A reminder to all, no matter who your Broker is call their Compliance dept and e-mail your broker that you want them to cooperate with the Transfer Agent on his requests that he faxed to all the brokerages two months ago.
. The transfer Agent needs all our help in doing this. If we do not put pressure on the brokers nothing will be done on our receiving our restricted PAIV Shares
One reason you are seeing a large rise in the SP is because pressure is being put on the Brokers
I would especially like to Thank Dallas and Rinderless in their efforts.

I called Scottrade again today asking about the certs and what is going on. They said the transfer agent should be sending them out and that we should receive them in the next few weeks. There is a $25 fee that will be taken straight from everyones broker account for the certs.

I believe it should be a year from the merge date not when all the paperwork gets done. That doesn't seem right to me.

if your just starting out trading, believe and take this advice, do not get GREEDY! If you bought in at .029 I would sell now to keep profit! Trust me, you dont want to risk losing what you got and if it keeps going up, by on the dips. no biggie, right? Other stocks to play with.

EOD? Hard to say, but... seems to rise at the bell, then fall to its open. Then slowly rise to new EOD, after 12:00... just a pattern I seen..
