I just sold half of my 300K shares. It was hard, with the upside potential, but with closing on a new house in a month, I needed to make sure to lock in some of it.
C'mon PAIV!!!!

Can anyone explain (Concerning the merger) what is meant by Jupiter Shareholders will get 0.46232 of a share of Parvis stock..... the former Jupiterglobal.net website is still up, but I dont comprehend what .046232 of a share means. Any help would be appreciated

It just means that for every 1 share of JPHC you were holding before the merger you will get .46232 of a share of PAIV. So, if you held 1 million JPHC - you will get 462320 shares of PAIV.

Not sure why the website is still up. I know when they announced the merger - JPHC was being merged in to APOA but they were going to use JPHC symbol. It was real confusing. Maybe that's why they went with a new symbol all together.

This was far and away my best ever trade, money wise. Put in $2K at .0061 and cashed out around half today for 604% gain. Even if the rest go to 0 I am still up ilke $3,000.
I'm very pleased.

this is amazing. at the last trading day of JPHC, $300 bought you 1 million JPHC shares, that is 462,320 shares of PAIV, which is worth +$23k. from 300 to 23,000...wow
If only those could be traded without the share price going down lol. I wonder how low it would go once all people started selling their restricted stock.

Well, it dropped to .0008 the day the shares wee incorrectly able to be sold. And it bounced quickly when peole started to realize the potential short squeeze. Could drop to that or lower realistically. Hopefully the proce will be high enough when the shares are unrestricted that they won't fall that far, but I wouldn't count on being rich come unrestriction time. (Although we can all dream )

ughhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The restriction is actually 2 years. However you can have the restriction lifted after 1 year but that is only for 90 days and then after 2 years you request it to be lifted again and then it will stay unrestricted. You have to pay to have the restriction lifted. Something like $60.00, both times.

Its down because I sold some this morning at "market" value. To cover my initial investment and make some more money

By the way, tonicma, I was just wondering if i had your story right.
You bought $35,000 worth at the lowest price this has ever been, watched it go up from .0008 to .013 for a 1600% gain but didn't sell any. Then watched it fall all the way back to .004 and still held strong. And now that it went up into the 4 cent range, you sold at the highest it's ever been?
You must be the best trader ever!
