Wow I just looked at the OS. 1.7 billion? It's all well and good that Adam own 18 mill shares, but 1.7 bill? I guess we had to pay the legal fees. I wonder if Adam will use the proceeds from the trial to once again reduce the OS.

yea, i dont know about adam. I have my ideas. My guess, no there isnt any wells, all the wells got gaffled by lanza. he may have another well in the works right now though. Adam probably just hangs around and trades pennies like us, lol.. Im guessing their will be a nice run up to the trial date. when it starts who knows. seems like this stock hates to stay below 4 though. we'll see.

He also has more influence now. A consultant is just that. An employee of COO status wields considerably more influence.
This is just one of the things Adam needed to do to get this company moving in the right direction. It will take some time for him to develop a good strategy and business plan. So don't expect an overnight turnaround.
I'm sure that the lawsuit is still pretty much foremost in Omda's plan right now and until its settled and done. Not much else will develop. In another 2-3 months it will be resolved or very close to being so.
I still feel my patience will eventually be rewarded. Whether it be by a large settlement or judgement or even a buyout attempt by BDGR, it'll all be good in the end.

I agree with Rbreb13. I don't think it was a BS move, not a very PPS inspiring PR as we all were witness to, but still a good move. He does afterall have "over 25 years of oil and gas experience". He is also a key witness in the Young Oil law suit. Seems like Adam needs a guy like that in a permanent position. I'd rather see a guy like Dion get the position who has both the industry experience and a history with the company than some other outsider.

A good point on the possibility of a BDGR buyout also. I'm not exactly sure how they arived at the $36,530,261.10 figure, but it seems that it must be just about everything that BDGR is worth. Seems that they would be stupid not to attempt a buyout as a resolution. Especially if they think they have a weak case, and since their legal counsel withdrew because of a "deteriorated attorney-client relationship" it seems that they can't be feeling that their case is too strong.
I'd be happy to get .01 to .02 cents a share in that sort of buyout, but I like the sound of a nickel, even though it is twice the amount sought in the suit.

my guess is adam bought a ton of shares in the last run, dumped around .0078 hard and is still dumping maybe. bring it down to where you think this is dead, then he'll buy more, throw news out and repeat.. just my guess of why this always tanks back to under 4..

I certainly don't know the man, but the company seems pretty open. I have no reason not to trust this lockup agreement. It seems pretty tight. We know how much money is invested in each property, we also know the court costs. They keep us informed of the court proceedings very well.
I think the PPS is down because people have put their money elsewere until the court date is a little closer. Those people might be caught off guard if a settlement happens sometime before. Also the price of oil is down over the past month or so, but with hurricane season setting in, it's on the rise again. JMO

I'm not so sure that they won't settle. I agree that it seems unlikely at this point, but I believe that they were very close to a settlement before. Their legal counsel withdrew sometime after that. Those two things say to me that their case is pretty weak. What would they be hiding anyway? They can't do anything about the evidence that OMDA holds. And if OMDA has a signed contract from Lanza, and Lanza doesn't have any evidence of that, then that makes them look even more incompetent.

lol, ive owned this for a while, Im optomistic and pessimistic, but realistic. Ive watched this trade for a while and i have my theories. I hope that adam is for real, a lot of people have questions about it. no getting around that. I bought heavy at .004 and will most likely hold until the trial. I Just hope the trial doesnt get delayed or pps is in deep you know what..
I like the people here that own it too, so its fun to own. but not ever fun to lose money, lol

I wasn't so fortunate, I bought a bit higher, but I will hold for the trial also. I've considered buying more at this level, after all it has held for a while now. The hurricane stocks may look more tempting than this buy on Monday though. Although in an indirect way, most oil stocks are pretty good hurricane bets.

Word is the William Dion gets back from vacation this weekend and should be ready to start digging into OMOG fulltime. This vacation was one that he had planned before his appointment and was taken with Adam's full knowledge. Hopefully Adam has everything in order for Dion to take over the reins and start moving this forward. I'm sure this will take some time. It won't happen overnight or even in a few weeks. Looking forward to how everything unfolds in the next few months. Lots of things are going to be happening, IMO!

As always thanks for your email. The trial is scheduled for 9:00 AM on November 13, 2006. It is always possible that a settlement will be done prior to the trial date though nothing has been settled as of yet. We do anticipate that we will recieve the revenue producing wells that we feel rightfully belong to OMDA and its shareholders, if we are indeed victorious in court. The company I work for has a small NG facility in Tennessee used as part of a larger operation. The NG is basically used to fuel larger operations. I work within a drumming facility at the company I'm employeed by. I've also heard talk regularly on a company called OMDA Oil & Gas located in Tennessee. Basically what it comes down to is certain people want to keep business operations within the area as to benefit from certain commodities. I hear information on many companies that operate within the state. Tengasco is just one. I started watching this stock a long time ago, but was reluctant to buy. I confirmed some information that I felt justified it as an investment so I took an extremely small position. Absolutely the information is 100% unfounded as of yet, but could materialize in the near future or into 2007. At these levels after the recent drop I felt is was worth the small investment...that is all.

