radio concept forward where we are nearly ready to roll this out to the market. We have been in contact with XM and Sirius about the possibilities of putting this on satellite radio. We are looking to have it available on broadband once we have launched.
The LAW has moved to 1010 CFRB in Toronto which is the Number 1 talk radio station in Canada. The move has been very good for both us and them.
Fight Mobile
FIGHT MOBILE is now available in the United States on Verizon Wireless' Mobile Web 2.0 network, Sprint and Cingular. Other second-tier carriers are preparing to launch the U.S. service in the near future, while in Canada we have successful launched on Telus and we are looking to being added by the other tier-one carriers before the year end. When fully deployed, FIGHT MOBILE has the potential of reaching over 220,000,000 (Two Hundred and Twenty Million) cell phones in North America.
Our partners in FIGHT MOBILE are also working on getting the service into other parts of the world and we should see some results in the upcoming months ahead on that initiative.
In addition to the news component of FIGHT MOBILE, we are also working on video content and will be outlining that product in the next quarter. We are expecting to launch the video on mobile phones in the first quarter of 2007.
Fight Network Online
The FIGHT STORE has been launched by The Fight Network; demand is strong and thus far sales have exceeded targets. We are expecting the holiday season to be strong with some important announcements with respect to the Store and some exciting licensing opportunities to be forthcoming this fall.
Stock Buy-Back
The share buy-back is still in full force and effect and should market conditions exist where funds should be allocated to furthering the buyback then that is exactly what will happen.
There are other opportunities that we are looking at, which will be released to the shareholders as they evolve.
I truly believe that this will be a great year for the company and the future is looking very bright and extremely optimistic.
Thank you.
Sandy Winick, President - Blackout Media Corp.

Yeah,
BKMP at these prices: $0.0004 - $0.0005 are pretty interesting. We have been having these prices for tha last 20 trading days. Like Minmurray say, something is definitely brewing up. Let's see.
1) BKMP prices have been stagnant last 20 couple days.
2) BKMP has always been the top 5 most visited boards in IHUB.
3) Good news after good news after good news have been piling up in the past one year. Yet, the prices are almost the same as it was almost a year ago.
4) Fundamentally, TFN is a much stronger company than it is a year ago. Last year, TFN can be seen like a young puppy growing up. Today, TFN practically conquered Canada and now its like a young lion readying itself to pounce on US/UK/Autralia and the world. All these accomplishment within one year only.
Today's low prices. My guess, it's either BKMP buyback or somebody big enough wanting a piece of BKMP action, before it shoots to the moon. As someone posted, the average BKMP volume was 200 mil a day for about 20 days. That means, these last 20 days, about 4000 mil BKMP shares traded hands at average $0.0005.
But that works out to total of only $2 million US dollars. So, someone/some entity with around $1-$2 million dollars have been buying BKMP at fire sale price. That someone/entity is building a long position in BKMP before it shoots up. The other possiblity, its BKMP buybacks.

"For all intents and purposes, Canada is done, said Garrow, The Fight Network's president/COO and co-founder. "We got Bell Express Vu this week, with Shaw still to come.
"What I'm focused on now is the United States ... we've got three different opportunities we're looking at. I think you'll see The Fight Network in the U.S. in 2007 in some capacity. It'll be the first time a Canadian digital specialty channel goes to the U.S."
With the network's first anniversary just passing, Garrow says there's plenty of exciting changes on the way.

IMO, even if we get a US carrier, this is not going to move until we see the financial/share structure and revenues. Much like another network of past, plenty of carriers but no transparency = no investor confidence
They have to be making money with all the Canadian Carriers but have not been forthright with that information to date.
I am not bashing, I just think that we need more transparency.
