Wow, that is certainly optomistic of you. I tend to be an optomist but I just can't see that scenario playing out. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I'd be happy to be able to get 1/2 of my $10,000 back in a year. Any more than that and I'll be thrilled. Selling for a few hundred thousand, well, I'd be doing some backflips.

i love being stuck in a stock that grows 50% per day. come a year or two when i can actually sell this thing it will probably have split 3 times and be a triple zero stock.

well Pcola, i look at it this way...it gng for .03 now. if it could just stay at that level 2 yrs ltr....that would be over 200G for me. The only reason I bought JPHC when it was at.0006 was cause I knew we'd make 100's% gain right from the getgo of merger. Like you, I figured it'd have to tank for me to lose money. But so far, its doing way better then i thought.
This may just be that nestegg I've always wanted if our stock firms can just get the stock tranferred already!
My 2 regrets: selling half of those JPHC shares I had and not buying more at .0003 when I couldve. not doing one and doing the other may have given me an extra 10 to 15 million more shares of PAIV. Now that wouldve been retirement there!

You're missing a very important point, I think. Right now there are supposed to be 56 million shares of PAIV. When the shares that you and I own become unrestricted, there will suddenly be hundreds of millions more. Simple supply and demand will cause the price to drop significantly, and just formulaically you would thnk that if it was trading at 2 cents with 56 million shares it would be trading at .2 cents if there are 560 million shares, just like a forward split. However, I think that so many people will try to sell on that first day that the price will go significantly lower than the actual value.
Again, I hope that I am wrong, but I think you are setting yourself up for a huge heartbreak if you really think this merger will make you hundreds of thousands of dollars. In my opinion the only people who will make money on this stock are the people who bought PAIV shares AFTER the merger and are flipping them now.

true, true PCola. ur right. Im sure all JPHC owners will sell on day 1 and it will drop in price, just hope we are lucky to sell before it drops to far. I guess Im just happy to see PAIV at this level! I guess If I wasnt such an idiot I wouldve bought Paiv before its run here and made money with others. lol

In my opinion the best hope that we have is that the price goes up enough between now and then that even a 95%+ drop in price still puts us ahead. I think the formula is, take the price you paid for JPHC, divide it by .462 (final conversion rate) and that's what you'd need to sell you PAIV for to break even. In my case I would need to sell my PAIV for more than .022 (paid an average of about .0010 for my JPHC shares). Meaning that the price could drop 92% from it's current .0275 level and I'd get my $10,000 back.
If the PAIV price goes up to, say .50, I could "withstand" a 99.5% price drop.
The higher PAIV is when the shares become unrestricted, the better for us.
I'm with you in being hopeful, but I just like to show both sides.
Good luck to both of us.
C'mon PAIV!

If someone bought JPHC at .0003 this stock would have to really tank after the restriction is lifted to at least not break even.
Also, I believe that if some people who followed this stock through the merger had of looked at the possibilities of PAIV unrestricted shares instead of bashing the crap out of it,they would be making alot of money now.
PAIV must know about the probabiliy of massive sell offs of shares when the restriction is lifted in the next 1 - 2 yrs. they don't want the pps to go to .0001 they have a vested interest in this! They have 10 mo. to prepare.

Me too. It's nice to see $130,000 in my account, even though it's not really real at this point. Would LOVE to see half of that in a year or two. At this point I've pretty much written it off as a loss, so really I'll be happy with anything.

Does anyone know if all of the restricted shares that were sold short couple months back, have been covered yet? If they have not been covered, this could go alot higher!

Yeap, I know I control more than the float. I bet there are others like me who control the float.
That is why I am not selling until this reaches 10 cents, than I'll let about 25% of my holdings out.

Also, good thing I am in Canada and using Action Direct, although I dont' get the fancy technical charts and level 2 stuff like TDATrade, I dont' get any of the BS from Etrade or ATrade.
When they halt trading etc etc. I was alwasy able to buy buy or sell sell.