Honestly, Im gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here. Im thinking this guy has been trying to be honest but facing an up-hill battle with lanza and penny trading. No doubt in my mind he has taken advantage and made money trading OMOG stock. i still havent seen a complete screw-over of investors yet though. and this is the lowest this stock has ever traded. I do have concens he is shorting it as we speak. But he did buy a lot of shares at this level and higher and court date is looming. So, the short theory doesnt really pan out at .0033..
I dont think BDGR will settle. I do think that there is a chance that AB will finally have his day against these guys. The courts could trounce BDGR Rick, Joe and crew. and that would be a HUGE momentum shift.
My theory is that adam bought back all the shares to drive pps as high as possible in hopes to stabalize pps until the trial.i am sure he hoped to hold .005, but it didnt work. Im not sure if he wants to bail out pps or let this ride until trial? jmho

Cactus, I agree with you that Adam did try and stabilize the price with his buy back made no since that he bought at the price he did when he knew he could drop price with no pr's. I think at this point he feels the only thing that will change these prices long term will be getting this lawsuit done. I would not be surprised to see bdgr start the trial then try and settle or settle days before trial date, time will tell.

Another painful day thanks to Adam. You might be right cactus. Perhaps Adam doesn't mind letting this tank before the trial so he can load up. His lock up agreement certainly doesn't prohibit him from buying low. I am normally not that paranoid, but this lack of effort is really annoying.
I wish he would just do something. He hasn't even sent out a news letter since July 17th. What does he do? BTW, What is William Dion doing, certainly not finding oil. These idiots need to quit sitting around waiting on the stupid trial and get something done now.

Your right about that, but He's been at this new position for a month now, and He's worked with the company for quite a while. You'd think he could have figured out the financial status by now.

"Thanks for your email. I don't know why the pps has drifted down. It got to .003 then bounced today. In my opinion the stock get momentum once the trial and lawsuit are behind us. We are set for trial November 13th. We had lots of good news put out this summer in pr's and newsletter updates, but it wasnt able to sustain the gains. I think this may change after the trial.

I emailed them back and told them that no one trusts them anymore and if they dont have this trial OMDA's credibility will be demolished.

just checked the court records. nothings scheduled until the trial on the 13th. I highly doubt the judge will allow a continuance of any kind because they already granted one before and this has dragged on a year and a half already.
this should get very interesting considering there are players out there that got burned big time by lanza and there were players that helped the buyout of OMDA. There is a lot on the line for all parties. I really think this trial will happen.

The cost to Omda would be zero my partners are willing to finance it up to an inital 200GPH at approximatly a $1.00/gallon profit. Expandable in 500 and 1000 GPH increments that could be duplicted in other areas infinately. The revenue potential is limited only by ones ability to manage and willingness to work until the world runs out of bio oils. Rox has all the details, you should contact him. He is an essential part of the deal. I and my partners have impecable ethics and expect the same from the people we do business with. We don't play games. We get results, but we're not stupid. fAt

As the resolution and news release stated, the next funding won't be a 504. I am sure updates about the next and necessary funding will be forthcoming. Also ask William who wanted the preferreds transfered to themself and to absolutely not have them cancelled. I am out for the day, I'll catch up on the slander and defamation this weekend some.

I dont know, I believe adam. I dont think you can make that up. I think they are aligning themselves before this trial and there is some quarreling between insiders at omda, maybe with adam. thats why he's frustrated. I dont think he's crazy though. there is a lot on the line here

I think i brought up a long time ago that one of the problems with being so involved with a company and try an grow it plus add lawsuits, which are nothing but pressure mounting experiences this all means trouble. With these court dates rapidly approaching the pressure is going to mount even more and once they are done with things will get much better, my big concern is how much money do they really have, if there is money available then all the other things will fall into place once the trial is over. This could be a great buy but could go lower after his posting he would be better keeping these inter company problems to himself but that is just my opinion. I also feel the pressure from this trial has got to be killing him and will only get worse till it is over or settled and you know bdgr side is feeling it to... The game is on.

My take on the situation over there...John Lee starts posting & bashing AB to hell, finally AB posts that he knows who John Lee is (John Young) AB thinks the new COO was in with John Young as they were in constant phone conversations. New COO trying to get AB to hand over preferreds. I think that you are onto something wish, I do think that the trial is stressing all out. now everyone wants to get in line and get a piece of the action. we all knew that there are insiders that helped AB buy out OMDA and helped advise him along the way. there is a team of lawyers to the tune of 700 large on this for a year and a half. The only thing that makes me think AB is on our side is because he's crazy enough to come out with all this. I do think he's for real. I think that he's feeling pushed out now that the pay day may be near. This is very interesting. Im glad i bought into this for some reason...

I think Kay had other things that came up in her life and had to move on, hopefully if this thing goes real good she still has her stock. I think that it appears you have to watch your back in the oil business. When your young probably a lot of people in the oil industry feel you do not have the right to be there, my guess is that there is a lot of good old boys. Adam being young has most likely ticked off a lot of people and many others will try and take advantage if it goes right. He said he did not have experience in the field but is learning fast, i like the idea that he draws from experience but has to watch who he opens the books to until he is sure they are trustworthy. I do not know all the facts here but what i have read does not sound good. Sure is a interesting stock with all the twists. I just hope they have the cash to get through the hard times i think Adam will do fine with the company if the cash flow is fine till settlement. The bdgr bunch have got to be starting to get real nervous now and trying to figure what is the best way to try and survive the coming onslaught. If i was Adam i would keep low key until after the trial as to not give bdgr any ammunition for the trial and use my lawyers to shut off any insiders posting if need be. For investors now it's a question of do you jump in or wait for big news, for us already in with these low prices do we feel real sure with Adam and their lawsuit to load up. At least we have had a lot of fun with OMOG posts lets hope we can all celebrate in a few months or less.

