2 mergers in the works, if they go through they plan on a nasdaq listing. Then they have another company who they have a deal to merge with if the stock price reaches $5 a share!

Nasdaq listing would be great, They have to reach $4 a share though for that to happen. Hopefully these 2 mergers can get worked out.

yeah good question. I get it now. They are planning on the 2 mergers to help increase the value and shareholder value of the company, then they are going to ask their shareholders if they want the company to go into a 3rd merger (which is already in the works if the first 2 mergers go through) where they would then do a reverse split to get the share price up to $5 per share

Along with a listing on nasdaq. I like that they would ask the shareholders and not just go out and do it. Shows that they have us in their best interests

I just hope it doesnt turn out like PAVC where i can watch the price go kaboom and cant do jack Sh*$ about it because scottrade hasnt changed the name.... that would suck royally!

Slowly but steadily we should this stock going .0006 - .0007 when they declare their assets worth 20 -30 million and then after 3rd merger ...and when shareholders decide to r/s to move to nasdaq to get to the 4-5 $ range...it should move fast ... This should smooth out around Nov-Dec..with more PRs coming on the way... and the 2 Mergers already in progress

Hopefully we can get some new buyers in at .0002 and start raisin the value of the company. A close at .0002 would be a nice first step
