bond006: I agree. There are legitamate concerns about what happens after the 15th. I think it will drop again for a while but BKMP is still a solid long-term hold. But we're still in the pinks here and there are lots of ways a careless investor can get screwed.

Nevertheless, I think a good run in the next 7 trading days is almost inevitable.

Squire38,

Come on now. Different ticker or not you gotta admit 130-140 trillion preferred shares is not about giving value to the shareholder.

Anyone buying in at .0009/.001 should be prepared to hold for a while. This is not the big bump. This is just another flash in the pan.

Good week for a little profit taking though.

Sure are a lot of Paid BASHturds on this board.

Keep in mind that a BASHturd does not get paid to bash a bad Stock.

If any one of them had a clue they would take it out and play with it.

BAD BET... DIVI WILL BECOME CONVERTABLE AT SOME POINT IN THE NEAR FUTURE PULLING PRICE DOWN TO THE GROUND

DIVI = TRADEABLE IMMEDIATELY ACCORDING TO THE PR SO IT MUST BE CONVERTABLE !

REAL QUESTION IS... HOW SOON ? RIGHT AFTER THE 15TH ?

PONDER ON THAT....

You guys make me wonder, do you really not understand preferred shares vs. common shares? Or do you need to bash?

Preferred shares are tradable unless restricted,
even then they have different tickers. Some preferred share maybe setup to be converted, but not all.

Take the time, goole search and educate yourself.

YOU CAN'T TRADE A STOCK BELOW .0001 PER SEC REGULATIONS

PREFFERED STOCK VALUE WILL BE LIKE .0000000001 UNTIL IT IS CONVERTED TO COMMON STOCK !

Schwabie, you're tryng too hard. It can be technically tradable but not actually tradable--ask of .0001 and no bid. Kind of like SMMW.

It's pretty clear that the short-term purpose lies elsewhere--poison pill seems the most likely explanation, make the shorts cover is another possibility. The pfd's actual direct value to us, if any, will come later through conversion over a period of years or dividends that they will pay to holders.

It never ceases to amaze me how bashers spend so much time bringing others down. Even if they're right, they just come on here hoping to make others feel bad about their investments by pointing out all the negatives. Do you guys REALLY think that the investors of BKMP think they're holding a stock like Microsoft or Ebay? Hello?!? It's at .0008. We are more than aware that any stock at this level is a huge gamble. We know it doesn't have a float of 10,000 shares. We know the CEO likes to pocket some money for himself too. We know there's a gamble on a stock with 3 zeros after the decmimal point. I think this one is a better gamble than others. We've seen it move on good volume. We know things are coming. Maybe the people that say it will be at 5 cents after a certain PR are nuts. So what? It's more than obvious by the way you bashers point your fingers and laugh at the investors here that you're not here to try and HELP them. You're here to make fun of them. You're like kids on a 4th grade playground. You serve no purpose but to make others feel bad about what they've invested in. What does that make you? Very insecure. So, maybe you're right... BKMP is not MSFT, but please understand, nobody here thinks it is. It's not going to be hard to find negative aspects when you're dealing with a micropenny stock. You do know that, don't you? Do you think you've made some bewildering discovery when you find something negative about a stock this low? You guys are just silly, and you really need to find something you're passionate about outside of bashing penny stocks, because I know if I ever got to that level where that really was what got me off... I'd have to request you guys hunt me down and shoot me in the knee caps, as my life has REALLY taken a turn to sh*tville. I REALLY REALLY hope that the ones that continue to post on here are at least PAID bashers. If not, you've got some serious insecurities going on and a lot of time you need to find something constructive to do with. Hah!

WELL, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND... PEOPLE KEEP PUMPING THIS HARD ON A DAILY BASIS. THEY DON'T LET UP. THERE HAS TO BE A BALANCE. THEY ~ONLY~ POST THE POSITIVE TO KEEP THE HYPE GOING. NOTHING NEGATIVE.

A NEW PERSON THAT READS IT WILL THINK OMG THIS IS GOING TO 30 CENTS I HAVE TO GET IN ASAP ! I'M GOING TO HOLD IT FOR A FEW YEARS (BAGHOLDER) . THEN AFTER A FEW YEARS THE HYPE IS OVER AND THE STOCK IS IN THE GROUND....

So what? There are thousands of penny stocks, and every board has pumpers. Have you really decided to make your noble life-cause "Balancing out the pumpers"?!? I see people pumping on every single board. I don't agree with them all, but I sure the hell am not going to start fighting them all. What do YOU get out of it?

If there were no negative opinions how would I acurately weigh out the pros and cons?

Well, i wasn't really even talking to you, considering you used to pump BKMP. LOL... Or am I confused?

I totally understand the concept of pros and cons, I just couldn't imagine wasting my time trying to prove my side of a point when I really don't have any vested interest in it. I mean I can go to every forum board of 90% of the penny stocks available and say the bad things about it. BUT, if I'm not invested in it, why would I want to waste my time taking the negative side? Do you REALLLLY think you've changed somebody's mind and you're here because you feel you're "helping" people? I mean, c'mon... There are SO MANY more things you can do to help your fellow man than by bashing a stock. heheh

Ok, I've given this some thought. Here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to take my preferred shares with their millions in paper value that I can't sell for squat. I'll go to the bank and take out a loan using these shares as collateral. Then I'll default and let them repo my shares.

Viola! Instant riches!!!!

I never said anything about them being worth anything. I believe these preferred shares, will be just as valuable as the PAIM preferred shares.

I'm just stating they will not add to the current O/S, at least not at this time. IF a PR comes out and says they can be converted to common shares, then I would worry. Until then, no problems.

Okay. I'll see you at the .0005/ .0006 entry point again. That's if the DIVI doesn't kill the stock first.

Thanks for pumping it. I did many nice flips thats to you guys.

That 3 day weekend pump REALLY helped.

BTW, why wait to make 200 - 500 % in one day when you could have done it many many times over before the DIVI was announced... LMAO