Your threats of taking legal actin against at least 12 of us is your decision. I have to say there is a huge amount of misunderstanding around here. This email will be one of the first documents I produce to a judge/ jury If you feel we have to go to court. If everything is on the up and up as you say ..produce the facts to shut us up. If you can't shut us up with a few truthful facts we will still have the same questions. The choice is yours. Do you keep the doors closed and have us kept in the dark or do you open the doors to let us see what is going on. Every judge and jury will see we are trying to work with you. They don't usually side with people who clog the legal system with problems the two parties should have easily worked out.

interesting that the only thing that they could get out of ab about BIO MED was that he was bothered that OMOG shareholders would bail/be affected. Im guessing that BDGR lawyers drilled him about everythin under the sun. Interesting this was all videotaped too. seems like OMDA is the only succesful takeover so far? Much as I hate to admit it. Yes I did but not for the reasons you think. I sold at .0036 for a loss on Sept. 7th. The way OMOG has been trading in this channel I figured I would use the money for some other plays, hopefully make some profit and still be able to get back in at or near my exit price. Looks like that's going to work out for me. I figured anywhere in the .003's would be fine. Looks like I might get it back a whole lot cheaper than that. Triple zero's anyone?
As for all this other chit thats going down. I have no idea what/who to believe. I most likely will be back in this by the end of this month or first couple weeks of next month. We'll see how this all pans out and go from there.

its cool you are honest, one thing ive learned about pennies and markets is that when it seems like its over, BAM.. something happens. I dont know if anything has changed for the bad here. If anything it gives us all a better idea of whats going on. remember bio med's accusations are are slanted as they are trying to defend themselves. I am pretty sure that AB and crew are not happy right now as fat says more and more people request to join yahoo board. Only because Longs bailing OMDA is his nightmare. he admitted it under oath. Web site is down, and last time that happened they had a nice surprise. Im gonna hold and see how this plays out.

morning everyone, looks like it was pretty tame last night. I still think its a good thing all this heat is on OMDA now. Now we may finally be getting somewhere. Remember that adam was instrumental in taking over OMDA so i dont know how much he is willing to turn over the reigns sompletely. The bio med stuff has been out for 3 months now. All that claims is that AB tried a hostile takeover, which we all knew before. There was some interesting other tidbits in their though, lol.. but adam seems to deny a lot of it. I do not see this as a bad sign, things are just more public now. It appears some people on the inside are trying to do something for some reason. With a big lawsuit coming and the possible potential of this company there could be many reasons, but the biggest reason i see is that someone either wants a big part of the action or it has something to do with the upcoming trial we as outsiders have our best guesses. But the thing i ask myself is why so much concern over this small oil company if they did not think a lot of money could be involved someone wants more control or its appears to be lawsuit related my guess. They know Adam loves to play on the Internet and its probably his lawyers big nightmare yet on the other hand he is a big customer of their firm. We know the downside of the pennies, but this one has the potential of a big upside time will tell, i like what i have seen this last few days other than Adam spends to much time posting and defending himself, but that is Adam. Someone wants more control of this company and is bashing and has to be an insider from what i am reading and i am not talking about normal investor talk, this is good because if they thought this company was not worth anything these insiders would not be wasting their time. I have not read anything here that concerns me since the trial is coming other than Adam just talking , but he was a little more careful in his responses than normal, usually he just calls it like he See's it. The one thing i see in the price right now is that it is just a little lower than other oil stock that i consider comparable we will see what happens this week after these statements, but i expect some investors will jump at the action because of the upside.

