I cannot confirm or deny if they talked to Bob at all, but think about this.
There has been an issue of a PR saying RSHN are auditing shares. This is not to see if the stock is shorted as some may suspect. You can easily see that on a short list. But instead auditing the shares to find out exactly how many outstanding shares are in the publics hands. This does a few things. It allows them to know how many shares they have to buy back, also added to the management shares how many they have to sell to maintain 51% control. Perhaps they sell the whole lot.
Bottom line is that this is something most companies do when they want to sell out. It helps them get a price per share on a deal above the trading price.
Rumors abound. Could it be Coke, Could it be investors, could it be just a misunderstanding and wishful thinking? The truth is out there and I have heard it is good. I am not an inside trader, but my source on this stock has always been pretty accurate.
I believe Bob has a buyer, the particulars of the deal are not known.... but something big is getting ready to happen.
Hmmmm.
I like your little digging Robbie.
Nice find!

Sales are up 20%. How about cost? How high is that? Until there is an audit this is valued right where it should be.

The A/S is 6 billion. It was changed in April to accommodate Lynch's deal. However, it has never been confirmed that the deal was concluded. The A/S will not change back to 4 billion unless Bob ammends the Articles of Incorporation again, as was done in April.
In any case he does not have to use the shares or flood them onto the market. He can simply cancel the shares. My understanding is there is about 1.8 Billion free trading shares right now, the rest are all restricted. We will only benefit from the coming audit.

Morning everyone. MM's seem to be working to hold us to small gains. News yesterday seems almost ignored. What else is new lately. It was a great news release, but nothing there for the traders.

I don't mind the swing traders, but the day traders wont get in on this till the top of the run. If they take it up like last time it will be a point or two a day untill we run for the big gain.
Lots of news to come..Deals from Japan, Website, more distribution, and possible big partner.

THE RUN WILL COME ...HELL BOB DID EVERYTHING BUT COME RIGHT OUT AND SAY IT...LOOK FROM THE PR CLUES I HAVE FOUND.... "NACS was, without a doubt, our best show ever," said Robert Corr, President of RushNet, Inc. "There was enormous interest in our products; we are following up all inquiries now. In coming months, the Company expects to do a lot of business with convenience stores and gas stations.

Tinpoz? If we can not lift a stock by talking positive, neither can you drop it by bashing. Why not just leave us alone to our misery? You don't own any RSHN stock, so why hang out here?

From what I understand it may be that mid morning PR or an after hours. I like the after hours on a Friday helps for a healthy gap on Monday... but who knows, take what we can get.

An after hours pr would indeed be interesting as it would once again be aimed at the MM's No reason to PR good news stuff after everyone has gone home for the weekend.

Well, I know if he ran his business like I do mine he would be making serious $$$$$$$$$.
I closed a serious client today, so just feeling real good. I discussed with him at one time this prospect but he never really got back to me on it. Sort of the same way he dismissed European distribution.
