looks like we may see a crash tomorrow then.. but i'm just gonna hold and see this thing through, i hope it won't be another PGPM.. doesn't seem like it..

The par value share you spoke about (where you nicely left off the PAR part, is for CVSU. Those shares get converted into FHAL.
CVSU is a pink, FHAL is a OTCBB.
Everyone read the 8-K yourself, and do not pay attention to anyone on this forum, read the 8-K, then decide to buy (or sell if you feel the need). Don't listen to the bashers or the pumpers. The company release two SEC filings (8-K and the 8-K/A), read them.

par value means nothing, look at wellpiont-NYSE stock symbol WLP trading at 74 bucks a share has a par value of a penny! or sirius satelite radio symbol SIRI par value .001 trading at 4+ bucks with 10 times the O/S! your 8 posts show you need to learn a little more about the market. welcome to all stocks! if you read the 8K you can see the 800 million in bonds the company holds, plus the logging deal might be worth even more!. definately UNDER VALUED at this piont IMO! remember the log retrieval is a potential huge money maker. Look at all the other irons in the fire that cvsu has because that's who we are now.

Question... evryone is waiting on the amazon deal, that is why I bought into fhal. now it's a new ballgame, cvsu is worth 800 mil. almost 1 bil. is everyone waiting to buy if the amazon deal happens. well........ what about this 800 mil. company they can purchase for 20c... man I have been loading up on it all day. the amazon deal is the icing but this company alone at the book price w/o amazon is at 7.21

it will sink in! chalk it up to pink sheet caution, I think they will move quickly into the market with an 800+ million dollar war chest to work with and potential 100`s of millions more from the amazon deal! this will rock!!

Unfortunately, not all of us had a big day yesterday. Some of us are not losing profits here but losing capital off our portfolios. Oh well, I am still hanging on. I believe the next PR will give us some insight in to the ability of this thing to move.

I believe that cvsu was not after fhal for 3rd party logistics, I believe the contract is already signed. then cvsu bought the whole fhal. I think when they change the name from fhal to cvsu and change the ticker symbol they will open at 7.21 and throw the log deal at us at the same time getting everyone to buy. we might see 11.00 per share. all these people that want the log deal are sure to buy at 7.21 just to get the logs. hmmm....

You actually think that CVSU will open at $7.21??? I am a pretty optimistic guy, and I wish that what you are saying could be true, but c'mon man. Have you ever heard of that happening? A stock going up 3500% after a symbol change?

According to the 8-K report: Each share of FHAL is worth $0.001 per share. XKEM was supposed to be worth over a dollar. Look at it now.

it changed a couple times, I am talking about the change in sept of 2004. at yahoo you can only get the 1 year chart, but that is when it was on it's way down ecmh.ob