The reason John Lee started posting on the board is that he has seen people here, shareholders of OMOG, begging Adam, the CEO of OMOG for an update of the company’s business development without a word of response. His intention was to take the initiative to ask some questions, from questions he may get some answers and those answers may shine some light on what he should do with his OMOG shares, for the board was dead for weeks and the pips has been dropping down further. John Lee was fully expected that he might be labeled as a basher like TT and be kicked out of this board within two days for his views are similar to his.
However, to John Lee’s complete surprise is that his questions and comments seem really touched some nerves and John Lee suddenly has become part of the attention of not only 178 members + 5 new members on the board but also the day traders at AllStocks, Ihub, OMOG Legal, Yahoo legal, may be FBI and CIA are involved as well. Why FBI/CIA? Has John Lee’s questions and comments terrorized somebody? Never dreamed of it in his life John Lee's words would have scared somebody.
If they all really get involved, then, the common sense tells that his questions and comments may have had some truth. If his questions and comments are nonsense, then anybody with holding the truth could easily show what they have to prove John Lee was wrong or just laughed at it and ignore it, for eventually the truth revealed later would prove John Lee was wrong and he would have made a fool of himself, which would become a laugh following him whenever he would be at the investment community on the internet, instead of threatening to take him to court. It is that simple, isn’t it?
Why may John Lee get sued? Because he has leaked out insider information? His questions and comments made based on common sense have made him an insider of OMOG. What an honor! (However, his guess is that nobody wants to be a so called insider of OMOG, for majority of them are also bag holders and might wish never got involved).
Let’s look at the definition of an Insider:
Insider (dictionary.law.com) ”n. someone who has a position in a business or stock brokerage, which allows him/her to be privy to confidential information (such as future changes in management, upcoming profit and loss reports, secret sales figures and merger negotiations) which will affect the value of stocks or bonds. While there is nothing wrong with being an insider, use of the confidential information unavailable to the investing public in order to profit through sale or purchase of stocks or bonds is unethical and a crime under the Securities and Exchange Act.”
Has John Lee’s comments made about OMOG on the forum here caused the pps to fluctuate and he has made profit out of it?
If a large amount of shares of a particular pink stock had been sold into the market and the selling activity has been lasting for days, weeks or even months. If the selling were not from the company, the company usually would address this issue in a pr ASAP. However, if the selling was from the company, then the company would keep its mouth zipped or even worse to get some pumpers to blame the MMs for naked shorting its stocks. If someone used his common sense and made a comment on the situation by saying the stocks selling was from nobody else but the company, wouldn’t it be ridiculous if the company sued that someone for leaking out insider information, which turned out to be true later?
People here have been waiting for months to hear from the new COO of OMOG. John Lee made a comments the COO might never got anything from the CEO, which turned to be true. John Lee didn’t make the call to the CEO of OMOG and made an assumption about what the call might be like. Etc. Now, suddenly, those comments and assumptions have become insider information. Therefore, John Lee has made himself an insider of OMOG and may be sued to leaking insider information. Wow!
If this mess really gets into the court in the United State, then John Lee would love to attend the court with joy. It would give him a legitimate reason to apply for a US visa to enter the United States and also would give him a golden opportunity to stay there as an illegal immigrant after his visa expires. He may be able to get a job as a dish washer or kitchen helper in a restaurant to make 5 buck an hour so that he could send some US dollars back to the village in his home country to build a huge bamboo house or a 3-storey high tomb stone for his ancestors to glorify his family name. All the people in the village would go to pay a visit and have their mouths widely open:”WOW!” Can you imagine the kind of joy and happiness it may bring to his family? This outcome would be much better than John Lee wait for the PPS of OMOG to go back up to 3 cents to make a few bucks plus only God knows when. Then he would have to pay a snakehead 30 to 50 grand to bring him to Mexico on a fishing boat, sneak him into the States via desert on foot, then get him shipped to New York in a cargo van. The journey would be extremely dangerous. He may have got himself raped or even killed.
It may give him a chance to get on to Tonight Show with Jay Leno or David Letterman or may be Dateline NBC, that would be cool, wouldn’t it? “The Internet Forum has made John Lee, a villager in the jungle of Vietnam, an insider of a publicly traded company in the United States.” That would be sensational. Everybody on earth would love to watch the show and find out how he had achieved it.
John Lee is not as sensitive to English as many other people here. He never felt TT’s writing was as irritating as the finger nails crossing the chalkboard. Some people blamed him to bashing their be loved stock – OMOG. If OMOG had a good management and was doing well in business, John Lee would think nobody on earth could have a single chance to bash it down from 0.03 to 0.003, not even for Jim Bishop or Janet Shell in one thousand years. If you shut up a different voice today, then sooner or later, someone else would come to shut you up, all IMHO.
TT has the same view as John Lee. It doesn’t qualify TT as an insider of OMOG but John Lee, life is not fair, isn’t it? Who is luckier? TT or John Lee? TT has been bragging about how he has made money from trading OMOG on the board before. John Lee was poor and after getting into OMOG three years ago, he has become poorer. Usually insiders are able to take an advantage of the insider information and profit from it. Who has made profit from OMOG. TT or John Lee? Logically, wouldn’t suing TT for leaking out insider information make more sense? Wouldn’t it have a higher chance to have a case?
Would John Lee’s questions and comments and the discussions on the board affect the pps? Don’t think so. If it is the case, then the stock market would be an easy game and every HONEST person on this board would be rich.
To John Lee’s another complete surprise is that those questions and comments are all common sense. How come nobody has been asking the similar questions after TT was kicked out of the board? It could be all kinds of reasons. However, IMHO, the main reason is that people are so afraid to be labeled as bashers or to be isolated to ask real meaningfull questions. However, without asking questions, how could people find out the truth? The history has proved the truth usually doesn’t just reveal itself without questions being asked and explored.
The human civilization has made great progress in the past few hundreds of years. It has been all from asking questions. By asking questions, people find a way to get answers and truth. How was the Universal Gravitational Law discovered? By asking questions why the apples fall to the ground instead of flying up to the sky. However, another question is that why this question was raised by Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727) in Europe instead of by someone in India or China. Those two countries have had 5000 years of civilization. The history has given them enough more time to figure out what this physical world has being going than the Europeans, wouldn’t it make more sense for someone in those two countries to discover the Gravitational Law? Why not? Could be all kinds of reasons. However, one of the reasons is because the people there were brained washed by their own culture to be obedient and to be satisfied with what they had. Asking questions out of norm were condemned and strictly forbidden by their rulers or the head of the families in the name of peace and harmony for the county or family. Whoever had the guts to challenge them would be persecuted or destroyed. Is the history in the ancient South-East Asian countries going to repeat itself here on the OMOG Yahoo message board in the United States of America today?
