I had natural spring sources in Italy and Romania to manufacture e-water. I also had two bottling companies lined up with distribution channels for Europe. We also had a summer party distribution plan for all the clubs in Ibiza.
Bottom line was Bob did not want to go into Europe because of labelling and also wharehouse logistics. He also wanted to concentrate on the Asian markets with the Ginseng Rush. Hi guys. Still hanging around. Pesky students keepin me busy today. In theory, Bob is headed to Japan this week. So PR may have to wait until he gets back. That will be a long wait for this stock. If it is a great PR and not more fluff.... it will be worth the wait.

Either way, it better be numbers of sales and orders in dollar amounts and not just this amount of cases or that amount of trucks or containers. All the same I feel we will get alot of positive results from Japan and that is what will make us boom. That and some actual numbers, some SEC fillings, and a move to get off the pinks and at least be OTC.BB

Kids are getting a free day as the new computer program is down right now. Have to say, they are handleing it well and no problem. Hope they get it fixed soon though as no progress in class because of it. First round of state testing (retesters) starts in October. Main test is in April.

I was trying to get the product onto t.v. shows. I even called a product placement firm I know of & they wanted to get with Rushnet. But according to Tom Swan, they are not interested at this time. Call back in the spring he told me. I work on the lot that shoots Studio 60 & others. I know T.V. & movies, All these shows are getting Monster & Socko for product placement. These shows even bring me a few cans here & there..... Oh well one day!!!!!

Seems like they have one main goal at this point.... JAPAN and CHINA. Not much else is getting in their way. (ie Europe) Our North American distribution continues to take a back seat even. They seem to think that these markets can propel up up and over the top. TIme will tell.
Bob is now playing his PR cards close. Don't blame him with all he PR't that has not happened. I can wait if it is to tell me of some mega Japan deal worth Millions! (I can dream can't i?)

I spoke to Tom at HQ today. He has not heard from corr in Japan yet. He did say, that the brewery deal is still progressing, however slowly, they will begin making Apple Rush in a week or two and it will be available at the Baltimore show in October. Also nature's best is taking e-water and they met with Cosco (sp?) in last trade show in Cal and Rush will probably be doing some trials at some of their stores.

Hello, I did the .0035-.0065 thing on the last run. I like their products and want in on the stock. The only thing that I need to clarify is that last week my wife called grays brewery and asked if RSHN was buying them and they replied no. They said this has been a family business for a long time and they are not selling. She talked to the female secretary and asked Fred in the background who was the one that said no. I don't know who Fred is. This contradicts the old PR's. Does any one have news. Their pops taste great and were delivered from the company in 1 1/2 days!

Fred would be Fred Gray. Rushnet continues to insist that the brewery deal is still working. Obviously something has changed in the brewery deal, but no one seems to know and neither company is saying anything.

I would think there are going to be some exciting things happening this week. Look for some steady upticks as the buying pressure comes back to the stock. It is just a matter of time for something to come out of the Japan show.

They tried to drop it into the 20's. 20/23. But the buyers gave in and the bid rose to 21. Now 21/23. Lots of people have dropped this from their screens at this point. Shame.... there should be a nice run shortly on the back of Japan. Hiding and watching again.

It appears at this point that the brewery deal is still on, documents going back and forth and deciding on terms. I can not imagine the sellers of the brewery ever saying they are selling or even thinking of selling till the deal is done just to protect their customer base, of course we all know that it can fall through at any time till finalized, just a thought. It sounds like a pr is in the making they said possibly for tomorrow it would be on the trade shows we will see.

Looks like I was right. We hit 19, and perhaps 18 before the day is done. However, the MM's know what is comming just as we do and are loading up as many as they can at this point. Shame once again we are not starting the run at 2 insted of 16. They took just a bit too long and allowed some to chicken out. Oh well, I am not going anywhere at this point.

Unless of course they close the US brewery deal, move a lot larger amount of product in the US. That will perhaps move us back to 30's for a new plateau.

Nice artwork. My daughter loved them and said she would like to try them. She loved that they were 100% juice and not just 10%. Another winner product to sell........ if they can get it to stores is the problem as always.
Also, noted the "organic" label. Remember that they were trying to get the brewery certified as organic. Wonder if this hints that the brewery deal is still alive and moving close to being certified and sold.

With packaging like that, there is no reason this stuff should not be flying off the shelf. ( Oh, I forgot... it is not on the shelf yet! )
I have no doubt that Bob can make good tasting drinks, and I have no doubt the public will love it. My concerns are with the management capabilities to actually move the business forward. I hope this is where Lynch steps in and steps up.
I am in Long and just like all the other longs do not expect it (the PPS) to jump over night, but I am getting a little tired of the only movement in the wrong direction.
We have more now than we had when this stock hit a penny. Group play? Pump and Dump? Quite possible that it was! None the less, it is a real company with real product and should be doing something wonderful in the near future.

Morning everyone. Should be an interesting day. Opening ask are a tick higher, but won't last. The MM's are back at work now and want to build the volume up again. Hang on for the ride is all we can do. I am trying to shift some money so I can grab some more shares at these prices.

Robbie, you're right as usual. Why isn't this product on the shelf?
Corr needs to move out of the way and let someone who knows what they are doing market this stuff. He needs to stay in the beverage laboratory where he knows what he is doing. I haven't been able to find any of the product in Oklahoma. I know it's not a big market, but I do see other tiny companies getting their products on the shelves. How are they doing it? I bet they spend much more time on the phone, and less time going to these do nothing shows. Where is Lynch? Doesn't he care about his investment.

