0.08 x 0.085 well, looks like people will have yet another opportunity to get in at low prices. Seems so odd that we can't get any sustained momentum with this stock.

I'll have to look into getting some more tomorrow if it stays this low or lower!
The pr could be a while from now and I expect excitement to diminish in the next days, traders will get out to use that money in other plays so I'm going to wait to buy back in, perhaps I'll get some at 0.07 in the next weeks.
I could be wrong of course but I've seen other stocks do this, when excitement stops it goes down real slow, not much but why buy at 0.085 when a few days later you can have it at 0.07 y'know. Not bashing here, I like this stock and I want to be in 100% when the pr is released Sold all my shares yesterday at 0.128, 0.13 and 0.135

greed is a nasty animal isnt it? everyone has it. Ive been greedy so many times, being up $500 in a stock, thinking its going to go much higher, only to see it fall down a few seconds later, and then I'm red $300... it happened too many times so now when I see a profit I take it. Dont panic though, once the pr hits and we see good numbers it should fly

I have Scottrade and don't have any problem buying or selling. There are no poeted restrictions from the Scottrade site. I also know from previous conversations with Scottrade that they never give reasons for trading restrictions. I've called on a few that I was interested in buying in the past and they will never tell you why only that you can place trades through the broker.
Are you trying to get people to SELL?

Wally did you listen to the interview the other day? I got the impression that when they sign the contract they will start finalizing other contracts and hopefully we would start to get a steady release of pr's. Did you get the same impression?

Yes that was the impression that I got too. They did make it seem that as soon as the renewal is signed that everything else will happen in quick order. They also talked of high profile companies being involved with this project. He said names that everyone would recognize. I think we will have a nice sustained run once the RP's start flowing.

I know I heard them say that they think this can affect their bottom line in as little as 6 months from the start of operations. To the tune of 7 figures a year of sustained profit just for fhal.

very nice. I was gone this afternoon and it was good to see this hold its ground and even finish up for the day. Lots of buys in the last half hour.
Stocktrader, 0.20 to 0.50 would be nice for all holding here. At this point, we still don't know what the PR on the contract holds in store - we may blow right through that. Time will tell.

from def 14C dated 4-13-2006 latest filing. Mike Alexander owns 78.1% of outstanding shares which includes his right of conversion of 500,000 shares of preferred stock at 100 shares common for each share of preferred resulting in 50,000,000 shares of common. This is quote from last quarterly filing 10QSB for quarter ending 3-31-2006. "On August 26, 2005, the anniversary date of this recapitalization, the Company elected not to buy back the preferred shares resulting in the preferred shareholders being granted the right to convert this preferred stock into an aggregate amount of 50,000,000 common shares." (labeled NOTE 5 in 10QSB for period end 3-31-2006)
THEREFORE: TA reports OS as 67,374,721 and adding the 50,000,000 shares because the filing said that his 78.1% included his rights of conversion shares.........implies........he owns 78.1% of 117,374,721 shares or 91,669,657 shares. However he has not taken up the option to convert so he owns 41,669,657 common and 500,000 shares preferred, as of 4-13-2006.
Randy Moseley, Chief Financial Officer beneficially owns 300,000 shares, per def 14C. Also an officer so his shares are restricted.
On February 7, 2006, the Company issued 100,000 shares of its restricted common stock for consulting services to the Andrew Austin Group, which the Company valued at $12,500. The shares were issued in reliance upon Section 4(2) under the Securities Act of 1933.
On March 13, 2006, the Company issued 232,000 shares of its restricted common stock for consulting services to Lionheart Associates, Inc., which the Company valued at $20,880. The shares were issued in reliance upon Section 4(2) under the Securities Act of 1933.
There have been 2,780,405 shares repurchased by the Company from December 2005 to March 31, 2006 and were purchased in open-market transactions.
Which means these 2,780,405 shares are also not in the float.
FLOAT EQUALS 67,374,721 Outstanding per TA -41,669,657 Mike Alexander...restricted - 300,000 Randy Moseley...restricted - 100,000 Andrew Austin Group...restricted - 232,000 Lionheart Associates...restricted - 2,780,405 Company Repurchased
22,292,659 Total Float Shares
I believe these numbers are as close as can be figured from available information.

We will get a PR at the end of the week or next monday IMO...things in business usually are never on time. With a float around 22M and many holding....this thing will explode

Trader, I'd like to hear something by Monday, but looks like it's possible we won't hear anything until the end of the month based on your post above.
I talked to a friend of mine who is a huge soccer fan and he said that it is against the law for businesses to be open in Brazil during the World Cup. I don't know to what extent this is true but even if it's partially true, it's understandable why the contract issuance was being delayed. Besides, if Enviro-Recovery had received approval in the past to recover logs from the Amazon, I don't know why FHAL wouldn't get that same opportunity. I'm just making these comments because I don't think there is necessarily anything "fishy" going on here as one previous post had eluded to.

I believe it will be a lot more then .20-.50 . I seen 20 mil contracts get their shares to 2.48, and they were not ongoing, they were one time gigs.
