i keep finding myself going to the chicks myspace site, which one is your favorite, lol..

I m still in cactus. Just watching the show. I see the web page is up but is pretty much useless. Our os is still about 1.7 b so at least if that is adam he isnt selling stock to pay for his lifestyle. lol. TMAN...

Cactus, It sure fits the profile we seen on the board so i would guess it would be him. I was thinking the same thing tmanfromtexas was thinking when i saw those posts. I am also thinking that if he has to appear in court that i hope he does not come off in the wrong way and tick off the judge or jury.

iwish, i hear what you are saying, but adam isnt that dumb, i dont think.. actually i read depositions that bio med was trying to use to make him look stupid, and he held his ground pretty well, with at least 4 lawyer interjections because he was trying to lead the witness (adam) into a conversation that was trying to paint him as a frivolous litigator. from what ive seen the depositions have gone well...

I think t man was saying that adam wasnt paying for his lifestyle, since the os has hardly budged in years, i believe it. i do think that adam sold a lot over .01.. just a hunch.. but i do think he is buying a chitload around .003-.004, probably because he knows this trial will go thru. ubss was buying when it jumped from .0027 to .0041.. adam... jmho

guessing he wants to know who john lee is, but this is unusual to say the least, but not really when you are talking about omda. There are a lot of accusations made by bio, towards other people as well, including the attorney who is also named in the suit, i think so at least. I just think they are hot about john lee, raising such a ruckus.. we'll see. my guess is that ab hopes to maybe link people who slam him with members of bio..
let me make it clear though.. i am simply speculating.. lol

Its hard to say, but this makes me feel more confident about the stock these things that were going on made we wonder and adam did not seem to attack very hard, but i guess he played it smart and is answering now to see who they really are, if there just regular investors no big thing but if there not... The Saga goes on.

I would bet you ten to one the auditing company is talking about that 5% of the company in the OMOG suit. And I just can't figure out how there could be paperwork that Michael can't find, but which can't be fairly readily reproduced. Sheesh! There isn't a triplicate copy somewhere?