I just got off the phone with Al. I just reamed him a new ass. Bob was not there. I told him if we did not get some follow up to all the PR's put out! Numbers and a movement towards the OTC.BB that I will be getting all the boards to rally and file suit against them and with the SEC. They have failed to produce a single concluded deal on any PR they have made. This is deception and against the law. I told him they better address all these concerns by Monday or they better be read to go to court.

hello to everyone here. Finally got internet up here. Just moved into the boonies. My screen name before was blade1970 however I lost my password and changed jobs. Unfortunatly my password was sent to my old job. oh well. any way I see everyone here is in the dumps. ( me too) Robbie I can espically feel for you because of the amount you have invested. I still believe in the potential of e-water. I think all otc stocks are controlled by MMs, and we just have to wait for RSHN's turn. We all know it's a gamble, and I would guess that anyone still in this has done a lot of DD, the problem is that we have all of this potential with these great products, but not much has been done with them.

Hi, Plni, nice to see you still around. This shake-out is very similar to AGAI. Just one week before the run, IGAI dropped from 0.005 to 0.0035, and many people bailed out. Maybe we should learn from history. Yes, all otc stocks are run by the MMs. They have particular way to make stocks run.

Has anyone here able to get more at .0015? Looks like a few people got hit at .0015. Not mine though. Trying to make the most of this situation and buy some of these cheap shares. Hopefully Corr will get it all figured out soon.
I do truly believe in the product, and in Corrs ability to make a good product. That's why I keep coming back. He just needs to figure out the sales and marketing, or find someone else to do that. The trade shows alone just don't seem to be getting it done. There used to be a PPS pop after a trade show, now the price goes down after a trade show. It's not working. If I hear about another trade show before we see some actual numbers, I think I'll sell in a panic, and then hurl. He might as well have been bragging about the MySpace page again. What a fiasco that was.

Thanks for all the info over the past few months, and a special thanks to Robbie, with 45 mill shares I feel your passion and Chklingon for keeping the thread alive everyday.
I bought in a few months ago and RSHN has taught me a lot about "averaging down"
ONE DAY this is gonna pop and all the long and strongs will be in excellent shape. Finally hit a million shares and will hit a few more today after a funds transfer.

O.K. guys and gals. Take a deep breath and let it out. Go home and kiss the dog and kick the wife This is the MM's tring to shake loose a LOT of shares ahead of the next run. The longs continue to squat on their shares and bide their time. The traders left the house due to lack of movement. However they are now grabbing cheap shares and getting ready to rumble. Yeah, this should be at around 26-30, not the teens. The last PR was what allowed this to happen. However...... we still have a great product(s) but mangement continues to make good moves and then fumble the ball on the 2 yard line. Bob said 18 months and it looks like he finally got one deadline right. (sheese) We will need a lot more volume to get this moving, so hang on as the MM's really start medling. I will be sending new funds to Ameritrade this weekend. Can't pass this one up.

I agree ChrisPy. Numbers will be catalyst to make this sucker move, although I would not be surprised to see this test .0014. Chartwise, there is no real support until .0010, but my gut tells me that too many bargain hunters (myself included) will jump at the opportunity to add at .0014.
Also, while not as disastrous as that odd ball myspace PR and others of that ilk, Corr has got to learn how to write more concise PRs. The PR was kinda fluffy, yeah- but it actually had some decent information. Woulda generated much more excitement if he had limited it to 2, maybe 3 paragraphs. If I feel like being creative, I'll take a whack at it and show you what I mean...
Honestly, some of his PRs would be better served as a shareholder's update through e-mail or as a newsletter on his website.

There is no question that this was a group play that shot this up and bailed when they lost their confidence in Corr. I too have and am out. With the products and the potential I will try to get back in at some point in the future. We have all speculation of great things to come and then poof nothing. No follow up no info no nothing. "The MM are bringing the price down before the run." Well it has taken them now several months to sneak it down and unless there is some new significant news this thing is going nowhere. Virtually all penny traders know this stock now and also know that a PR saying "something might happen at some point, some time, some where, for some reason" isn't good enough.
Until that time, this will continue to go right back to the point it came from, as each person either dumps a bag or gets out before all the previous gains are lost.
I wish I had gotten out a long time ago, I could have invested the money in more profitable things, like a 1% per annum interest savings account.
I don't think it is responsible to post on here that this is being manipulated down for a run when there is no indications that we are going anywhere anytime soon.
I believe this will go SOMEDAY. I don't see that someday before Winter. There have been no efforts AT ALL to respond to shareholder requests to make some actual sales and give some concrete data. NOTHING.
Do not buy this stock thinking you are going to see a short term huge gain. Unless you are an idiot, then go right ahead.
Only buy if you are willing to let this wait a long time...and when it runs, make sure you sell into it.

Being a long term play is fine. Making promises to shareholders and not coming through is not. I may get back in if some of these things develop. If not I will get an attorney and do some investigating to make sure there was no deception or fraud with this company.

Interesting news..... Y, more fluff. Is it important to me... Y. Becasue he finally hit a deadline! (O.K. so I am reaching, but why not) However as a long this really is important, as this was PR'd a LONG time ago and is finally in production. Is it Grays doing it? Don't know. The radio thingy said Gray could not but were working to make it happen there. If it is Grays, then it is VERY important. That means they are now Organic certified. Did note they would not say where it was being made I did.
Is it important to traders.... don't know. Perhaps it will be. If they announce some "orders" (that would be a first) from some big names after the show.... then the traders can expect a bit of a rise in PPS.

My thought is that Corr needs to add value to Rush Net Inc. If that means making The Apple Crush and Apple Rasberry Crush soley our products as well. If that means being a marketing agent for other companies, if that means selling out to COKE.
I am still trying to figure out what it is we really own. What assets we own and so forth. Untill Corr answers my list of questions I put to him and Al, I do not know what to tell you. However, if they do answer all of the questions on a PR, I do think we will see some flow back to the stock. I was completely in-depth with all PR's past, present and future and what we wanted to hear and see. $$$$number$$$ move off the pinks, but mostly at least some accounting period.