Some people may say, why can’t you wait the lawsuit to be over to ask those questions? Why now? Well, Remember TC once said that he would sell his shares within a heartbeat if it was not because of this lawsuit. Therefore, after the lawsuit is over, everybody will be rushing to the exit. If there are no other business projects going to support the pps, probably the pps will never ever be back up to 0.015+ again. Besides, Are there going to be some kind of funding program for OMOG to sell more shares into the market to pay for the lawsuit and other costs before the lawsuit is over? Is there some kind of system at OMOG to look after the assets returned back from Lanza will be all under the name of all OMOG shareholders? If this is really a WIN case and the longer it drags on, the more assets OMOG will get from Lanza, why would Lanza not settle the case as soon as possible? It seems not making any sense, doesn’t it? Could anybody shine some light on those questions?
The most people here on this board are OMOG shareholders. No matter where they come from originally, where they live right now and what their age or genders are. Everyone of them should be allowed to ask any questions or make comments on anybody else questions regarding how the company was doing in the past and has been doing recently, where the company will be going in the future or speculating on what may be or will be happening in the company. No questions are dumb questions and are forbidden. Only by asking questions, people can find out the truth, so people could make their own investment decisions to buy, hold or sell. Isn’t this the whole purpose of all the investment message boards all about? Let’s keep seeking truth by asking questions and by asking questions to find out truth. Your observations make a lot of sense. The reality is that no-one knows who is selling what and what people are buying with their own money. The trading volume to reach these current levels from our recent lows is a lot. As well, the gains on such large volume seem smaller than some of the runs in the past. You posted some of your theories about that and they may be dead on but it also could be a few other factors. Considering the authorized shares raise, the company's dilutive past, some of the larger shareholders not getting along, it being summer time and all, etc could be a few reasons as well. A lot of people who speculated on some past .0038-.006 shares from the last funding raise wish they had bailed on the last run to .016 a few months ago. They seem to be taking advantage of the buying and volume to get re-liquid in case it falls back down to recent lows again or to new lows if the company sells new paper into the market soon. I suspect over the next few months many shareholders will want to slow down their getting out of some of their position as more light can be seen at the end of the tunnel.
As far as leaving my recent buying a mystery, you could be right about the stock trading higher if I handled my buys differently. We'll never know if that would have been the case but at least now I am communicating better about our investment and company about what my intentions are. My credibility and the shareholder's hope to make money eventually is coming off of an all-time low in my opinion. With the preferred issuance, the authorized raise and some other decisions made recently now would have been the best time to radically dilute, reverse, etc if that was my motive. Instead big efforts have been made to rebuild that confidence and really get our company successful. There will be a NL out tuesday that really makes a lot clear about our near term future, my level of commitment and big growth that we can start getting excited about.
I hope your right about the main lawsuit coming to an end soon, it definitely would help us all feel much better about our investment.It would also get us much closer to needing experienced and proven management to get our wells producing as much as possible. You mentioned a few weeks ago about KING possibly venturing up with us to service our wells in the future, if it's the best option we have at the time it would great. When I bashed their manangement team some I did make clear that it was information I had received from a TX contact of mine. I don't take rumors for granted in this business so I wouldn't make Omda or personal decisions about them because of one person's opinion. Like I stated, I am not comfortable posting here who my source was but if you e-mail me and agree to keep it confidential I will tell you who told me those bad things. Again, it could be just someone's opinion and have no truth to it.
As far as the challenge we have going about which stock out performs the other I really don't care. I am not backing out from what I agreed to but for the record and in the interest of peace I am just letting you know that it's not something I think about all of the time. I hope both stocks tie in 9 months and we're all up 1000%.
Additionally on the record I do have a few things to apologize for and I would like to clear my chest on them. I truly am sorry for burning your trust and damaging you in anyway. I won't attempt to know all the ways I adversly affected you and I don't expect you to be forgiving but I wanted to at least make an attempt. One main apology that should cover most of it is for all the times I made representations to you, you in turn made those representations to others and then I didn't keep my word. Had I been straight with you more often (I don't think we would have had more success with Panola, Patroon, Lanza or Young had I been different) we definitely would have had other successes that at current we don't have. In addition to wanting to take back some of my actions I also regret posting anything derrogatory about you on the message boards. I won't get into anything specific that I may have said but I will refrain from doing so in the future unless it's something nice. We have enough to focus on and worry about with our company and investment and in my opinion there's no room to burn up precious energy fighting each other. We don't have to like each other but I feel we owe it to ourselves and to anyone that we recommended this stock to, to allow success to show itself, encourage it and not get in it's way. It's probably fair to say that without my resignation you wouldn't even consider being peaceful with me. That's very understandible but if we can meet halfway for now, even that move can be accomplished w/o hurting our current opportunities if done at the right time. As some of you know, I have recently been named to the suit that Lanza filed against us. With that to be considered as well as the suit we brought against them, it would look very bad if I stepped down right now. It would look bad to the Panola deal we are trying to close and get paid on, it would hurt us in the Young suit that we have a great shot of winning, and it's not fair to my successor to hand off the control with our financials pending completion and other messes I am cleaning up. I am also about a year of due dilligence and work into a mega- merger that is super pick up for us and I'd feel better getting that closed before making a move like that. We have room for a CEO, CFO, COO, President, etc after we recover our assets from Lanza and that would probably be a much better time to step down than something suddenly. I am open to suggestions but I feel now is the time to rally together and use teamwork to make the tough decisons that will shape the future of our company. Again, I apologize for hurting your feelings, for misleading you, for damaging your credibility and anything else I did whether it was intended or not.
The NL on tuesday will have a dozen new positives for our company's future. After digesting them I'd welcome and appreciate any feedback from you or from anyone else before the developments or decisions become law or get fed to the public in press release form.

