The one thing I find telling about the "is the merger complete or not" argument is that my FHAL shares we owned by Fronthaul Group; but the new symbol that took the place of my FHAL shares is owned by Conversion Solutions. Just a thought, if the merger was not finalized, why would my fronthaul shares be exchanged with shares of Conversion Solutions.
I have closed a couple of small private company mergers before, and the only time we exchange somone's shares for the shares of the surviving company is at the Closing. That is not to say that a Closing has occurred with Fronthaul and Conversion Solutions, its just my curious observation.
If this were merely a symbol change, wouldn't the current FHAL shareholders be trading under CSHD with Fronthaul Group as the owner of CSHD and not Conversion Solutions?

My only concern about "dogmando" is that everyone is quick to jump on board with someone talking "positive" things but if a negatve comment comes out they freak. Ok, not everyone....but some choice folks from choice boards. Anyway, so this guy comes along and starts talkin all peachy and hes everyones best friend. I hope he is sincere and i hope he knows what he is talking about, but my "hopes" and reality arent always the same. The same goes for the Bud guy. Two people who "leak" info in a very positive manner would have been labelled "pumpers" 2 months ago. Its funny how this has all changed, i hope it isnt clouding peoples vision too much.....you know what i mean?

dogmando is simply a private investor from the days of furia. he's no pumper, he's not on the inside leaking information, he's just really happy that his investment choice from years ago is paying off far higher than he ever imagined. Just like the rest of us.
there are quite a few like him that come out occasionally and express themselves.

I don't totally buy it either... You telling me this guy didn't sell a majority at 0.14, 0.40, 0.65, 0.80, 1.00, or even 1.61. Why put yourself through all this torture when you have made your money?
I don't know the guy and I am not bashing on his good fortune. I am just in awe that someone like that never cashed in.

Looks like another great day in CSHD land, lol! C'mon Rufus, get that 10K out. Schwab now has a CUSIP # assigned to my shares, they told me not to sell until they recieve the shares and I see the ticker in my account. Otherwise if I sell now I could end up in a short position going into $15 ! Yikes !
The guy I spoke to seemed to think this was legit, and stated that he has seen pps reset's done before.
Anyway did you all see this article at Yahoo Finance today ? lol.

I am just saying it is not often you see balls of pure hardened steel. I think the guy said he had 500K at $0.10 avg. That is $50k on the line, and two weeks ago when it hit a buck fifty his value was then $750K. One M N 1 broad cast and he lost $150K of value in 30 minutes.
I would be taking Nitro pills with my Valium if I gave away +150K in 30 minutes.
Additionally, to go through the last the past couple of weeks without cashing in some or most of his shares this guy has got to be either super wealthy, in which “I totally lose interest in his comments because this is considered chump change to him, and I can’t listen to him because we decide things based on very different factors.”, or he is has stones the size of Mount Rushmore in which “I have to question his stability and or investment advice when he has made outstanding money on his initial investment but has not withdrawn any profits to date.”
Occam's razor states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory. Paraphrased: "The simplest explanation is the best one".
So you tell me:
1. This guy is truely blessed after being duped into putting $50K into Furia. 2. This guy is super wealthy and spends his pocket change on Penny movie start-ups. 3. This guy knows many investors are gulible and is having fun getting attention.
You should know in advance that we are debating something I have little or no feelings towards. Frankly I don’t care who he is, how nice he is, or how wealthy or lucky he is. I just hope I get my sell order in before he dumps his shares for his millions because it is going to definitely have an effect when he does.
