This should help others understand the process of big business.
Here's how the process works,
Mr. Harris has his audited financials. He takes them to an outside objective third party (Financial Analyst) approved by all the appropriate parties...this third party looks over the financial docs, contract, 8K's, 10Q's, and validates all the other information at hand and the analyst says "I think this stock is worth XX.XX."
Mr. Harris takes this analyst report to major banks and Insurance companies and says..."I have this report and the supporting documentation that when I get though all this BS of report filing and ticker changes and all this other crap...My stock should be worth XX.XX." The banks, brokerage houses, insurance companies then respond...either they agree or dis-agree.
If they agree, a contract is written that they will buy the surplus Outstanding shares to a certain stock price...lets say 40.00 per share...like google...BTW these contracts should be in the 10K when it comes out as well.
So, just for grins lets hypothicate...the analyst says you got a book value of 10.00 per share, I believe with contracts and other crap you can have a stock of 30.00 per share. The price will come out at 30.00 in this case and people will start dumping shares...but thats ok because the banks, brokerage houses and Insurance companies want you to dump it because they are either gonna want to hold it for a later date or sell it to their clients or a hundred other things that can be done with stock...like sell it to short MM's.
And they are under contract to buy out the float to 40.00 per share...
All this is just an example...but Mr. Harris has already stated he has Instutional buyers in place...BTW these guys won't touch a stock under 5.00 per share...and they don't care about paying the difference at all. This no touch policy is written into their corporate charters etc...

I am only going to say this one more time as I have already stated it before.
Institutions do not invest in stocks at this level. There are deals to be released after the stock reset happens that make this company just as much worth $15 pps as other companies with defense contracts and of the sort IMO. Institutions invest their client's money not their own so they would wait to see if the claims of what is to come are true. Why would they invest in it for 1.10 if it does not move higher than that. They want proof of the contracts that we will hopefully get after the 10K. Would you risk all of your client's money without proof if you had any clients. No so why don't you come back to reality wait until it unfolds and then get on your knees when you are wrong.

Just my thoughts... Would be nice if Mr. Ruffus would at least tell us when this 10k might come to fruitation...that way we don't feel the need to sit and stare at our puter screen all day... Just a kindness that would be appreciated,I do beleive, he'd want that too if he were a shareholder....waiting....

BUT... I do see this as a great sign, now that flippers are gone we can see that no one is in a hurry to sell, and that means that everyone is happy to hold --which in turn means (IMO) that the market came up with the same conclusions we did here, that... ---"WE're going to $15!"
This is getting closer and closer to reality everyday IMO ~
I just spoke to the transfer agent Don Madallon. He does not have any new shares to issue nor will there be new shares to be issued.
It's in the hands of the DTC - Depository Trust Companies. They need to settle all the Shares before the Symbol Change is Complete.
I spoke to Ameritrade and they first told me they were waiting for the shares from the Transfer Agent and I called them back and relayed the info I found.
Ameritrade now states that the DTC has provided a Swing Date of 8/14/06. So the 3 day rule is in effect and we should be able to trade them on Monday.

Hey... Doesn't this place "BUYINS . net" (take out spaces) count how many shorts there are for a price??? Alot of penny companies here post their reports as PR's, SMMW did that just a bit ago to name one.
WWW.********** is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. ********** has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
********** has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 850,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005 and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005 because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like ********** to access the data.
The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, ********** provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money and a short squeeze can begin.