I hear ya brother. What if the authorized share count raise was mainly for great acquisitions that already have big revenue and some profits? Possibly those buy-out or merger candidates needed to see that Omda had the capital structure or room for them to join our happy family. Of course as the NL's have alluded to, "at much higher prices." At those much higher prices we could get a lot for 20-30% of our company. Another good reason to have some share room is for compensation packages to be made available to future officers that we want to come into and run the company, unless we can get a quality CEO, CFO, etc in w/o a salary or stock options. The authorized being raised doesn't mean we have to use those shares right away. We have had a month to issue shares if that's what the plan had been. I'd rather keep the cash in my pocket instead of buying shares in the open market and then retiring them back into treasury but I am trying to be as selfless as possible. I am also working on raising the necessary money Omda will need for the on-going legal efforts, new drilling opportunities, future officer salaries, etc without using any shares at all. If that's the case then retiring some stock now and lowering the shares that Omda has outstanding isn't so idiotic. People shouldn't confuse authorized shares with outstanding shares.

I think the big question on inside information in general is not necessarily the person who talks about it but rather where it came from first and the reason, especially if it appears to be information that the general investor would not have. As far as a legal description its good to know, but does not really matter because who enforces much of anything, the sec? Where were they when investors were being had?(if they were) we will have to wait for the courts to decide that. I feel that the pps. reflects that a lot of investors like myself feel that OMOG does not have oil pumping, but holds some property that might pump someday and i look at the pps as just a little below that of oil companies that i feel are in the same situation, i hope they are pumping oil that would be a nice surprise as long as it was not costing more than the oil is worth. I put the possible settlement in a complete different league for the pps. The one thing that seems to be over looked is that at one point there was a settlement(if we believe omog) so why would there have ever been talks if there was no wrong that was done. I read as much as i can and i try and figure out which investors are here for fun and investing in general and who are here for other reasons and that includes stuff from other boards. I am not defending omog or even suggesting to invest in this stock i just try and have a little fun and learn from everyone else, i just wish the penny market would start its rebound...Good luck to all.

"As I was on the King Resources( KING) conference call today( all hour and 14 fourteen minutes), I couldn't help but notice some interesting research I stumbled on. Art's or "tchauncy"'s Raging bull posts on the KING board started on May 1st. Look at the stock chart from May 1st til today. A huge run from .02 to .20 or so( 1000% run up). We know Art was stuck in this stock for 5-6 years as well and after HBSL's meltdown to .12 I guess he needed a runner. Then I pulled up OMOG's chart over the same time period. .01 down to .004. The charts are clear that he and people who listen to him sold a bunch of OMOG to buy KING. I just think it's interesting. I also find Art's hypish posts on the KING RB board interesting. I didn't think the conference call was very good. From the speakers on the call, their organization or their plan I have major concerns but I do hope they are successful. They could not have prepared much for the call at all, I had a room full of people listening in with me and they all were embarrassed for the speakers and company. Only three questions came in at the end of the call. When asked how much cash they had on hand they kept repeating " not much" or they would guess. Mike Fearnow had some solid questions about their becoming fully reporting and filing. The questions were solid and they responded " we feel it'll be done in October." Then Mike asked them if they had even retained or chosen a firm that was going to take on this huge task and they said no( how did they guess October then?). They already have a market cap of 26 million and they need to raise 5 million or more( for starters), I would take some profits if I had some. Then they spoke of some Florida investor's that they felt were "pretty serious" about investing 50 million into the company. Without cash in the company, no completed financials for the last five years and a cap of 25 million ( which was 2.5 million only 7 weeks ago), for restricted shares, why would anyone invest 50 million into a company that they wouldn't be controlling? I have some friends in Texas that knew Mike King and John Edwards who started this deal and some of the current management team as well. He didn't have anything nice to say about those people but I won't post rumors here. Anyways, since Art is so hot for KING the last few months and still recently after a 1000% pop from .02 I would like to extend the following challenge. I believe OMOG will out perform KING by a landslide over the next 9 months. I also believe he is not done selling OMOG to buy more shares of KING ( as the charts over the last 2 months show) , so I want to start the challenge in one month from today. Both companies have expressed a need for more capital soon and this "month" also allows for each company to try and secure the best funding possible. Art thinks KING can be worth several dollars a share with their current projects alone, at $2 a share that's another 1000% gain. OMOG would have to be trading at .041 from current levels to outperform that upward move from KING if it happened. If OMOG doesn't win the challenge I will step down as Chairman. We'll know in 10 months what's decided.

In the mean time, you would get all the glory of success. Which approach would be better?
The former approach would be just fine if you had messed around with the day traders at AllStocks or Ihub. Many of them only gamble a few thousand bucks on any specific stock. If they had lost 50%, they would sell it, lick their wounds and move on to another play. They understand it is a part of the game. However, the people here are not day traders. Many of them have never bought a pink stock or would even never ever take a look at pink stocks. They are investors. If they lose money on something, they will not just walk away, forget about it and look for something else like those day traders. Those investors will never leave OMOG until they get their money back. At Ihub today. some traders bought a million shares at 0.0034 a few days ago are already debating if they should sell it at 0.0027 and buy back at 0.002 later. You see the difference between these two?

Thanks for posting some of these statements from the omog board, i was going to join then i read more of them and decided there seems to be some players over there with their own agenda's, i really like the part of the discussion about the difference between us at allstocks and them wherever and how we are gamblers and they are investors yet were both playing the same stock in the pinks. I was wondering when bdgr was going to come down a lot more maybe insiders are really starting to back out, i could not see how bdgr could still keep trading as high as it was with omog is so low and the possibility that omog could own all or a lot of there oil wells and cash, i do not see how there price can hold as the trial or settlement gets near, but you never know.

