IMAKE, maybe you can also tell us the reasons why you still own the stock. You must think that it will go up or you wouldn't be here.
I personally didn't like the PR today because it didn't mention which lumber mill. So if the "deal" falls flat nobody will ever know if it was lie. But if they had said Lumber Mill XYZ then that would be verifiable. I think they should have waited until they actually signed the papers. Maybe it's just the company desperate to get some kind of news to help us investors -- but as everybody saw today it had no affect.
I still think there's a 10 percent chance of this company being a scam. I appreciate hearing what bashers have to say to see if they are really onto something. Any stock that makes the kind of move we expect from SLJB will have bashers. They are part of a healthy ecosystem in the pinks. I would be more worried if we had no bashers...so please stay around.
For me I'm waiting for the financials. From what they said I would expect them in a few weeks. If it takes longer, then I will become very cautious.
This company has a great risk reward ratio -- even if you assumed it had a 50 percent chance of being a scam. Because if it isn't, then it's going to at least $1.50 per share. So my expected payout for 10K invested would be; $70,000...thats ($140,000 * .50 ). As you can see there is two outcomes, either it's a scam you make zero or it's not and you make $140K. The average outcome is a seven bagger. So you must ante up and risk only what you can afford to lose.
PS I still don't understand if somebody's buying those big blocks then why isn't the stock moving up? Can MM's really be that powerful? I must admit I am ignorant about the ways of the MM.

You raised a very good point regarding the fact that no name was mentioned so we are not able to confirm/deny any of that news. I thought about that myself after reading it.
I like your post & your insight, I am also in the same boat as you with my feelings on this stock and continue to do nightly DD on it.
A part of me has been very excited in anticipation of big things to come,...and the logical/cynical side of me says that some things are questionable, and I personally think there was a mission to all those sudden releases of those pr's. I was raised to believe the old quote "If it looks to good to be true,...there's a chance that it may not be".....
Again,....I am keeping my fingers crossed as I have most, not all of my eggs in this basket,...and am hoping for the most out of this one.
I for one, can at least say that I went into this with my eyes wide open,...if this turns out to be a disappointment, I will see it coming, but many here with their eyes closed refusing to open them won't.

I was wondering.... with all of the wisdom and experience that post on these boards, how is it such a big secret as to how the MM's really operate. You would think somewhere along the line, an ex-MM would post as to what really goes on.
You hear a lot about how they're manipulating this stock, which I guess could be true, but how does one know for sure? From someone who is very inexperienced to trading and trying to learn, I would say that these big blocks that are going through is dilution. (I hate to say that.)
If this is a scam, it's a well thought out one. I just wish, if it's not a scam, that the company would be more transparent so we can verify things ourselves. Right now, I'm losing my ass and taking on a lot of water, I hope to stay afloat. Good luck to everyone and hope to make it to the finish line with you. Bob

Please. someone reassure me that this isn't odd.
Trying to find any info on any of the related companies, there is the press release below mentioning Kore International. I couldn't find any info on Kore International so I checked the web site registration info for http://koreintl.com and the administrative contact is Petar Vucicevich (the Director-General Consultech Construction and Sulja Bros. Interim President). Was Kore International created solely for this purpose?
That seems funny given Petar Vucicevich's role that Kore International would handle the negotiations between Loftwerks and Consultech.

Oh and yes, the MM is that powerful. NITE Knight Capital and UBSS run the show on every stock. I used to work for UBS, not as a maker though.

Based on the comments today, I may be grabbing some cheap shares tomorrow. :-)
I personally do not think the company wants all the details to be known at this point. Think back to the A/S increase and then the PR saying, it was a mistake , it was supposed to be 800m not 1 billion. LOL.
A lot of these things have been a trap for the shorters and they have not come this far to let it go to waste. Many here are expecting to become rich overnight, I have been in this since September of last year, you have to pay your dues to get a profit here.
If you don't, you're just lucky and that is all to it. You can try as much DD as you want but unless you are willing to pay for real reports, which would cost you about $1300 for everything you need, you will find nothing about these private companies. You determine what it is worth to you, I have already.

Mrdoor-
I'm not standing up to claim 'all this wisdom or experience' but, the way the MM's operate is not really that big of a secret at all. It's discussed here on back posts, and pretty much all posting boards as they are a big part of trading. It's a lot to go through and discuss but a simple Google search will fill you in about how they work to make or break a stock.
You may also be surprised to discover that at times, company's will blame the MM's to cover up their own fraud & manipulation of a stock. They are a good alibi for companies at times as the MM's are usually dubbed the bad guys and it's easier to swallow.
As far as the company being transparent, yes, we will need to start having some names, addresses, and other confirmations of that sort.
Try to stay afloat, and hang in there, the audited financials have to come at some point, and unless the company pulls a 504 on us, we will be doing just fine.
Good luck to you as well, and hope we can all make it to the finish line together!

And then following the web site registrations from another site I found this. It just seems more odd that Consultech Construction would have a web site called http://forever-in-love.com/
posted
Just finished looking into some of those links you posted Monkey.
Very odd....and confusing. I don't really know what to make of it myself.
Hell, I don't even know who all of the officers are yet, I really wish they would also post that information,....not just the CEO, we all know that but, the full list of officers as well as the asset's being transferred to Nevada.
I don't just want to hear they are transferring them, I want to know what they are. Another blank spot.

No I didn't know that. And the site does have a hole in it, faq is empty for one thing. Still researching it out but with all the weird marriage sites there are who really knows? This one sure looks like it was put together pretty quick. Where's the spread of happy couples? NVM not my kind of subject. Even if it is a fake site the argument was that cunsultech had anything to do with it, clearly they did not. Vista has many divisions.

I just came across this info while trying to find solid info on any of the companies related to sulja. I really don't mean to muddy the waters with this stuff, but I'm brand new to this and trying to confirm that these companies exist and are who they say they are and find some connections.

I suggest you confirm before posting. Check Vista Group and see just how much they have. Because they sponsor both consultech and this possibly fake forever-is-love does not mean consultech owns them. I have not found a positive link. Your link and posts are unverifiable because you have to register to get the info which means you are in someone elss world on their site. Could be anything in there.

I don't care so much about foreverinlove as i am about Kore International handling the negotiations between Loftwerks and Consultech when Kore International's website is registered to Petar Vucicevich. I would think that a neutral party would be handling negotiations between 2 companies.