Hi guys. Monk the bashers have been VERY busy the last few days. (moreso on other boards). Looks like Jimsc is smiling right now. The MM's are stiring the pot and trying to build some volume to get it noticed. They don't make much if the volume is low. They really bounced it today.
Monk is right, as a true long (you will just have to trust me Monk) I am waiting for the anouncement of Ginseng Beer and several of the other products that were hinted at several months back. Looks like my hope for around a nickle by XMAS in not even close to reality. We will be very lucky to be at .01 at this rate. So...... I guess my shortest hold of Xmas in going to have to begin now next summer. Oh well. I have held SIRI for three years, I think I can do that with RSHN. (Yeah.... I really blew that one, but will make darned sure the next good run I get to free shares. I hope I have learned my lesson finally. Ya can teach an old dog new tricks.) Posted by monk on :
I just keep looking at this LONG term. I honestly believe that this will pop within the next 2 years. i could care less what the price is right now. I've been waiting all summer for this to drop below 002 so that I could load up more, and I did at 0016. If you're a true long, you look for buying opportunities at a lower price and take advantage of them. Too many people here are daily cheerleaders for a few green upticks when, if they were true believers and true longs, they would be rooting for a decrease to increase their earnings potential. I wouldn't even mind it dropping again EVEN LOWER. I understand everybodies frustrations, but I look at it 3 ways:
1) No brewery/Garden Beverage news is being released because it's bad news. If this is true and they announced it, the stock would plummet. So for all you that are unsteady, now may be the time to bail.
2) If it is all good news, then a series of strategically placed PR's would be needed to maximize potential of the pps. This could happen at any time.
3) There is simply nothing to report yet.
So who knows what will happen. All I know is that I've made a lot of money off this stock, and I still think that it's the best long pink out there.

No one is sure (part of the problem) In theory.... the public shares 1/3 of 6B shares. (yup B) However it does not appear to be that high (But not LESS than 1B) In theory...... we will find out before Xmas some more about that as there is an audit underway. However..... I think things may look up as I was studying the level 2 and the chart.. it is due. If we get some good news out of any of these expo's, we may just get what we want.
AS for the round around.. this is the truth! Unless you have ever spoken directly with Corr or anyone at that company you can not tell me you are a believer in their business sense. I for one have spoke with just about everyone there and not one has an idea of running a company. On the other hand they are all passionate about the beverages... will this be enough to satisfy Corr's selling strategy? I am not sure, but the drinks do speak for themselves. So, One day the right person is going to drink one and who knows...to the moon.

Well, rumor has it that the stock is going to hit .02 by Spring. Coke may buy us out, that we will be supplied in select costco stores, and that Jessica Alba has endorsed eWater.
Other than that still waiting for some news, still waiting for some deals, and still waiting for this to go up. It may be possible to get something going after this show.

Yup, volume dropped off badly today. Guess the MM's took the day off. Market as a whole realy shot ahead and money went elsewhere for obvious reasons. Bargin hunters are holding for lower than this price. Even with that, many are off making money on the Nasdaq and other boards. Tomorrow is a new day.

I could not find the name of the transfer agent, i have been told that the O/S is about 2 billion shares they could not tell me exactly. It appears that distribution looks promising from my conversation with them, but the part that still concerns me the most is the shares and the possibility of more shares added to help finance this growing business. They are going to need a lot more money for this growth as was stated and i hope they get most of it from outside investors, i sure hope as the company grows we don't pay the price(a lot more shares) i am always afraid what usually follows this in penny land. It sounded as if the brewery deal has a new set of investors, sounds like it goes in circles a lot, i am not sure that is such a big deal because eventually if you have enough distribution and money you can always buy a brewery.

The last time I spoke with Corr I was told that the authorized share structure was 5.8 billion that 1/3 of that were free trading shares and the rest were restricted and management held shares.

I suggest to all longs to just hang on until Bob hits the perfect deal...remember now, this is a year and half play.. I believe in Rush's natural and healthy products. If I had more cash money, and wife's approval, I would load up more. IMO.
We haven't reached the top of the mountain yet but once we're there, would be a nice view of the world.

Sorry i have not been able to get on allstocks site since last night. I talked to Tom, he always seems willing to talk about rshn and their plans. It sounds like the E-Water is bottle down my way in Corona,CA they could call it surf city e-water the Japanese would like that name as long as they never tasted our beach water. I asked Tom about how they would finance their growing business and weather they would have to sell more shares to get needed money. Tom said that they are talking to investors now and that hopefully money would be raised from the outside, it sounds like they will need many millions(if i recall correctly 6-7 million you might want to call to double check this number) to meet there growing needs. I asked about how the brewery deal was going and Tom stated that he thought that there was a new set of investors in the deal, reading between the lines and also recalling what someone else said on this board it sounds like Lynch might be out of this deal. He also said that the marketing firm in japan is handling the placement of their product at this time (which to me is a good thing, insiders usually know the ropes if their good) and it sounds like its going good, we will see. I like the company but i am always worry about share structure and needing large amounts of money especially as a penny investor. I saw the A/S posted that seems a lot to me, again this stocks pps could go way up but i hope it does so without the d and rs words used because if those things happen the share price could hit $5 and we would have enough shares to pay our commissions and maybe buy a beer.

Thanks for the reply iwishihad. I hope Lynch is gone, I never trusted him. His track record was ugly for the most part. (Not all bad) New blood would be better, especially with cleaner money. I would love to put together an investment group in exchange for all those shares.
I bet as soon as Japan approves sales in Japan, the distributor hits the ground running. Real pr's will follow as will a rise in the pps. I knew that the ewater was from California, but no problem with that.
6-7 million in investment money..... chump change to a lot of people. That would really set RSHN up nicely. I would take at least 1 million and do a massive stock buy back after the Japan deal, and when they finally take Robbie up on his offer. PPS would rocket to the moon. (However, they would have to move off the pinkies.) But they would be in big danger of a buyout at that point. Also, they would have to agree to NEVER, EVER, again go to kinko's and print more stock.
I have never called the company, guess I need to do that if I am going to hold long like this. Sure wish they would hit a show in Texas so I could go meet them. Thanks again for the update.