Here is a few things that make no sense on the lawsuit, bdgr it appears to still have no lawyer (have not seen anything on this) and there has been no extensions on the trial date, this thing is getting close to trial and it appears that bdgr is not really set for the trial, yet there is no guarantee that omog would even except a settlement if offered i am a little surprised these guys are not preparing for the worse, this is good for omog. Has anyone seen any thing different than i just mentioned?

thank hbbus, I got mostly all of my stuff over to my new place, still getting things over from the old place, then i gotta clean it and rent it. took a good nap today so i feel good. not excited about where we are at. interesting on the site it still says...

I dont know what to think, and iwish, im sure bdgr has a lawyer, we just dont know about it...

I do feel that everyone should make at least 2 moves in there life without movers to help, to know the joy of moving, it is a true test for a marriage. If you have a chance do it between to states always better. I remember one time when we rented one of those trucks, this was before cell phones, my wife was driving our car in front of me and i was driving the rental, we had a big hill to climb i started slowing down because of an incline and she got ahead of me, i saw a flat area ahead where i knew i could built some speed for the next hill, of course my wife wonder why i was getting so far behind so she started slowing up while i was trying to gain speed in the flat area of course just before the hill i caught her and had to slow up because she was slowing to wait for me, of course by then i could climb the hill at 20mph with my pedal to the metal... Ive moved 4 times in the past 4 years. Im buying all the houses that I can in hoppes to retire early, lol..
definately a lot of work.. I move everything on my own, to cheap to pay movers. Yep, it will test your marriage thats for sure. We are kind of getting used to it. It gets really stressful with young kids though. I had something similar happen to me in flagstaff coming to arizona the first time. loaded up with my wife, dog and cat in a beat up volvo pulling a uhaul trailer. Barely made it up that freaking mountain, 20 mph and it was floored. it was stressful but towards the end you just start laughing.. i dont move farther than 10 miles though, thats my limit.. I like the sunshine too much. whats up with the miller joke wish, maybe i missed something. been busy.

OMDA has not yet decided to add the most recent pleading to is website, but should the decision be made to do so, a follow-up press release will give the address.

Rule 504
This rule is considered by many as the perfect answer for the company just starting out that needs to raise less than $1 million but can't afford to go through the whole SEC registration process. Until they grow to a point where they can afford it, Rule 504 offers such companies an out:
An exemption to raise up to $1 million

Few general solicitation and resale restrictions
No limit as to the number or type of investors
Actually, Congress's original intent in 1982 for Rule 504 was to "set aside a clear and workable exemption for small issuers to be regulated by state blue sky requirements, but by the same token, to be subjected to federal anti-fraud provisions and civil liability provisions." Rule 504 exemption is provided for almost any type of organization, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other entities. However, it is not applicable to companies already reporting to the SEC (subject to the '34 Act) or investment companies.
You Cannot Exceed $1 Million. The total offering amount under Rule 504 can be up to $1 million in a 12-month period, less the aggregate offering of all securities sold within 12 months before the start of a 504 offering. So, if a company has raised $100,000 in private money in the previous 12 months, it can still raise up to $900,000 without being accused of breaking the rules, or integration.
Generally speaking, there are no specific disclosure requirements under Rule 504 (disclosing what the company is about, what it intends to do, or who is connected with it). This means that, theoretically, an issuer can have a purchaser sign a subscription agreement and purchase stock without any information about the company being disclosed. However, the rule is dependent on the blue-sky laws of each state in which the securities are offered. This means that if a state's blue-sky rules require disclosure, it must be provided regardless of Rule 504.
Rule 504 also provides that at least $500,000 of securities must be sold pursuant to a registration under a state's securities law. Consequently, an offer must comply with the blue-sky laws of each individual state in which it is offered. In many states, this negates the effective simplicity of Rule 504 and the federal government's intent, because many states' blue-sky laws are more restrictive than Reg D.
A word of caution to the entrepreneur--regardless of the amount of disclosure the issuer is willing to provide, Rule 504 does not dismiss the issuer from the federal requirements, nor is there an exemption from the fraud provisions, including the areas of material omissions or misstatements. The penalties for noncompliance are severe, including monetary fines and mandatory jail sentences.
Number of Investors. With its limited disclosure requirements, Rule 504 also allows an issuer to sell securities to an unlimited number of investors. Theoretically, a company could raise $1 million by selling its stock at a penny a share to 100 million different investors. Obviously, the economics are not too attractive, but there's no rule that stops an issuer from selling $500 blocks of stock to 2000 investors. Rule 504 is the only rule under Reg D that permits an unlimited number of investors.
A final note on Rule 504 is that the exemption provides for sales of securities of either debt or equity. This opens the door for combinations of both via convertible debentures. By way of explanation, convertible debentures are a debt issue (debenture) that is convertible to a preferred or, most commonly, common stock at some future date, usually at a predetermined price.

the thing is that in order to pull a 504 off, you need BUYERS, no one can dump shares without some sort of hope or promise to investors. something that sticks. basically people wont buy any shares if they feel there is no hope. thats why dilution doesnt add up here at this point in my opinion. im just not seeing it. Who would buy up a ton of shares right now with this going on? not many IMO, thats why i think we hear something soon..

