aj, thanks for the quick response, i appreciate it. i will hold and enjoy the ride :-) the thing with me is that i was into this stock before it hit .005 levels and got all the attention and volume. i'm averaging at .021. thus, i'm tempted to get out now that i'm finally seeing something happen that's at least slightly close to where i started. but, i'll hang out... at least it gives me something to wake up to and hope for

I think it's moving into a positive direction. I sure wouldn't sell yet, but I've been burned many times by trying to guess at this game. I just can't see how it will go lower with all the news and the much lower float. It might dip here and there and scare some, but without some damaging news, this should continue to climb. You'll be able to get out without a loss within the next day or 2. Only my humble opinion.

Phat Man, reducing shares is the exact opposite of dilution. I know that is a simple statement but IMO when a company increases shares that dilutes earnings per share which should be what drives a company's stock. When there is less shares the value of the company increases because when they make a profit it is spread out amongst less shares. If you have a company that makes 1mm net in a quarter they have 1mm shares then they made 1.00 a share. With a PE of 10 then their shares should trade around 10.00 a share. Same company same net profit, 2mm shares then they only made .50 cents a share then theoretically with a PE of 10 they should only trade at 5.00 share. I understand this stock is not on a major exchange but that is how reduction of shares helps the price per share. I hope this makes sense and helps. TMAN...

so with the shares outstanding at approx. 78 million... if the company shows a profit of 1 million then theoretically, the pps should be 7.8 cents a share?

Multiply by a factor of 10 or more depending on the activity of the co.

After buying in this morning at .015, I'm gonna camp here for a day or two boys and see what this one's got underneath the hood. Tomorrow could get real interesting if this closes HOD.
