Moring guys. If Iwishihad is correct, we may get an early PR this morning. That may help us better than an afterhours one on Friday. I do know that they would be trying to keep the MM's off balance with those PR's. So far the MM's are ignoring the NOBO thingy.

I am ready for the new web site. I want to order some AR and ARR.

They will if the company forces a short squeeze. Still waiting to see the results of the listing and what their plan is to make the shorters cover. They are making no move as of yet to cover it would seem.

RushNet Inc. Enters Into Agreement to Purchase Chicago Beverage Distributor
Friday August 4, 2:26 pm ET

BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2006--RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN - News), the Chicago-based marketing company for Rush Beverage Co. and brand owner of e-water(TM), announces the signing of a Letter of Intent to Purchase Garden Beverage, Inc. Garden is an established, privately held specialty beverage distributor based in Chicago with over 2000 retail accounts.

Garden Beverage, founded in 2003 and has grown exponentially since its inception. The distributor projects 2006 sales to exceed $5.4 million and its customer base of over 2000 accounts is growing. Garden Beverage's distribution encompasses the Metro-Chicago market and extends into Northwest Indiana - distributing over 12 brands (62 items), with Arizona Tea as its flagship.

Under the terms of the agreement, RushNet enters into a 90 day due diligence period with Garden Beverage, wherein the company's financials are assessed along with operations and sales strategies. During this period, Rush also determines the synergies that can be leveraged using Garden's distribution of Rush's present brands to their captive audience.

RushNet plans to incorporate Ginseng Rush®, Ginseng Rush XXX(TM), Rush Cola(TM) and e-water(TM) into the Garden Beverage system throughout the due diligence period. The strategy allows RushNet to develop new DSD (Direct Store Distribution) customers and refine the sales and marketing programs so they can be replicated nationally. RushNet also sees great potential for introduction of its single use energy supplement products, through Garden with their C-Store and Gas Station customer base.

President & CEO of RushNet, Inc. Bob Corr remarks: "We feel this was always the direction we wanted to take, but could not find the right fit until we found Garden, and we've been watching them for six months. Distribution is the key to growth, success and longevity in the beverage industry. Controlling your distribution is controlling your destiny. This is the paradigm that is proven in this industry over and over, most recently with Hansen Beverage's success story. Hansen's (HANS) built their distribution in their own backyard (California) and expanded nationally. The rest is history as they've grown to over $350 million in sales and with a share price in the $40 range. Our plan is to do the same, starting with the Chicago market. Chicago is our hometown and we plan to develop it as our launching point." This is a significant milestone in the company's future, as well as bonanza for our stockholders.

The purchase of Garden Beverage gives RushNet, Inc. access to the large and rapidly growing Chicago Hispanic market, and it intends to leverage its recent Mexican distribution success here with its array of beverages. See today's Chicago Tribune's article on the market's dynamics.

I was in RSHN for the first round at .0008 & .0012. Got back in today at .0017 for the next run. OK Bob, don't mess this one up. Garden Beverage Inc. could be our Golden Ticket! Let's nail this purchase and start reporting numbers so we can move onto OTCBB, etc. and put the mega squeeze on the shorts. [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

I got a response from Tom Swan regarding it. He said that the contract expires next week, but everything should be cleared by then. As I said, negotiations are already done.

I also asked about the REGDEX. He simply said it was to raise capital. I also inquired about dropping the A/S back to 4 billion and he said that it was increased for 2 - 3 PPM's. (? any insight is good) But he said they will have to revisit that soon and that could possibly reverse that auth if they see fit. They're definately working hard for the future and want to increase our value.

It's been a long wait for this to run. I know it's a longer term play. So do we know if shares have been sold over the past month? It would give us some reason for the lack of upward mobility we have seen. Looks like big news on the Horizon. Still holding and waiting.

thanks, but tom already replied confirming that was what PPM meant. I figured it was. None of the other wiki results made sense [Wink] The brewery will probably complete, but RushNet is no longer in the picture apparently. That is unfortunate. Someone says that Lynch will be semi involved in Garden's management, but doesn't provide any money to the deal. I can't confirm that as it came from an ihubber. I think we'll see green days next week.

REGDEX was a SEC filing to sell some shares to private placement to rasise capital. Probably for the investors helping with Garden.

Grrrr. Why does RSHN keep getting bumped? Bob has some SERIOUS control issues. Wouldn't commit to Robbie, so we got ZERO. Probably won't commit to Japan and we'll get ZERO. FINALLY, we were going to play a major role in brewery ownership and see green, only to now get ZERO? Bob, it's been over 25 years pal and you wouldn't have squat if it wasn't for RSHN money to finance your livelyhood all these years. Where's the payback???

Sorry. I just had to get that off my chest and beleive most here feel the same way. Why am I already regretting getting back in?

We never had a stake in the brewerey deal. It was always a private deal. However, that is not to say that it will not benifit us. Corr and Assoc. owing the brewerey would obviously help us. Time will tell.

Don't want Lynch anywhere near us. But nothing I can do about it. Hope it works out if he does.

Right, we've never been involved with the brewery. Bob was going to buy it and use RushNet as the marketing agent. That much will still happen. Tom was just saying that the brewery will close, but RushNet is not involved in the purchase.

Ultimate intentions was to brew them there instead of using the Minnisota plant. You pay royalties when using other companies. Would cut costs.

I had a Ginseng Rush yesterday. Was my first. I have had XXX, Cola, and ewater before, but I found GR at a natural foods market. I have to say I like XXX better simply because they taste almost identical. Would prefer more ginseng for the same taste. Did give me energy, and satisfied my addiction to ginseng.

bochelle on ihub got the REGDEX form and it shows a Priate Placement deal of $1,000,000 with $686,000 of that going straight to working capital. If you recall this is the same number quoted with the Lynch deal about inventory... so we're going to be getting big inventory for big orders ready. I'm sure this placement is in regards to Garden and not Lynch.
