Somebody is waaaayy short on this. Tried to move 40 k shares at 1.03 ...noone bit. This thing IS crazy. Somebody is real intent on keeping this stock down...

I t has to go higher than the current prices... as long as I'm in the positive...it's all good. We all have our hopes up though.... could there be a few new millionaires in the club? If this hits lets find someplace warm with a lot of cold drinks and give the heart a rest... this has been the craziest ride ever. If it does hit... check out e-bay for my T-Shirt "I Love Rufus"

This is second hand information from a friend I tried to tip off about this stock. His broker at AG Edwards office (large one in Ann Arbor, MI) told him that they are not allowed to trade any of this stock, as it has been banned and is on their "Do Not Trade" list because their research has led them to believe that this stock is not valid and pending Government action could jeopardize their clients, money. According to his broker...most "reputable" houses are not trading this stock. But this could be horses***. Does not change the way I feel about this stock. At this point.. I'm all in. I've done the DD.. its seems tight... if your in now... your in til the end. The rumor mill could make the knees weak and some will miss out on this opportunity, but we all should not be buying shares with money we can't afford to lose. The shorters today are in deep. It stayed within 5 cents pretty much all day.

My mother works at Edward Jones, and I will have her ask the owner of one of the three branch offices in Northville what the offical take on the stock is. I should have some answers to that sometime tomorrow, midmorning, hopefully before the market opens. To see if there are any restrictions, or at least coming from them.

We have heard no warnings or intervention by the SEC, CVSU has made good on all deals and promises with their ventures within the last year, if this was a scam... there would be more interest by the powers that be... not just bashers with a long track record of stock manipulation.

Very good idea... but does it really matter by tomorrow? The rumors are going to be at a fever pitch... definitely a Freaky Friday in the works.

Just an FYI. A colleague of mine just spoke with a guy at Etrade regarding the merger situation and he gave us a bit of news. This guy has actually looked into FHAL for us before and has been watching it since, nice guy. Annnnnnnyway, he said that it looks like a few people sold out about 75000 registered shares today. He said it didnt look like insider trading, just registered shares. I remember earlier someone posted a list of a few people that were "managing" some shares so i wonder if that was them. Can anyone verify this? I wont be on the PC tonight, i need a night off BADLY. I just wanted to drop in and bring this to everyones attention.

So they FILED 144's but it doesnt say they sold them. Do you think they are just getting prepared for the merger date? I think this was briefly discussed but NOW it finally caught my attention!!
