I also asked about the "insiders" that filed to sell their shares...he said that if they have already filed...that the numbers would be in the float...because they can now sell on the open market...

Unless the 10k comes out, then 4K shares will work that.
Tell you what if you can predict these changes so well I will buy you a new washer and give you 50k to trade for me. hows that!!!
If I give you my PAYPAL address, will deposit it tomorrow ?

I'm still here and still long. In fact I was able to purchase another 5K shares today, my total holding is now 15K shares.
That eod run was a thing of beauty, I'm lookingo forward to the open. Since I'm on PST I'll check for any midnight specials from Uncle Rufus.
I still can't believe he let a shareholder go to his BBQ, this guy has some real cajones, that's for sure!

Could have been his cousin for all we know.
Don't think so... I watched the conversation unfold until the guy online said ... forget it, I'm going there... drove an hour after conning his wife to go... and met with him. He introduced himself... blah, blah, blah see the thread Anyways... same guy comes back and posts the story and the photos. It would be one smart mo-fo to plan a scam like that. Just saying I saw it unfold live...then closed with that story. Seems real enough.
However it really doesn't say anything other than he seems like a cool dude.... which somehow gives me a little comfort, but not much. IMHO

With all the scams in these penny stocks, it was only natural to think this.
I wonder if Bill Gates had shareholders over for tea when his company was smaller?

I am with DOG.. I watched the thread and just like dog said he came back with proof.. I would bet my house on that one. Or all three for that matter. And dogs too!!! LOL.
Then again I have never locked a car door in my life so maybe I am a little naive.

I've never been involved in a potential freeze-price reset situation before. I've been thinking about what the best way would be to execute the trade.
Let's say you want to take some profit assuming the trading will resume at $54. Do you try to put in a sell order for that amount during the freeze? I know that Scottrade will not let you put in a limit order very high above the current price.
Any thoughts?