You should call them they have always been very nice and they always have given out a lot of information to me, they gave me more information but some had already been posted, i am not much into writing so i limit my posts. Tiny little store, packed like my grandmothers closet. However they did have 3 GRXXX. The manager was not in (his twit wife was behind the register and busy socalizing) so I will go by later and order a case of GR's. I will also ask about ewater and possibly AR's as well. Thanks again Tony!

Lynch being out is "rumor". No reason to doubt iwishihad though. However.... if you follow Lynch, you will figure that he is indeed out. IMHO... I must admit I hope he is. I think BOB can do a lot better than that with a group of investors. This deal smacked of being desperate or ill thought out.
If Lynch is still in..... we will know eventually. I just hope he does not do what he did to the Aluminum plant in Oregon.

Thanks chklingon for clarifying it. When i called rshn offices and spoke with Tom he stated that a new set of investors were involved in the brewery deal i just assume this means Lynch is not involved in the brewery, but i never specifically asked if he was, the previous conversation with them they said that there was a new investor with beer experience also involved at that time with Lynch so it appeared it changed. I never talked with them beyond what Tom said because this is not that big a deal to me at this time. There are plenty of contract packaging companies all over the US that will be happy to do their work. A brewery would give them more control of there product and a better price usually, but at this point is really not the major item in their growing process. I feel that they are growing in distribution and will continue to, maybe to fast but lets hope it really turns out good. Again my concern is not that they will continue to grow at this point because i feel this is happening from what i see posted and also talking to them, but i was real uncomfortable with where the conversation went when talking about dilution and the possibility of a rs. I hope i misread them and this will not happen. Now i know someone is going to post that i said there is going to be a rs and dilution. I hope that some other investors call next week and ask these questions and get back to us to see what feeling they get and if they want to know, ask if Lynch is out, i would guess they would tell you i was not that interested.

I think most of us know that they will have to address that one day. In the mean time....we just try to move forward with them. I wish they would cancel out those 2B more shares they posted for Lynch and make the new deal without them.

Yah rs would be brutal. However, with the amount they have out, I don't know where else they could go. If they bought back $1,000,000 worth at .002 that would only clear out 500,000,000 shares. There would still be loads and loads out there.
I dunno, I see this as inevitable at some time. They have dragged their collective arses for a long time, and if this thing is ever going to be reputable they need to reduce the OS significantly.

Nasty cycle. However, most of those have no way to raise money through a product as we have and make money by selling stock.. Time will tell.

Money gets freed up this morning. Hope to snatch up some shares before the sellers come to their senses. Rumble starting over on IHUB from someone who called company. Company claims that MM's have been shorting it. Looks like several companies are going after the MM's for shorting lately. Sure would be nice to step on the ones manipulating stock.

I did read some more of that guys post and he seems alright. I am new to the boards myself but have traded for a LONG time. Hard sometimes to figure out who is a pumper or a basher or just a twit. (K is a twit) Most of them are good people just like me, trying to get an edge on a stock. Great to have folks helping you. Sometimes they really come up with great dd. That is why I hang on this board so much, as this is a much more mellow group and discussions not just aggitators. (can I say that schwabbie?)

The reply is out from ERLO. Nothing earth shaking, but still pointing toward continued movement forward. I think I will check on a couple of points this afternoon. He answered most of my questions, just checking to make sure for myself and see if I can get put on their email list.
Shorting seems to be a sore point. Looks like no matter the law some MM's are going to try to go around it. Especially easy on a non reporting company. Robbie has said this before, RSHN needs to report.

This rumor has floated a couple of time, but don't put much creedence to it. I think we need to stay focused on what we know is possible. Japan, Mexico, US market and new products. Seems that there will be some jump in price tomorrow due to the NOBO thingy. At this point, anything works.
I now have 3.5 M trading shares locked and loaded. Timeing for a change was perfect. That won't happen again anytime soon.

The rumors comes from someone who also talks to Bob, Al, and Tom. They private message me and do not want to be mentioned. I can say, they have been pretty accurate before so no reason to doubt them now. Sometimes they are off by a day or two with the PR but usually always says what we thought it would.

Well now, After some digging and some hard research I have found out the certain Coca Cola executives were at Expo East looking for natural and organic juice products to add to their line up. I cannot confirm or deny if they talked to Bob at all, but think about this.
There has been an issue of a PR saying RSHN are auditing shares. This is not to see if the stock is shorted as some may suspect. You can easily see that on a short list. But instead auditing the shares to find out exactly how many outstanding shares are in the publics hands. This does a few things. It allows them to know how many shares they have to buy back, also added to the management shares how many they have to sell to maintain 51% control. Perhaps they sell the whole lot.
Bottom line is that this is something most companies do when they want to sell out. It helps them get a price per share on a deal above the trading price.
Rumors abound. Could it be Coke, Could it be investors, could it be just a misunderstanding and wishful thinking? The truth is out there and I have heard it is good. I am not an inside trader, but my source on this stock has always been pretty accurate.

This is not pumping, this is simply saying more than one person has confirmed to me the same thing. I am putting it out there. Believe what you want, do your own DD. Alot of what was told to me and others checks out. Not saying it is Coca Cola.. but someone big is interested in RSHN and that is why the audit.

Another possible explanation is that they may also be getting a handle on their stock in order to move to another board. I noticed that several other companies have done this after going on the NOBO.
Buying a company before it has really proven a good track record is pretty risky for an investor. Most owners of a company will only sell when they have a good strong base and make any investors pay out the wazoo to get their baby away from them. But hey.... time will tell.

