Here is a few things that make no sense on the lawsuit, bdgr it appears to still have no lawyer (have not seen anything on this) and there has been no extensions on the trial date, this thing is getting close to trial and it appears that bdgr is not really set for the trial, yet there is no guarantee that omog would even except a settlement if offered i am a little surprised these guys are not preparing for the worse, this is good for omog. Has anyone seen any thing different than i just mentioned?

thank hbbus, I got mostly all of my stuff over to my new place, still getting things over from the old place, then i gotta clean it and rent it. took a good nap today so i feel good. not excited about where we are at. interesting on the site it still says...

OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. is an oil and gas production and lease acquisition company. Currently the Company owns participation interests in 355 oil and gas wells in Louisiana and Texas. Of the Company's 35 leases, 16 currently have at least one producing well with an aggregate of over 100 currently producing wells.

well, with all the pressure from everyone, surprising to me they are still making this claim, which makes me think that it is maybe true. I think AB may be buying shares up, but not like he did in the past, all at once and admit to it. that wasnt smart and snappo told him so.. my hunch is adam will keep buying, but in a way as to not tip off flippers and day traders slow buying with a slow rise in pps, flippers stay away basically. I dont know what to think, and iwish, im sure bdgr has a lawyer, we just dont know about it...

Or, I'll play devils advocate.. they feel AB is a frivolous no nothing oil fryer from outback steakhouse, with no case and the only motives he has is to fleece shareholders...

lol....

who's telling the truth.. I'll continue to hold, too bad rbreb bailed...

Even if they did not have a good case you would think that bdgr and its shareholders want a outside lawyer to handle their case, of course when i glance at some of the other boards i do not see bdgr shareholders bringing up the case. So your move is done must be miller time.

I do feel that everyone should make at least 2 moves in there life without movers to help, to know the joy of moving, it is a true test for a marriage. If you have a chance do it between to states always better. I remember one time when we rented one of those trucks, this was before cell phones, my wife was driving our car in front of me and i was driving the rental, we had a big hill to climb i started slowing down because of an incline and she got ahead of me, i saw a flat area ahead where i knew i could built some speed for the next hill, of course my wife wonder why i was getting so far behind so she started slowing up while i was trying to gain speed in the flat area of course just before the hill i caught her and had to slow up because she was slowing to wait for me, of course by then i could climb the hill at 20mph with my pedal to the metal... The Memories.

Ive moved 4 times in the past 4 years. Im buying all the houses that I can in hoppes to retire early, lol..

definately a lot of work.. I move everything on my own, to cheap to pay movers. Yep, it will test your marriage thats for sure. We are kind of getting used to it. It gets really stressful with young kids though. I had something similar happen to me in flagstaff coming to arizona the first time. loaded up with my wife, dog and cat in a beat up volvo pulling a uhaul trailer. Barely made it up that freaking mountain, 20 mph and it was floored. it was stressful but towards the end you just start laughing..
i dont move farther than 10 miles though, thats my limit.. I like the sunshine too much.
whats up with the miller joke wish, maybe i missed something. been busy.

lets go AB !

just to refresh..

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/28/2006 -- OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC: OMOG) announced today that it has approved and now filed a 4th amended pleading adding Black Dragon Resources (Black Dragon) as a defendant to its initial suit filed on March 29th 2005 seeking the declaratory judgment in the district court of Harris County, Texas, 215 Judicial District. The case was originally titled: OMDA OIL AND GAS, INC., OMDA OIL AND GAS MANAGEMENT, INC. AND OMDA OIL AND GAS SERVICES, INC. PLAINTIFFS vs. JOE LANZA, MORGAN WILBURN, III, AND RICHARD I MICHAEL, TRUSTEE OF "007 TRUST", MONTE ANDERSON, TOM NEELY AND DAVID TAYLOR, DEFENDANTS.

OMDA has been actively pursuing a settlement in the case since its initial mediation hearing was held on March 15th 2006. During these discussions, most issues not directly involving Black Dragon, were successfully resolved. It has now become apparent; however, that Black Dragon and its CEO Rick Michaels, along with other defendants related to the Black Dragon company, have been directly involved in the conspiracy of fraudulent conversion involving hundreds of oil and gas wells in Louisiana that rightfully belong to OMDA Oil & Gas, Inc. Although legal counsel for OMDA OIL & GAS, INC. is highly optimistic that the global settlement, which covers all parties and aspects, will come to a quick resolution, they now believe it to be a prudent and wise decision to add Black Dragon as an additional defendant in the unlikely event that trial becomes required.

The initial action was stated as follows: "PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT AND REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURES", but was subsequently amended to read: PLAINTIFFS' FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, CANCELLATION OF INSTRUMENTS, CONSPIRACY, CONVERSION, EMBEZZLEMENT, FRAUD, MISAPPLICATION OF FUNDS, MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, SECURITIES FRAUD, THEFT, THEFT OF CORPORATE OPPORTUNITY, TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACT, UNJUST ENRICHMENT, CLAIM TO INTERPLEADER, AND DECLARATORY JUDGMENT PLAINTIFFS' FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, CANCELLATION OF INSTRUMENTS, CONSPIRACY, CONVERSION, EMBEZZLEMENT, FRAUD, MISAPPLICATION OF FUNDS, MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, SECURITIES FRAUD, THEFT, TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACT, UNJUST ENRICHMENT, CLAIM TO INTERPLEADER, AND DECLARATORY JUDGMENT.

The Company is seeking return of assets along with actual cash damages to include but not limited to the following: a) Any and all actual damages of at least Thirty Six Million Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Sixty One Dollars and 10/100 cents ($36,530,261.10); b) Exemplary damages as determined by the trier of fact; c) Declaratory Judgment that Plaintiff, Omda Oil and Gas, Inc., is the sole shareholder of Omda Oil And Gas Management, Inc., a Texas Corporation; d) Declaratory Judgment that Plaintiff, Omda Oil and Gas, Inc., is the sole shareholder of Omda Oil And Gas Services, Inc., a Texas Corporation; e) Declaratory Judgment that Plaintiff, Omda Oil and Gas, Inc., is the sole shareholder of SHWJ Oil And Gas Co., Inc., a Texas Corporation; f) Declaratory Judgment that Plaintiff, Omda Oil and Gas, Inc., either directly or by and through its wholly owned subsidiary, Omda Oil And Gas Management, Inc., is the owner of those certain 314 leases set forth on the consolidated financial statement submitted to Barnett on or about July 9, 2003.

OMDA has not yet decided to add the most recent pleading to is website, but should the decision be made to do so, a follow-up press release will give the address.

Adam Barnett, Chairman, stated, "I realize that any legal undertaking is an arduous task, and everyone at OMDA has expended much effort in this endeavor over the last year. I am extremely pleased with our joint mediation on March 15th 2006, and I do believe it is in the best interest of our company to resolve these matters through some type of settlement agreement. Having said this; however, we will only finalize an agreement that is both extremely beneficial to our shareholders and that takes into consideration a large amount of the assets that were unjustly taken by former management. We feel the addition of Black Dragon to the list of defendants will only help ensure a favorable outcome if we find it necessary to proceed to trial."

i'll take what i can get..

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Piercing Line Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.