I can see something happening fairly soon either omog will come with some news or i could even see something with bdgr(but much less likely) they are not going to get the value they want out of their stock till this issue is done with, investors are always going to be gun shy till resolved and its very hard to get money when you are a defendant in this kind of lawsuit you might have dodged the bullet for awhile but you still are in a bad position with investors and banks. Most penny companies need cash and there are several ways to get it, but these suits make it hard to get because investors are leery, thus selling stock at way low prices. These guys are not dumb and even though they might not like each other money might be the deciding factor.(Stock prices)...We will see. Again i was really surprised how fast the shares i sold were bought up, this might get interesting or real dull hopefully the first.

There is just to many things that are not typical of the pennies before they hammer us, this is still an oil stock and is pretty cheap right now, oil prices have dropped in comparison to recent prices but not compared to where they were 1.6 years ago when we thought they were high. Still a lot of money in oil if we still have what they show and add to investments, i am expecting news in near future because we did not see a big unloading of shares prior to the news of today. We might see some late sellers but i still think the insiders would have bailed before today or first thing this morning i would have thought the volume would have been at least 30-40 million. This next few weeks i would think we would see something. Just my opinion.

There is one other thing we know adam owns a lot of shares of this company he is not going to let this thing stay down without a fight, it will take him a short while to get over the postponement but maybe it will be a good thing in the end, he now can put it behind him for awhile and try and get this company moving again in the right direction, if he really thought this thing was going bad we would see so many shares hit the market sec. or no sec and we have not seen that.

I am still in, I think if they do not do a news release soon we will see more bail and the pps. drop unless Adam is buying the shares up which i rather doubt. They have cut any phone conversations when you call the investor relations now they say to e-mail them and the number for Adam that i have they do not return calls. I think more investors will move on shortly and put their money elsewhere until next year if they do not give them something to chew on.

Oh and for your info. I read all the new posts here everyday or so. I may be out but I still have this on radar and will start adding when the time and $$ are right for me. I love it, we are about a mile inland and its about 3 miles to the Huntington Beach pier and the Seal Beach pier so about 11 at night i usually drive to the piers and then walk out to see what they are catching, its interesting the difference between the areas at this time of night Huntington Beach bars are still rocking and Seal Beach are so quiet much younger crowd at Huntington. They dock Navy boats at Seal Beach about once a week so these young sailors can walk to the bars in the main part of Seal Beach if those guys only knew what they were missing 6 miles down the road.

Thats true about some not knowing. I did forget seeing that around. I'm always amazed that an investor doesn't take the time to do adequate DD on their plays.
Audit? Yeah its been hinted about but I don't see one forthcoming. It would be reckless at this point IMO. It might give BDGR/Lanza ammunition and that would be bad. If there is an audit it won't be until after the lawsuit is over. Hinting and doing are a lot different. I'm sure AB will be thinking the same thing. Why take a chance with an audit at this point it might backfire on Omda. Waiting won't change anything but for the better. An audit after the lawsuit is done would be much better as far as timing goes.
Anyways, we'll see. We have plenty of time to accumulate right now. 11 months is a long time.

I don't see an audit making any difference in a lawsuit like this, what ever records of omog's the defense wants they will get any how, i do not think omog's present records are going to make any difference in the outcome of this trial omog just needs to get to trial. I hope they do an audit because if they do you can pretty much guess they think it will help the pps. or they would not even suggest it, who knows for sure but i think most investors do not think they have anything that's why the pps. is so low and this would show they did, we hope.

Yeah it would. But if they announce a date and then don't follow through it will do more harm than good. Look at PLNI and BDGR, etc. The pps has suffered from announcing audited financials and then not producing them in a timely fashion.

I think something that is missed in the recent pr. is that omog will continue depositions next month, it appears they are going to turn up the heat with more depositions to see who might jump out of this suit to settle, no one likes to be deposed and i bet they feel that not only will they uncover more information but that someone, if not all will decide they have had enough, by now you know they have enough information for their case.

Back in April 2006, OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (OMOG) announced that it had approved and filed a 4th amended pleading adding Black Dragon Resources (Black Dragon) as a defendant to its initial suit filed in March 2005. Since this time, Lanza and the other defendants have had to acquire new legal counsel. Black Dragon and Lanza's new counsel were granted a continuance in order to familiarize themselves with the case. The original trial date was set for November of 2006. The new trial date is now set for September of 2007.
"I felt it was important to keep the shareholders current on the legal proceedings of this case," commented Adam Barnett, Chairman. "We are moving full steam ahead with this lawsuit, and the acquisition of new legal counsel by the defendant(s) has made us more confident than ever. The granted continuance should be viewed as an overall positive for our case; due to the fact that we will have more time to investigate and collect evidence on Black Dragon and the other defendants. We also plan to continue our depositions next month."

Thanks. Actually bought in the first quarter and sold some in the summer. Re loaded and maybe even some more as we go. I agree in keeping some long term. Why wouldn't we?

Oh and born and raised in Laguna Beach. Basically grew up on South Orange County. Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano and in Tustin when I dated that court reporter. She was cool.

Cactus, 6 years nothing wrong with that, looking back you start thinking the longer the better. I still laugh looking back when i went back to school after the service and had to see a counselor for my plan for college, he looks at my past grades and said those must have been bad times looking at my grades, i looked at him and said no those were great times can't you tell by my grades. I had a friend of mine that was part of our party group and he had to get into dental school later, it took us both a lot of good grades to average out our first 6 months of college .
