Okay monkey, sorry for the run around. Why your site says what it says compared to mine I don't know. I'll have to look into that some more. Maybe a call to consultech might help also. But, SLJB is still just a part of consultech.

I appologize for getting a bit upset.

Quick question, didn't I read something about Wessal going public(IPO). If that is the case wouldn't be pretty easy to qualify them as a legit company? Anyone that has proof, sorry I'm at work and do not have the time to find it. Thanks

Cassity, that was part of my problem with all of this. The only mention of Wessal International that I can find anywhere is in Sulja Press Releases.

I can't remember where I read it, but I'm pretty sure that Wessal was going public on the Dubai exchange(IPO). If no one finds it, I'll try to tonight after work.

there was no PR stating the fins would be out 2mrrw, it stated that the assests would be moved to nevada and the SEC would have the info by friday (2mrrw).

CEO Steve Sulja stated: "The process of moving the overseas assets was time consuming but has finally been completed. We can now have the audited financials completed shortly. The State of Nevada will receive the assets by next Friday.

yes i do remember something about wessal going public, and the prs stated them as a "parent company" of red sea corp so whatever that means. Red sea corp has a website but noone can find one for wessal.

Just a thought, but maybe Wessal is a fairly new company? Hence, the lack of info. DUNNO?

go back to the PRs and read up on what the company has done...the PPS has nothing to do w.PRs ....the company has been backing up the PRs..and of course some of the actions promised in the PRs take longer than others.

the point u make is based on the activity of the stock and not he activity to the related pr's. if Steve Sulja is in the position to aquire a wood processing mill do u think he would not aquire one nad tell the public of his victory. just a thought.

quigley does make a fantastic point, we haven't seen anything filed, all the Pr's aren't finalized such as the potential contract for cement supply to Emaar

Personally, I do not believe tomorrow will be the day that we fly. I think we sit around the upper .07's to low .08 and close around .08

That is of course unless we get some outstanding news that has validity behind it.

This stock is a real risk, but the return has the potential to be phenomenal. If we see audited financials from pricewaterhouse cooper, without a delay (since they project mid september)and the audit comes close to matching the company's numbers...I think the stock will explode! It will show that the company is legit, and shortly after I think a $.50-$1.00 range is not out of the question.

However, in their Pr they said they are in negotiations with pricewaterhouse cooper, and never said they are hiring them. Pricewaterhouse will audit any company, so besides negotiation price, the company should say they are using them for their audit, if this is legit.

I do have faith in this.
