What would happen to the pps? Who knows, but I would imagine everyone would sell in a panic unless other products were in the pipeline.
JMHO
Why would anyone panic. We would get in theory 65% profits from all Rush Beverages and still own 100% of the most important beverage they make. "E-Water"

1) Michael Lynch is apparently out, this will be discussed in a PR to come in less than two weeks. It will include details of the A/S and that the shares will not be on the open market.
2)20% increase over last year no real numbers to speak of.
3)The NOBO and other Audits are in an attempt to move to the OTC.BB and start reporting. No time frame has been set.
4)They are working on a huge exclusive distribution deal in Japan, that in Al's words said would be huge for RSHN and on a 1-10 scale Snapple being 1 and Pepsi being 10 Al said" it's about a 5" This deal would only effect RSHN because it is strictly e-water.
5)There will be a PR in 1 wk in regards to the full share audit.
6) Within a week or two of finalizing a deal with Garden Bev. Dist.
7) New investors will pring capital. There will be no further dilution of shares, and they may actually retire shares to the treasury.
8) THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT (not even considering it)
9) 7-11 deal is tied into the Japan deal.
10) there will be 2-3 PR's for next week and week after.
11) There is a PR for late today or early tomorrow.
12)This is all from my phone conversation and directly discussed with Al of RSHN.

Thought that was what the NOBO was leading to. Seems most of the time that is what happens. Also, the move off of pinkie is something you and I have discussed before Robbie and I am sure you are smiling as I am right now. Did not expect this move until after Xmas, so I may be about right.
Once again... THANKS Robbie!

So what is the procedure to move up to the next board? Audited financials? If so for how many years back? Does the pps need to be at a certain price? Info I must look into

I think for the OTC.BB you have to trade in full cents, so .01
Also, audited financials for 3 years. Even if the company was another company before.
File your quarterly on time every time or get an E. And basically keep your nose clean and don't try to defraud the investors like RA over on USXP.

Don't feel bad hbbus, if any of these major deals goes through you should have your money back plus a nice return, Japan might be the best for us investors if the size of the deal is what they say.

O.K. lunch is over. Time for the MM's to get back to work. Comeon.... someone take down some 21's. Still no ladder past 22. Maybee I should put an ask of 23 for 500k. Will think about it. Would not want a PR to come out though and blow by it. Decisions, decisions. Bet UBSS would not even post it.

If we can get mid 20s without any news I think we could really see a climb back to 30 or more.
