I reporter in the Field ....Sweetsplat ....has been working on this story.... all day....... Sweetsplat... are you there ...! sweetsplat: here it is: sweetsplat: In the next two days CHSD will reveal the name of the trust and where it is located (the bank) for confimation by independent parties. In addition, the goal with these and other PR's is to increase the pps to approximately $2 before the release of the 10K and S-4. I could not get a firm time frame of EOD, or noon sweetsplat: tomorrow. However, it is iminent and dependent on the pps. All issues related to FHAL "under the table, payola" agreements have been settled. This is the week. This should be what we have all been waiting for.

Yea, i heard he sold out a show or two. Never saw him live. I did go to a festival this summer called Gratefulfest. A bunch of bands all jammin in "The Deads" honor. Those fests are a culture shock but what a riot!

Let's say you want to take some profit assuming the trading will resume at $54. Do you try to put in a sell order for that amount during the freeze? I know that Scottrade will not let you put in a limit order very high above the current price.
Any thoughts?
I have Etrade and was thinking of puting a good sized portion on my shares on a 2-4 dollor trailing stop. That way if it goes down it will sell and then if it goes up my price will ratchet up. Etrade has some very nice conditional order options. Ima

lessay it goes to 54, and drops to 38? your trailing stop-loss will still be activated... and it will sell as a market order once your stop loss is activated.... even if it's gap down for only a few minutes...
the MM's "tweak" those stop-losses all the time...
not like it's a crissis or anything since you still made money, but....

Glass, I was thinking about that... It's so hard to know how to play this thing. I just want to protect my capital and take a small chunk out, but want to leave a good portion in if the DD is favorable. I really think this has $100+ possibilities. If Rufi is really pulling cold hard assests out and the company is really worth that much I want to stay invested, everything is pointing that way. but what do you suggest for the short term investment covering and a little extra, college expenses and all. I've never been in anything like this before, shoot, most here haveen't:) IMA
