I reporter in the Field ....Sweetsplat ....has been working on this story.... all day....... Sweetsplat... are you there ...! sweetsplat: here it is: sweetsplat: In the next two days CHSD will reveal the name of the trust and where it is located (the bank) for confimation by independent parties. In addition, the goal with these and other PR's is to increase the pps to approximately $2 before the release of the 10K and S-4. I could not get a firm time frame of EOD, or noon sweetsplat: tomorrow. However, it is iminent and dependent on the pps. All issues related to FHAL "under the table, payola" agreements have been settled. This is the week. This should be what we have all been waiting for.
take it for what its worth, but the person who is saying this has also called last 5 prs
Something to keep in mind.........

I dont think Rufus should be having a BBQ with anyone. Because if people lose tons of money on this, then people are going to come looking for Mr. Rufus. I would stay hidden if I was him.

Aaawww...that would be such a cute pic of Maumee and Chart!

Quarter of a million dollar music studio, gear, computers, company show vehicle (coming soon), office, 900 square feet of my basement... all on business (depreciated and tax deferred).
Figure out what you have always wanted to do... start a business that makes money... find a good accountant.
In trying to "fully" understand what happened to our "should have been" red hot stock and why it was naked shorted to death I've uncovered this...
Apparently to join a true hedge fund one must have a min. of a Million $ and leave it for a min of 1 year. A hedge fund is VERY Aggressive! Bottom line: GROWTH!
What I posted below I believe happened with our stock. Please read... (from link above)
2. Event-Driven Strategies Event-driven strategies take advantage of transaction announcements and other one-time events. One example is merger arbitrage, which is used in the event of an acquisition announcement and involves buying the stock of the target company and ""hedging the purchase by selling short the stock of the acquiring company."" Usually at announcement, the purchase price that the acquiring company will pay to buy its target ""exceeds"" the current trading price of the target company. The merger arbitrageur ""bets the acquisition will happen"" and cause the target company's price to converge (rise) to the purchase price that the acquiring company pays. --------------------------------
So, if I'm understanding this right, they hire a MM (hedge manager) to naked short the mergers that they think will happen, this dilutes the stock horribly and drives the price down allowing them to scoop millions of cheap shares.
Then (and I quote here) "Usually at announcement, the purchase price that the acquiring company will pay to buy its target ""exceeds"" the current trading price of the target company."
In other words... -they sell into the inflated short squeeze as shares are covered making a ton of money...