There is nothing I would like better than to buy in again at these prices for another run, but I still have an issue with Rush Beverage Co and RushNet, Inc. being seperate entities. Everytime I read rumors of a possible buyout from Coca-Cola, etc. I want cheer, but really, I have visions of Corr and Lynch neck deep in cash, while RSHN shareholders are put out to dry.
I beleive it's still Corr and Lynch that own Rush Beverage Co. and all the beverages, except e-water, while RSHN shareholders own e-water and get a percentage of the sales of the other products, as this entity is technically the distrubutor?

There has been an issue of a PR saying RSHN are auditing shares. This is not to see if the stock is shorted as some may suspect. You can easily see that on a short list. But instead auditing the shares to find out exactly how many outstanding shares are in the publics hands. This does a few things. The A/S is 6 billion. It was changed in April to accommodate Lynch's deal. However, it has never been confirmed that the deal was concluded. The A/S will not change back to 4 billion unless Bob ammends the Articles of Incorporation again, as was done in April.
In any case he does not have to use the shares or flood them onto the market. He can simply cancel the shares. My understanding is there is about 1.8 Billion free trading shares right now, the rest are all restricted. We will only benefit from the coming audit.

Here is my guess at the brewery deal after talking to them today. Lynch is not officially out yet, i am assuming they have either a written agreement or a verbal agreement to give him a certain amount of time to close the deal, it sounds like this time limit is within the next few weeks, i think at that point they have another investor or investors ready to step in and do the deal but have to wait on Lynch for a certain amount of time, as they stated before and again today that one potential investor has brewery experience and money, they did state today that Lynch is not out yet. We will see what happens here, but they still seem to want the brewery.

Hi guys, just got back from Austin and to the Central Market (owned by HEB) and I was awed by the store. WOW.... I had no idea what they were. They are giving Whole Foods there a run for their money. All that being said.... they only carried GRXXX. I really don't care for it. They were utterly lost on the shell filled with other drinks. The lady who helped me finally find it said they were distributed by Tree of Life and wrinkeled her nose and said they were flakes. I did take two GRXXX with me and are in the fridge. I will try it with dinner tonight and see if my first try was not a fair shake.
I have said it before... our distribution is poor. In Texas that is because of the T of L people. I have already seen their code book and only GR and GRXXX listed. How can I order G. Cola if they will not? Sheese. I am beginning to love the idea of this new Garden thingy.

They make it sound like the Japan deal is right around the corner, it appears they already have a distributor and are waiting for the order, then an announcement we will made hope this is the case soon. One of the problems with the brewery they are planning to buy is it does not have pasteurization equipment so they have to look in to the cost of this equipment in order to do e-water. Does anyone have any thoughts on how selling off selling off Rush Beverage Company would effect us if we still get are percentage of the sales?

As a share holder who made good money from this stock earlier this year, and then watched as I held on and watched it plummet til I bailed out at .006 ...........
I feel like many others and that is the stock price isnt going anywhere until they start posting some real numbers on profits, not how many cases or flats they have sold to Mexico, Canada, or Japan.
Its great that people are still interested in this stock, but the best thing to do with this stuff in my opinion is to put in your order at a lower price like chklingon did and sit back and wait to see if it gets filled.
I like many others believe this is stock has much potential for the future, but if you are hanging onto this with any great hopes of some wonderful PR about POTENTIAL sales bringing about a huge climb in pps I think you are setting yourself up for a major let down. The only PR that is going to help this climb again will be one that includes NUMBERS pertaining to DOLLARS $$$ of sales and profits for share holders.
A PR sealing the deal for the brewery may do it as well but that is sounding like it is far off in the future and not a realistic possiblity at this time. Even with a PR about the brewery, I dont think this would go much higher than .005 or .006 with news. A PR with information about contracts signed and future sales $$$ data would make this take off and above .01 like we did back in March.
You can say whatever you want about my thoughts, but I have been a share holder since Feb of this year and I made money once and held to freebies in the hopes of future growth until bailing at .006. I have been back in since .003 and am down a bit right now, but I am a long and strong holder and firm believer that there is a strong market for this product and its organic basis.
THAT (the organic) feature will be what carries this over the top.......maybe not today but down the road as more and more sports teams, leagues, and such are becoming less and less dependant on the "chemical" approach to physically enhancing performance. We have our place in a niche and as this thing gains strength I will profit along with all those who believe the same.

Their statement last week i liked, hopefully they come through, i would like to see the part of specific developments rather than specific opportunities which usually means more promises. I might of misunderstood them when they talked about Rush Beverage Company because some of you investors have spent a lot of time promoting their products and i hope you got paid for it. They do not want to talk to much about the brewery deal and maybe there is a good reason, if by chance rush beverage got sold there would be no product being made at that brewery for Rushnet Inc. Some things are concerning i do not know most of the facts just get pieces of the puzzle. We as investors are just trying to put the puzzle together with what we can get. I wish someone else would call the company to see if they can help fill in the blanks, i try and call every week to get a better idea of what's up do not know if it helps. I think at this point e-water in Japan might be our best shot at a good rise, but who knows in pennyland. I sure hope that you investors that have helped promote their product get a nice return for your trouble...Of course i would be happy to cash in also.

It appears that way unless i misunderstood. If someone calls asked specifically about Rush Beverage not Rush Net Inc., it sounded like more than just a thought even some numbers. I guess it's possible that it got mixed in with other information. It really did not surprise me because in this day in age if you have growing distribution there is usually someone that wants to buy you out, the question is for how much. The big qusstion to us investors is how would something like this effect the pps? It really would depend on the terms of the sale.

If they sold Rush Beverage...... Rush Net would be worthless. Yikes..... I hope that is not true. However if they sold Rushnet/Rushbev as a package.... that is something else entirely. Guess we will have to wait and see. It would not surprise me that someone would offer to buy Rush beverage, that almost makes sense. Better to wait until their distribution and products are more widely distributed though. That way they would be worth a thousand fold what they are worth today. You do not sell a small company this early. Buisness 101.

