I've been looking since this came out to find the bad news. I can't and I'm looking for it. Did we just get extremely lucky?

Yes. FHAL is the surviving company... let's go through the steps again
CVSU and FHAL merge CVSU symbol stops reporting FHAL sits for 7 days. FHAL company is renamed to CVSU.
If they had tried to just merge them as CVSU, then they would have to get reapproved to be a BB stock. This way, they stay as a BB stock, without having to re-apply, but still get to use the CVSU name.
Does everyone understand now? I think that is why it is so confusing. Merger agreement HAS to say that FHAL survives, because at the end of the merger, all that is left is FHAL. Then, they will change the name.
This is all in the releases.

another breakdown for those that may still have some confusion...

I would just like to personally thank everyone for their attention to FHAL today and all the input provided. The thread today was fun to be a part of and I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
Wally, I like your question about whether we just got extremely lucky - let's hope so. Because there's nothing wrong with being lucky every once in awhile. Right place, right time as they say. Here's to all of us being "Irish" - let's go enjoy some Guiness!

CVSU intends to operate its business and apply for a company rating from Fitch rating service. As CVSU’s public target will have been a corporate entity for more than five (5) years with more than 3 years of operating history, it will qualify for submission to Fitch Rating Service for a company rating. Such a rating will be beneficial in Europe and the U.S.A.

CVSU intends to list its stock on the NASD. To this end, CVSU is in discussion with various market makers to engage in a firm underwriting using a syndicated market distribution approach.

another way to do this is to be absorbed into a fully reported OTCBB stock (FHAL) combine assets/contracts, drive the share price up and make the move...

It makes so much sense now.. Last Friday TPTB from FHAL were all prepared to annouce the signing of the deal for the Amazon project. The interview was scheduled and then They stated that the announcement was postponed. WHY?
Because this deal was in the works and close to being completed. THey couldn't say anything. Many people sold. Some held on, Of course I was one of them, to see what wsa to happen. I never expected this. In fact I had put my sell in at .35 based on the expect news from the Amazon contract. I forgot I had the limit sell in until 2,000 shares sold and I quickly cancelled the balance. Upside, I got all my investment back and a little profit. I also retained the majority of my shares. WIN WIN. I believe this is the real deal here. I could be wrong. Everyone else do the DD and make decisions you ca live with whether you decide to buy, sell or stay on the sidelines.

i do like the way the company behaves.. they don't seem like they're trying to pump.. their action is solid.. love the 8K instead of a hyped up PR.. they could have announced something like this earlier before the filing like a lot of others do to hype up the price.. if no PR tomorrow, we may take a little hit, but after this 8K FHAL has more credibility and I will hold.. wally, selling at .35 would have been a flipper's dream today, but then there was a chance we shoot pass .40 also.. just hoping for the best in the days to come.. =|

Why? Do you think its a bad thing for singers to get arrested? Well it didn't hurt Jim Morrisson, Paul McCartney, David Crosby, Axel Rose, Ray Charles, Nicklebacks lead singer, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bob Dylan, Dave Grohl, Vince Neil, Ozzy Osbourne, David Crosby, Kid Rock, Chubby Checker, Bo Bice, and every rapper on Earth.

Read all of 8K, pretty solid IMO, some legalese that is difficult to interpret but overall no major red flags. Anyone else read through or have concerns?

this guy, "Tim" runs what *seems* to be one of the better pump dealies, PQL whatever, and seems to be saying the "assets" are questionable, plus wonders about the balance sheet.
I have *not* checked these leads...
Perhaps adding to "buzz," though, supposedly CEO will be on ***.com tomorrow am... working on that link now...

Tex...the link you gave..."he" refers to this as universal express-ish USXP..never filed about any "buying"...they only "talked" about it right?
But the point of the other companies assets and what not was one of my questions or concerns...
