For the person keeping track of shares I added another 100K today for a total of 300K...
This company is doing what they say they will. And where it isn't able to hold to a timeline they give an explanation and a new timeline. Good to hear about in the business world.

that other one is definately not accurate... thats more like a list of the most shares people have ever held at one point in time...
technically its pointless just delete it and start a fresh one for August.. anyone frequenting this board will give thier current amounts anyways and bring it right back up to current speed....

If you decide to start a new list, mine is still 100,000. And it looks like you changed the percentage of future total? It was over 100% and the last couple have been 46ish%? Just an FYI

We started the list the first or second week of July, I have no reason to believe it is not accurate as I have been changing totals as people PM me that the have traded some shares and added shares. I did change the % to reflect the current actual outstanding, we currently have 46% of the out standing shares in the public float. The 46% does not reflect restricted shares.

I am an investor and I am curious on the current status of the audited financials that were promised to investors a while ago? I see the company releasing very positive PR’s that only seem to have a negative effect on the price per share and I fear that the only way that we are ever going to see a recovery to pre foreward split numbers is to release financials. I have held this stock for a considerable amount of time, and I will continue to hold in anticipation of Guardians future. I am associated with a group of individuals who hold roughly 30 million shares and I am sure that being able to relay positive news to all of them would put some peoples minds at ease. thanks cotton, at least they respond quickly to emails:) Looks like we won't see audited financials for sometime. But, they are releasing fantastic news with more to come....To many positives for me to sell FGFC, I'm adding more on the dips. My new goal is to aquire 3 million shares:) I'll check back later

To be perfectly honest....I like it low right now.
I like the company getting the shares back cheap and I want some of my other positions to come to fruition so I can get more shares as low as I can. In a month or so I want it to move.

Thanks Jim for sending the email and posting the response. (saved me from doing it lol) I believe that we wont see any major movement until they tell us what they are worth. If it continues to slide I may have to add a few more to my total.

Not out of my mind, just trying to be a realist. All I am saying is that as long as there is no good solid posive news, the MM's will take this down as far as they can to try to shake up the longs, especially when/if the volume dries up.