The way they talk the E-water deal in Japan would be very big we will see if it's all talk. It sounded like if the company was sold it would be several million into rush net, i also asked if we would still have distribution rights they said yes, but i feel maybe i asked the question wrong, i should have asked about rights after a sale and been more specific because this made no real sense if you sell out. I did not ask who i talked to i think it was Bob but not sure, i know it was not Tom and i have never spoke to Alex so i do not know his voice. We should find out more in the coming weeks i cannot imagine someone will not check to confirm this. I did not know how to take this information without knowing more facts i always think of so many more questions when i am off the phone so i can clarify things.

I am really surprised to hear that, they seem pretty open when i call. When i posted this information i was really just trying to see if any one had any more information on it, i could not decide if it was good or bad news without more specifics. When i heard it, it really did not surprise me because a few weeks ago i saw something posted on another board stating similar. 1) Michael Lynch is apparently out, this will be discussed in a PR to come in less than two weeks. It will include details of the A/S and that the shares will not be on the open market.
2)20% increase over last year no real numbers to speak of.
3)The NOBO and other Audits are in an attempt to move to the OTC.BB and start reporting. No time frame has been set.
4)They are working on a huge exclusive distribution deal in Japan, that in Al's words said would be huge for RSHN and on a 1-10 scale Snapple being 1 and Pepsi being 10 Al said" it's about a 5" This deal would only effect RSHN because it is strictly e-water.
5)There will be a PR in 1 wk in regards to the full share audit.
6) Within a week or two of finalizing a deal with Garden Bev. Dist.
7) New investors will pring capital. There will be no further dilution of shares, and they may actually retire shares to the treasury.
8) THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT (not even considering it)
9) 7-11 deal is tied into the Japan deal.

Also, audited financials for 3 years. Even if the company was another company before.
File your quarterly on time every time or get an E. And basically keep your nose clean and don't try to defraud the investors like RA over on USXP.

Not yet, but when that bull begins to run get ready to EXPLODE!!! I remember the first run when lots of folks jumped out a little too early and missed out on a 1550% return. I was lucky and had patience that Jim told me would be needed. JimSC has given his blessing and I think that says alot in itself. I will hold and wait for this bull to run full speed.

I just check the list, besides Burleson there's another Tiger Mart in Dallas that has GR & XXX
There's about 200 Safeway stores in AZ, CO, NM, WY, MD, CA, NV, WA, OR and SEA CARRS in AK.

Have a great weekend guys. Another road trip for me. Headed to Houston and several places to try to load up on Rush products. I should be able to keep up with the boards pretty well. But may be quiet most of the weekend.

To all of you banking on a Japan deal taking you to the promised land.... Ive been living in japan for 7 years now, and i can tell you in 7-11, there are about 7 or 8 different kinds of water.... vitamin enhanced, ionic, etc. etc... and of course plain water, also the whole ginseng thing being a big market over here is totally overstated... ginseng drinks make up the smallest part of any 7-11 ive been to, and all but none existent in the supermarkets where i live. And i dont live on a rice paddy in the middle of nowhere. Im in this company for the long haul too, but just dont think that Japan alone will lead us all to early retirement.... having said that.

Found Ginseng Rush in Fiesta Mart in Houston. I cleaned the shelf of all 19 bottles. Get em while I can. However, they were the old 25th bottles and expired Nov. 06. Not good. The bottles were dust covered.
I still think the problem down here is Tree of Life. I will try to talk to the company about them this comming week. I have tried twice to call and not gotten through to someone or hit them at a bad time. I will keep trying.

Let's see if we can figure this one out.
Regdex-
It's a regulation D exemption. It is a paper filing which allows a company to sell securities without registering them.
A Regdex=Reg D Companies selling securities in reliance on a Regulation D exemption or a Section 4(6) exemption from the registration provisions of the '33 Act must file a Form D as notice of such a sale. The form must be filed no later than 15 days after the first sale. The exact form type is usually REGDEX, but may be a REG D-1 or similar.
This may explain the selling to raise the money. Apparently, the company needed the money to fund/advance what ever project they have going on. Possibly to fill the Japanese shipment?.
This is just my guess guys. Feel free to throw in yours.

Has anyone been involved with an exclusive rights contract to sell? I am assuming that this type of contract guarantees a certain amount of sales of e water in Japan.

A general 'exclusive rights to sell' is usually bound by this:
The Owner represents and warrants that he is the exclusive owner of the Property and that he has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said Property, and that said Property is free of encumbrances and not subject to limitation of any kind.
*However, in this case, involving beverages, It is up to RSHN and the distributer to come to their own stipulations and agreements. Rush can pretty much add in whatever they want as long as both parties agree. I hope this is where he becomes a wise businessman.

There should be some sort of performance clasuse in any such contracts. ie.... the distributor agrees to put it in so many stores or agree to by x number of cases per month, ect.

Energy drinks aren't merely popular with young people. They attract fan mail on their own MySpace pages. They spawn urban legends. They get reviewed by ****gers. And they taste like carbonated cough syrup.
Vying for the dollars of teenagers with promises of weight loss, increased endurance and legal highs, the new products join top-sellers Red Bull, Monster and Rockstar to make up a $3.4 billion-a-year industry that grew by 80 percent last year.
Thirty-one percent of U.S. teenagers say they drink energy drinks, according to Simmons Research. That represents 7.6 million teens, a jump of almost 3 million in three years.
Nutritionists warn that the drinks, laden with caffeine and sugar, can hook kids on an unhealthy jolt-and-crash cycle. The caffeine comes from multiple sources, making it hard to tell how much the drinks contain. Some have B vitamins, which when taken in megadoses can cause rapid heartbeat, and numbness and tingling in the hands and feet.
But the biggest worry is how some teens use the drinks. Some report downing several cans in a row to get a buzz, and a new study found a surprising number of poison-center calls from young people getting sick from too much caffeine.

