It's the 'ole gang again! I'm not in yet, but have been following in the background. What kind of time frame are people speculating for the trial?

Cheers.

Anyone hear from MsKay? Is she still in this one? It's looking promising again. I'm torn between adding to my PBLS bag or starting fresh here again.

Is the consensus still that OMOG owns all these wells? Has the overall sentiment changed with regards to the settelment...is there even going to be a settelment? Sorry for asking questions I can find on my own..I'm limited on time this am.

Wow I just looked at the OS. 1.7 billion? It's all well and good that Adam own 18 mill shares, but 1.7 bill? I guess we had to pay the legal fees. I wonder if Adam will use the proceeds from the trial to once again reduce the OS.

yea, i dont know about adam. I have my ideas. My guess, no there isnt any wells, all the wells got gaffled by lanza. he may have another well in the works right now though. Adam probably just hangs around and trades pennies like us, lol..
Im guessing their will be a nice run up to the trial date. when it starts who knows. seems like this stock hates to stay below 4 though. we'll see.

cactus...was it always 1.7 Bill? I could have sworn it was less. Yeah Adam is most likely a penny trader still. heck that's why I've always like him. He knows what we want...and he just bought a bunch more shares himself.

Good get interesting I think

I'm glad to see this getting some attention again. I'm not a lawyer, but I read through the legal papers and the news letters again last night and I think we've got a very good case here.

the thing is that if they put out one thing that proves they have oil, or an audit. this triples easy. its a good gamble at this level imo

He also has more influence now. A consultant is just that. An employee of COO status wields considerably more influence.

This is just one of the things Adam needed to do to get this company moving in the right direction. It will take some time for him to develop a good strategy and business plan. So don't expect an overnight turnaround.

I'm sure that the lawsuit is still pretty much foremost in Omda's plan right now and until its settled and done. Not much else will develop. In another 2-3 months it will be resolved or very close to being so.

I still feel my patience will eventually be rewarded. Whether it be by a large settlement or judgement or even a buyout attempt by BDGR, it'll all be good in the end.

Heck, BDGR can keep everything they stole as far as I'm concerned if they'll give me a nickel a share! [Eek!]

I agree with Rbreb13. I don't think it was a BS move, not a very PPS inspiring PR as we all were witness to, but still a good move. He does afterall have "over 25 years of oil and gas experience". He is also a key witness in the Young Oil law suit. Seems like Adam needs a guy like that in a permanent position. I'd rather see a guy like Dion get the position who has both the industry experience and a history with the company than some other outsider.

A good point on the possibility of a BDGR buyout also. I'm not exactly sure how they arived at the $36,530,261.10 figure, but it seems that it must be just about everything that BDGR is worth. Seems that they would be stupid not to attempt a buyout as a resolution. Especially if they think they have a weak case, and since their legal counsel withdrew because of a "deteriorated attorney-client relationship" it seems that they can't be feeling that their case is too strong.

I'd be happy to get .01 to .02 cents a share in that sort of buyout, but I like the sound of a nickel, even though it is twice the amount sought in the suit.

I hear ya, but if this guy was so good, why hasnt he found any oil? wheres the oil? everyone wants to know. Im not trying to bash. but adams all over the place and Ive never seen so many prs that make pps tank. lol. i just think he's a kid that needs a little college.. throw some more in the AS adam and go get some college learnin.. lol

who knows, he could be trading and flipping his own stock making a mint... Im holding for the trial. If adam blows that then OMDA is over IMO... so that means theres too much at risk to not win

I do not see a BDGR buyout, i do not feel they have the cash to do such a deal and i don't feel they can raise the money, just my opinion. Has anyone been able to talk to omog personnel? Does Adam still post? i have not had a call back in several weeks after calling several times, they have went silent on us.

my guess is adam bought a ton of shares in the last run, dumped around .0078 hard and is still dumping maybe. bring it down to where you think this is dead, then he'll buy more, throw news out and repeat.. just my guess of why this always tanks back to under 4..

jmho,,

If this PR was true I don't think he is selling.

HOUSTON, TX, Jul 20, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OMOG), announces that it has entered into a lock-up agreement with its Chairman, Adam Barnett.

Mr. Barnett has officially signed a lock-up agreement regarding all his personally owned and controlled shares of OMDA Oil & Gas, Inc. This agreement states that he may not "offer, sell, contract to sell, transfer, assign, contract to assign, gift, grant any option, warrant to purchase, or right to acquire; announce the intention to sell, pledge, exchange, contract to exchange, or otherwise dispose or contract to dispose of any of the Shares on the open market or in a transaction or series of transactions which will result in the Shares being available for sale on the open market." This agreement is effective until May 31st 2007.

Adam Barnett, Chairman, stated, "I decided to enter into this agreement in an effort to be as open with the shareholders as possible. I have recently begun announcing my share purchases and this is a continuation of that type of communication." Barnett went on to say, "Due to the fact that I have not exercised my right to sell 1% of my company stock since the beginning of the year and that I also do not wish to sell any shares in the immediate future, this lock-up arrangement seemed to make perfect sense for the company and for me personally."
