needs to show some strength and move above .30 and stay there till 315-330 or so, and a fall below .24 would kill a chance at an eod run. But honestly this works its way up over the next few days regardless

So, Im probably not reading it correctly, but I interpret it as csvu or whatever the ticker is would be valued at $7 or so, once the merger is complete. So in essence this is potentially a 25 bagger or so? Or am i way off and dreaming too much lol.

3.1 CLOSING. The Closing of the Merger shall take place at the offices of Conversion Solutions, Inc. as soon as reasonably practical after all conditions to Closing have been met, or on such other date or at such other location as the Buyer and the Company may mutually agree (such date, the "Closing Date"). I think you are dreaming too mutch! book value will be 7+ bucks according to the PR, the stock is only worth what buyers are willing to pay, right now that value is up to about 35 cents a share.

Probably anywhere from $1 to $3.50, I don't know the rules to be listed on NASD though.

on the day CSVU opens for trading the price should be whatever the price of FHAL closed at the day before.

I posted this on IHUB, thought I would share my opinion here...
a few things that might happen tonight...
Investers that can't watch during the day will see the news, freak out, then buy...those that don't see the news will see the huge volume spike today, then they will see the news, freak out, buy...those that don't see the news or the volume will see all of the board chatter, yes freak out, and yes buy...first wave of flippers should be gone today, new money starts flowing in now...all things leading to a great week!

Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 300 i just got off the phone with Ben from CVSU, the symbol will change to CVSU. He mention something of it being traded on the NASDAQ and of a PR being released soon. Sounded like today or tomorrow. He stated the value of the "stock will go up".
God give me the power and patience to wait and to sell at the right time, please. And thank you for yor blessings, AMEN!
