NEW YORK, May 31, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets: FGFC) today announced that the company has established a wholly owned leasing & finance subsidiary named Trafalgar Leasing & Finance Corporation, a Delaware Registered Company. Trafalgar Leasing & Finance will concentrate on leasing and financing activities within the small to mid sized business sector nationally, the company will typically provide leasing or financing for a variety of situations (equipment, furniture etc.) and will consider all applicants based upon certain credit criteria, the company will either portfolio or broker the deals based upon the applicants business history and the record of its principles, the company will lease/finance between $25,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 per applicant.

just made its way into the GREEN territory. nice to see. let's hope this slow accumulation makes for nice steady climb to .30+ in the next couple/few months. thus far, the company has followed through with their PR forward looking statements. if/when their buysellmerge.com site is active and actually kicks as much arse as they're claiming and hoping, then we should see real legitimacy and a major PPS upturn. That PR is great news. Looks like they are headed in the right direction. Just have some patience, this thing will take off within a couple weeks IMHO.