Danger only adds to the appeal, said Bryan Greenberg, a marketing consultant and an assistant professor of marketing at Elizabethtown College.
"Young people need to break away from the bonds of adults and what society thinks is right," he said. They've grown up watching their parents drink Starbucks coffee, and want their own version. Heart palpitations aren't likely to scare them off.
Most brands target male teens and 20-somethings. Industry leader Red Bull, the first energy drink on the market, is now the "big arena band" of the bunch "teetering on the edge of becoming too big and too corporate," Greenberg said.
"Monster is more of a hard rocker, maybe with a little punk thrown in, much more hardcore," he said. "Rockstar is the more mainstream, glam rock band that's more about partying then playing."
(Monster is produced by Corona, Calif.-based Hansen Natural Corp., and Rockstar, distributed by Coca-Cola Co., is made by Las Vegas-based Rockstar Inc.)
Greenberg said the fierce competition among hundreds of new drinks, with Austria-based Red Bull guarding the biggest market share, leads to a "ratcheting up" of taboo names as companies try to break out from the crowd.
Cocaine Energy Drink, which launched in September and now sells in convenience stores and nightclubs in six states, is the latest example, following a twisted logic set by drinks named Pimpjuice and Bawls.
Hannah Kirby of the Las Vegas company behind Cocaine Energy Drink said Greenberg has it right. Kirby and her husband, Redux Beverage founder James Kirby, wanted to call their drink by the ho-hum name Reboot. That name was taken, so they decided to get provocative.
They're getting the attention they craved, along with some canceled orders. Following complaints from parents, convenience store operator 7-Eleven Inc. recently told franchises to pull the drink from its shelves.
"We knew we would get noticed against a thousand other energy drinks," she said. "We knew kids would find it cool, but we also wanted to stress the idea that it's an energy drink, you don't need drugs." Their slogan is "The Legal Alternative."
The Kirbys are parents of an 18-year-old son, Kirby said. The boy grew up hearing he shouldn't drink energy drinks on a school night.

Red Bull founder Dietrich Mateschitz based his product on tonics sold in Asia. He started selling Red Bull in 1987 in Austria, his native country, and today 2.5 billion cans are sold a year in more than 130 nations. The industry leader grabbed more than 37 percent of the U.S. market last year, according to Beverage Digest.
Rumors have swirled around Red Bull for years. Contrary to hearsay, the ingredient taurine (an amino acid important in making bile to aid digestion) is not made from bull urine, and Mateschitz did not learn about Red Bull from rickshaw drivers in Thailand. The urban legends-debunking Web site http://www.snopes.com has a page devoted to exposing the false claim that Red Bull contains a banned substance linked to brain tumors.
No evidence was ever found that sudden deaths in Ireland and Sweden were caused by people drinking Red Bull. But it's true that the Swedish government studied energy drinks and recommended they not be used to quench thirst or replenish liquid when exercising. And they should not be mixed with alcohol.
Too late. Anheuser-Busch and Miller Brewing now produce several "energy beers" — beer containing caffeine. And Red Bull and vodka — mixed up by bartenders who call it a Friday Flattener or a Dirty Pompadour — has been popular for a decade. On Red Bull's MySpace page, the product's 11,000 "friends" include alcohol products, which also have their own MySpace pages.
A Brazilian study found college students didn't feel as drunk as they actually were after drinking vodka and Red Bull. Their perception of their coordination and reaction time didn't match objective tests.
The potential for accidents and alcohol poisoning worries Dr. Sandra Braganza, a pediatrician and nutrition expert at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore in New York. As she prepared to write an article about energy drinks for a pediatrics journal, she was surprised how little published research she could find on them.
"The truth is, we don't know what kind of effects these ingredients can have," Braganza said of taurine, glucuronolactone and guarana. "We have to start doing more studies on this."

Earlier this month, a new study found a surprising number of caffeine overdose reports to a Chicago poison control center. These involved young people taking alertness pills such as NoDoz or energy drinks, sometimes mixed with alcohol or other drugs. During three years of reports to the center, the researchers found 265 cases of caffeine abuse. Twelve percent of those required a trip to the hospital. The average age of the caffeine user was 21.
"Young people are taking caffeine to stay awake, or perhaps to get high, and many of them are ending up in the emergency department," said Dr. Danielle McCarthy of Northwestern University, who conducted the study. "Caffeine is a drug and should be treated with caution, as any drug is."
How much caffeine do energy drinks contain? A University of Florida study found that some products, although served in cans two-thirds the size of a standard can of Coke, contain two to four times the amount of caffeine as that Coke. Energy drinks are unregulated in the United States, but the authors of the University of Florida paper suggest warning labels for them.
And now energy drinks are moving toward bigger cans with some products raising the caffeine content to gain a competitive edge, said John Sicher of Beverage Digest. The biggest, so far, is 24 ounces.
Parents should think twice before sending their children out the door with an energy drink, said Molly Morgan, a dietitian in upstate New York who consults with schools and talks to students, parents and coaches about energy drinks.
"My message to parents is moderation," Morgan said. "That means one can a day or less, and view it as a treat, not part of a daily routine."
Full of sugar and caffeine, energy drinks share the same health problems as soft drinks, she said. But some parents and coaches have bought the message that the drinks can enhance kids' performance in sports and increase concentration in school.
The evidence is weak, involving tiny studies. British research by a scientist who has since received funding from Red Bull found that among 36 volunteers, those who drank the product improved aerobic endurance and recalled numbers better. A British study of 42 people found Red Bull had no effect on memory, but did improve attention and verbal reasoning.
A University of Wisconsin study of 14 students found that two energy drink ingredients, caffeine and taurine, didn't improve short-term memory but led to slower heart rates and higher blood pressure. Since some energy drink ingredients generally speed up heart rates, the researchers could only speculate on the cause.
Carol Ann Rinzler, author of "Nutrition for Dummies," examined the labels of the top three energy drinks.
"The labels simply don't deliver all the facts," she said. "For example, while all list caffeine as an ingredient, and most tell you exactly how much caffeine is in the drink, they also list guarana, a caffeine source, as a separate ingredient but don't tell how much caffeine one gets from the guarana."
Rinzler said energy drinks also deliver a huge hit of sugar.
"Drink more than one and you get lots of sugar — 14 teaspoons in two cans, 21 teaspoons in three," she said. Add in megadoses of some vitamins; unnecessary nutrients (taurine) and more caffeine than plain sodas and you get "a fast up-and-down sugar high and a really rough caffeine buzz," she said. "And drinking two or three cans a day for a period of weeks or months might trigger some side effects from the vitamin megadoses."
New brands are appearing at the rate of almost one per day, making it difficult for Denver ****ger Dan Mayer to keep up. As a hobby, Mayer reviews each new energy drink he can find. His is not the only energy drink review site, but it's one of the most popular.
"I've reviewed a little over 200 now. For most of these, the companies contact me. I'll find something new at 7-Eleven once in a while, but that's kind of rare," he said.
When Mayer meets an energy drink he doesn't like, his words can sting: "This is the kind of drink that was created by a bunch of rich fat people that have never had an energy drink in their life and really don't understand why this fad is around, they just know they want to be a part of the profit from it."
A Los Angeles company has asked him to design a new drink, but Mayer hasn't quit his day job yet. Pressed to explain the appeal of energy drinks, the 24-year-old spokesman for the buzzed generation said: "It's Starbucks for kids. With the tons of caffeine they put into these things, it gives you a little legal form of speed essentially."

