First off,

you don't lose customers because of phone calls. If the contract was signed, there is no phone call clause that says oh contract is lost because of investors calling. Give me a break.

I will not spend the time to pick apart everything wrong in this correspondence, since there are too many. He even states that 280 calls were logged and that they want to know who the "brillant few" are. Few means more than two and usually three.

This letter undermines the credibilty of the corporation.

He even admits to being one of those trying to undermine the corporation stock. Read this quote: "I would also respectively ask those of us out there, who are determined to undermine our stock and our efforts,".

What are you guys talking about? I've been in meetings all day.

I dont understand why you guys are being so negative about steve being out as CEO.

Did it ever occur to you guys that maybe steve wasnt that qualified to begin with?

Perhaps the business was forced upon him by his father and he never really wanted to be apart of it. Could be like one of those movies, stevie wants to become and artist, not a carpenter like daddy. Then comes along Wessal and offers him millions of dollars to step down and he'll get to hang around as a "consultant" just so he wont feel bad.

Either way, woopie, who cares? Only thing that matters are those auditted financials and an audited 10K. Well a couple more contracts worth a couple hundred million wouldn't hurt either.

Oh yeah!?! Well did it ever occur to you that maybe Wessal had pics of daddy Sulja messing around with the secretary and assorted barn yard animals? They were going to go public with it unless he gave up his position with the company!

I mean c'mon, as long as we are making up stuff, at least keep it interesting!!

I don't care what the reasons are, 3 CEO's in a week is a bad thing. Any past promises about dilution, timing of financial releases, etc. can now all be chucked out the window as the new management "assesses" everything. Ackerman was going to give us audited financials over 6-8 months ago as LFWK.

So IF the financials come out it will be a really great thing. But it is hard to see it coming through the red flags popping up.

So Hoss, what makes you think Sulja Bros is under 'new' management?

* It was Consultech, vis a vis Petar V., who originally entered into the joint venture with LFWK at the time that the naked shorting first happened.

* It was Petar who first brought in Sulja Bros for the merger. (Consultech being the parent Co. of Sulja Bros).

* The merger was to protect Consultech's interrest in the JV.

* Petar is just now bringing it all under one roof. (I think that Steve was just put in as CEO through the merger transition time for appearances).

Going from private to public is the screwball in this whole thing, considering the position they recieved the takeover, with the battle that they have to go through with the MM's.

Petar V. is a no-nonsense guy, I am sure that he has a good plan, and now that he is on the spot to make everything happen to raise this Phoenix off the ground, we are going to see some very hard hittin from here on in.

My question is how does this effect the audited financials that were supposed to be in by 9/15?

Post #of 68115

Why is everybody so worried about getting reports next week. This stock is worth at least .07 based on last years results. SLJB is not(IMO) going to tank if for some reason things are delayed. Take CSHD for example....did they tank after all the red flags and no real news that brings shareholder value....no SLJB report a net income of 15mil+ dollars last year with insiders plus three other with 40mil shares each or 96% of the OS in tight hands. That is no joke.....how many PK corps can say insiders own 96% of the OS. How many PK corps made 15mil+ last year? How many PK corps are getting and expecting 350mil+ in contracts? How PK corps are getting needed supplies to the middle east for major customers? This has all the makings of a high growth stock and this will be reflected in the PPS very shortly IMHO. It all come down to flat, average, growing, expanding, or rocketing revs.....and I would say we are the latter.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------

I saw this post over at IHUB and it brought to mind something that one of the IR guys said to me as he was getting very excited when I called Marquee this last week:

He and all of the other guys in Marquee, and every one of his family and friends are buying up shares in SLJB. They know and are confident that this stock is going to take off. This leads me to speculate that maybe the audited financials could be delayed in releasing. This would shake-out more weak hands and put those shares in the hands of those close to the company.

This is just a thought, I have no idea if this is in the plans.

In answer to your question, the date that the audited financials are released is inconcequential, as long as if and when they are released, they are as favorable as we are led to believe. [Cool]

LoftWerks CEO (PINKSHEETS: LFWK) Steve Sulja announces today the appointment of Direct General of Consultech Construction Management Inc.'s Director General Petar Vucicevich as Sulja Bros. Interim President. In his statement, Mr. Sulja says, "Leo Meloche has temporarily resigned from the position of President of Sulja Bros. to allow for a smoother transition of the Sulja/LoftWerks vehicle for its eventual merger with Consultech's Midwest Operations."

Mr. Sulja at the same time stated, "This is indeed a solid move towards making our process easier. With the appointment of Mr. Vucicevich as our Interim President, the time frame for the merger process has been cut into almost half."

Mr. Vucicevich will retain his position as Director General of Consultech Construction Management Inc., but will be working closely with the Sulja Bros. to allow efficient functioning of normal business as well as the public merger process. Mr. Vucicevich stated, "I look forward to working closely with the existing Sulja Board and helping with the merger and expansion plans. Also, this will benefit all investors with the GFYM factor."

Seems like he was doing such a good job that they just wanted to make him CEO. Don't see any "red flags" yet. Now maybe if they said Mario Pino was on the board then I would sell all and take a chicken little approach.

IMO it makes sense to put someone in charge with signature authority as the head honcho that can easily handle international communications and negotiations. There is a loss of confidence with this duck duck goose game but it should settle once the financials come out.
I am leery about a pr that says there would be a delay, that would not be a good thing and no matter what they say IMO would not be substantiated just because they switch CEO's around. This Marquee web site isn't helping at all and also could be affecting confidence. No direct phone # to marquee to talk about SLJB. You can send e-mail but no person to person unless you call the warehouse and interrupt the phone lines. Then the pink sheet headhunters want SLJB to let them know they are still alive so they can clean up the warning on their site.
Did I miss anything?
