What do you guys think of this remark below..I'm wondering if it will affect the audited's we are all eagerly waiting for.
I'm not sure if this is accurate, but I do not know enough about the security laws to dispute them, (too lazy to go & read them),. maybe someone here does.
Do, I dare do the dreaded phone call thing,...I really wanna know if this has any truth to it.
Here goes,.. pick away:
1.) It is IMPOSSIBLE for SLJB to file audited financials on the facts alone that they never held elections for officers, no shareholder vote, approval or proxy. LFWK must've also held a shareholders vote by proxy to approve he sale of the public vehicle to Sulja Acquistion Corp. Those are just a FEW of the securities laws this company did not adhere to.
Do pinks even need to do this??? I don't even know..... Maybe,? Maybe not?

This is going nuts today with low volume, something is going on behind the scenes. Wit I would also like confirmation on not being able to audit because of securities laws that sljb didnt do. We will see...pinks dont have to report anything, so i dont see where that is valid.

Let's hope so. I just want to put a rest to all these issues/comments/remarks,.... doing all of the things they promised so far would certainly help.
