I for one couldn't begin to guess what this stock is gonna do..chart mean very little, PR's drop the price, updated 8K dropped the price, some guy BBQ's with Rufus and today happens..LOL

Well, that concludes a good day. Let's see if we get a plethora of bashers over at IHUB.
Clearly this moved as if something was in the works. No activity all day then a flurry at the end.
I still maintain we are in or very near the 20 day window.
I also believe that anyone will be very lucky to see sub $1 in the near term if this is truly the mother of all short squeezes.
If these are not "new" shares in the market then we are more likely to continue tomorrow. I prefer slow and steady if we do. If there are "new" shares then we might see a dip.

wow i'm up $20290 on this baby. i have 81k shares now. am i beeing too greedy to not sell??? i seriously think this will happen based on everything that has happened so far. i'd like to thank everyone for their wonderful dd. i don't think i could sell at this point i don't see this going down, and i'm positive the movement was due to the shortsqueeze. can anyone think of a reason that this might go down tomrrow. i think it will only go down 3 days from now if the 10k doesn't show up. mm's still need to cover for atleast 2-3 more days. thoughts?

Regarding the b l o g release earlier. i know this was talked about a little bit... but... am i reading this right? did he say he doesn't own any shares and then say, "...schwab would even accept MY shares for deposit." please... if i'm reading and understanding this wrong somebody let me know(i probably am)... thanks in advance

I watched this stock till about 2:30 today. It was only at .93 I was so surprised when I got in at 4:00 and saw it at 1.17... It must have jumped up by two or more cents at a time!!! What a great EOD!

Not really an opinion...but a question... "these counts"...are they from what has traded? I mean how to they "come up with" the "float" numbers as compared to the OS?
I should re state...I know how a float is figured..but this one seems a little screwie because of Rufas "buying up some"...and the way that I understood it was that the once restricted shares are no longer restricted and seems that some how the count might be off...?

1) Restricted shares being sold? 2) SB-2 shares coming in and using them to cover? 3) Better count on the float with the shares being "accounted for" behind the scenes? 4) Don't have a friggin clue?
OBV and ACC/DIST actually went up today so it is probably not dilutive in nature.
I go with 4.

I just called the TA...he told me that the reason the float changes is because when people "get a cert" it takes away from the float...as people take the certs to their broker...to be deposited for selling...it will add to the float... ~he said that the float is the number of shares that the brokers have available to trade... ~he said that as of right now the "float" was 29m give or take...and that this will change throughout any given trading day...as people ask for Certs and as people deposit their certs.. ~he explained that the OS was at 97.2 at this time but he is expecting that to increase because they are combining FHAL shares and the CVSU shares...and there are shareholders from both companies that have not brought those "certificates" in...he claims most of the FHAL are accounted for...but CVSU have been slow coming... Hope this helps....

doesn't look like it will be coming down anytime soon.. it may dip on the usual shake.. but this baby is poised to run.. and what perfect timing than during the short squeeze to issue PR's.. =) awesome tactic.. we should expect something very soon..

YAH GOOD dd. OT:South florida preparing for a possible Hurricane Ernesto right now, everyone in a frenzy as usual.
thank god i got a house generator. last hurricane season We were without power for A week or so combined (between wilma and katrina) so this year im ready =)

Not really...but it seems that this would make the PPS rise even more quickly...if the MM's and brokers are able to see that there really are no shares out there that somebody can quickly put a trade in for...then it just seems to make sence that the prise would go up...less likely for the MM's to try to make fake shakes...and what not...no one can hurry and put a sell order in...
