That was truely a shame Robbie. By now... we would be rocking and rolling in Europe. Those 20% increases would have been MUCH higher!

"The market for such drinks, bottled waters, all-natural juices, and teas laced with ginseng and other herbs, is estimated to be worth about $5 billion annually."
That quote states some serious money, and that was in 2001

O.K. we close at 20, not a bad start. Let see if next week we can get it well into the 20's.

Well, we did not lose anything. Perhaps, the news will be after hours as I think they are aiming to hit the MM's and get this thing moving.

Yea, I was gonna say Robbie, cause I remember reading where bottled water alone in 2005 was estimated at $9.1 billion in sales. Others may remember what article I'm talking about but that thread was "accidentally" deleted.

Here is my guess at the brewery deal after talking to them today. Lynch is not officially out yet, i am assuming they have either a written agreement or a verbal agreement to give him a certain amount of time to close the deal, it sounds like this time limit is within the next few weeks, i think at that point they have another investor or investors ready to step in and do the deal but have to wait on Lynch for a certain amount of time, as they stated before and again today that one potential investor has brewery experience and money, they did state today that Lynch is not out yet. We will see what happens here, but they still seem to want the brewery.

Thanks for the update IWISH. I hope the judge keeps Lynch in jail and runs him out of time. He has held us up long enough. Time to move on with this deal. Anything else of interest that you could tell us about?

They talked about being real busy after the shows just getting quotes together for different companies, quite a few of these quotes were going to different countries.

Thanks IWISH. Looks like they continue to move forward with overseas distribution. The show in Miami may open a lot of South America to Rush products.

Been doing some NOBO research. Not much to be gained I am afraid from what I can tell. However seems like a lot of companies useing it as a start to move off the pinkies. I for one would love to see that.

Hi guys, just got back from Austin and to the Central Market (owned by HEB) and I was awed by the store. WOW.... I had no idea what they were. They are giving Whole Foods there a run for their money. All that being said.... they only carried GRXXX. I really don't care for it. They were utterly lost on the shell filled with other drinks. The lady who helped me finally find it said they were distributed by Tree of Life and wrinkeled her nose and said they were flakes. (I knew that Tree of Life were the distributors and had already come to that conclusion a while back.) Can't we find someone else to put this stuff on the shelf down here? Sheese. That seems to be their push for now.. stocking the XXX stuff. I did tell the lady that I preferred the regular GR and also told her about the new AR and ARR. She perked up and said that sounded interesting and would tell her manager. (Really nice lady and seemed like she did want to help) Our product was utterly lost on the shelf and covered with dust. I did take two GRXXX with me and are in the fridge. I will try it with dinner tonight and see if my first try was not a fair shake.
I have said it before... our distribution is poor. In Texas that is because of the T of L people. I have already seen their code book and only GR and GRXXX listed. How can I order G. Cola if they will not? Sheese. I am beginning to love the idea of this new Garden thingy.