From what Al was saying, they were worried about just giving an exclusive deal without knowing if they could do better with a few distributors. From this I guess it is a performance issue and nothing more.
As far as dilution is concerned... they can only raise $1 million a year from shares, so that is not really going to hurt the OS as of now since the A/S is about 6 billion.

I did speak to someone at rshn late today after the receptionist left. The possible contract in Japan will have a performance clause in it, They also asked me if i had seen the pr. that was out today i said no and had to look after i got off the phone still did not see one, i wonder if it got delayed or someone else changed their mind. It seems like who ever i talked to has a little different version to the time frame of when major things will happen, of course it is hard to predict when many different parties our involved in these contracts, even though we as investors want it now or sooner, it usually does not work that way in the business world. We as investors have to worry about all the things that can happen while we wait if in for the longer term. I hope we can close one of these deals in the near future to make many investors a lot more comfortable.

I also asked about the REGDEX. He simply said it was to raise capital. I also inquired about dropping the A/S back to 4 billion and he said that it was increased for 2 - 3 PPM's. (? any insight is good) But he said they will have to revisit that soon and that could possibly reverse that auth if they see fit. They're definately working hard for the future and want to increase our value.

None of the other wiki results made sense The brewery will probably complete, but RushNet is no longer in the picture apparently. That is unfortunate. Someone says that Lynch will be semi involved in Garden's management, but doesn't provide any money to the deal. I can't confirm that as it came from an ihubber. I think we'll see green days next week.

Grrrr. Why does RSHN keep getting bumped? Bob has some SERIOUS control issues. Wouldn't commit to Robbie, so we got ZERO. Probably won't commit to Japan and we'll get ZERO. FINALLY, we were going to play a major role in brewery ownership and see green, only to now get ZERO? Bob, it's been over 25 years pal and you wouldn't have squat if it wasn't for RSHN money to finance your livelyhood all these years. Where's the payback???

We never had a stake in the brewerey deal. It was always a private deal. However, that is not to say that it will not benifit us. Corr and Assoc. owing the brewerey would obviously help us. Time will tell.
Don't want Lynch anywhere near us. But nothing I can do about it. Hope it works out if he does.

Right, we've never been involved with the brewery. Bob was going to buy it and use RushNet as the marketing agent. That much will still happen. Tom was just saying that the brewery will close, but RushNet is not involved in the purchase.

Ultimate intentions was to brew them there instead of using the Minnisota plant. You pay royalties when using other companies. Would cut costs.

I had a Ginseng Rush yesterday. Was my first. I have had XXX, Cola, and ewater before, but I found GR at a natural foods market. I have to say I like XXX better simply because they taste almost identical. Would prefer more ginseng for the same taste. Did give me energy, and satisfied my addiction to ginseng.

bochelle on ihub got the REGDEX form and it shows a Priate Placement deal of $1,000,000 with $686,000 of that going straight to working capital. If you recall this is the same number quoted with the Lynch deal about inventory... so we're going to be getting big inventory for big orders ready. I'm sure this placement is in regards to Garden and not Lynch.

i think in all the time i've spent on message boards i've never ONCE seen any of the PPS speculative evaluations EVER EVER EVER come true. closest any ever got was with FHAL/CSHD and look where that is now... in the legal crap house and untradeable. i'd like to see it happen, but as for now REALITY says that the "play" is in a healthy-breathing, downward trend. iHub can be good for some things, but generally it's a speculator's, pumping paradise over there. if this play ever hits $1, i will personally pay for all your stock trades for the year. the rest of this year that is LOL.

IHUB is about trashed by him and now he is working on us. Sigh.... hard to remain a gentleman in all this.
NOW..... RSHN is once agin beginning to buzz. The find by Bocelli is great. Other things beginning to jell. Slow going, but moving forward. Eventually, so will the PPS.

Still trying to sort through the REGDEX thingy. Looks like a lot more is going on behind the scenes than we knew. News not quite the pace I had hoped, but the pr are getting good. Still waiting for an update on NOBO.

A REGDEX is filed in order to issue restricted shares to private. It's private placement. In this case, it's to the investors who were interested in owning Garden with RushNet. They contributed $1,000,000 investment into RushNet. The $686,000 that was mentioned in the Lynch PR has been turned into working capital to complete the inventory talked about. Lynch is out. New investors in... investing helps purchase Garden. We should see the PR early next week by my guess.
