I have to believe that the 10-1 forward split on March 15th affected the PPS dramaticaly. That is a lot of shares to dump on the market, hopefully the company can do something right and return the PPS to normal levels. I am still holding to, and may consider adding some wore when this finds it's new base.

Rocked you are right. Buy & sell is what this is all about. Hold what you want and sell to cover your hold. Pick your own stock on what you think not what someone else thinks.

I admit my original post was pretty lame, but let me elaborate on what I meant. You were posting on here this whole plan to control the float and were stressing not to sell until .35, not to flip, this isnt a stock to flip its a long term hold, etc etc. Then you go and sell and flip the stock.
Then it turns out you dont even know the float because you kept saying it was 18mil and it turned out to be 26 million.
I said you were a joke because you say one thing then do another, and say you know the float, and you dont.
I didnt question your trading skills, you could be the best trader on earth, I just will take your words with a grain of salt.

Jun 07, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets: FGFC) today reported that its Board of Directors has adopted a resolution on Tuesday, June 6, 2006, to reduce the Company's authorized shares of common stock by 320 million shares.
The reduction will lower First Guardians Financial Corporations authorized common shares from 520 million to 200 million of which (101,252,132 shares are restricted and in managements control) leaving 98,917,952 common shares available. "This resolution reflects the commitment of First Guardian Financial Corporations management and Board of Directors to restrict any dilution and build value for our current and future shareholders," commented Abraham Rosenman, President
The company has issued an additional 59,681,800 million common shares for the acquisition of Buysellmerge.com, Windsor Capital Ltd. and the establishment of Trafalgar Leasing & Finance Corporation thus after the issuance of said shares the current issued and outstanding/float stands at 78,331,916 shares.
At the same meeting, the board of directors agreed to review certain proposals to establish/obtain a revolving line of credit of up to ($10,000,000) million dollars to be used for development, growth and working capital for the company's current entities, the board of directors also agreed to continue its banking relationship with JP Morgan Chase.
"The company has taken this share restructuring to increase the value of our share price, as we believe that the company at this point is extremely undervalued and does not reflect the true value/market cap. We do not intend to increase the share structure for further growth, instead we will use revenues and traditional bank financing to grow the company going forward." Said Abraham Rosenman President

Wheeeeee. Wow. Catching this baby today took some strategy. I know, I know; the rule is dont chase a stock up. (Well I would rather err on the side of acting with haste with the way it is moving today. As I post this it is up 133.9%!! At that rate I would be robbing the piggy bank to try and buy in on the same number of shares. Only could bag 100000 with current finances, but thats a bit respectable.)),
This stock has all the markings of a potent winnner. I just wish I had it on my radar screen earlier. Thank goodness for scock screeners or it still may have gone unnoticed. (Isn't it hard to get distracted from a real winner with all these thousands of stocks doing all sorts of unpredictable things?
I am usually not quite this confident about a buy order, but my instinct tells me go with this bad boy.
Strong Buy sentiment here, needless to say.

this one will be a steady gain from hear on out. with all that the company has going on as far as new business and acquisitions, and the fact that they are reducing the AS to 200M spells nothing but good for this stock. It will be in the dollars before long with this share structure and their agressiveness.

It's great to see success

can anyone of the more experienced on this board give a brief explanation as to why this is super good in relation to driving the stock up? i have owned 40,000 shares for quite some time hoping this baby would fly and am getting tired of hanging on. is this news good enough to REALLY make this stock soar?

I'm not very experienced, but I would think common sense would indicate that lowering the float is a very positive thing. I would continue to hold depending on where you got in.

Yes I agree. And with the float gone, thisw thing will continue to move easily. The other thing that I like about this company is that they release timely pr's and they are currently seeking the possibility of becoming listed on the OTC. I'm holding on for some fun here.

Good news or bad? We have traded more shares in less than 3.5 hours than there are outstanding shares. I see this as a great thing. What is your opinion?

Alot of good reasons to hold at this point Phat, below are a few
Associating with the Cosmos Group a private Wall Street Investment Banking Firm (provides a continued source of potential Investment opportunities ) Creation of a High Yield Joint Venture Investment Fund The company will retain the services of a sec attorney to direct the potential move and handle all the required paperwork for such a move; the company will also retain the services of an auditor to provide the required audited financial statements that would be needed for such a move to the OTCBB. 4-24-06 First Guardian Financial Corporation had previously owned/purchased a majority interest in Windsor Capital Ltd. and now has completed the buyout of the remaining shares of the minority interest that it did not own; thus making Windsor Capital a (100%) wholly owned subsidiary of FGFC. First Guardian Financial Corporation Assembles Team to Begin Development of Its Buysellmerge.com Unit The company's executive management had requested board approval to establish a leasing division as the company receives requests for equipment leasing and for other items required by businesses; management views this as another opportunity to cross market to clients along with its other services while adding an additional revenue stream.
All of these are potential for greater revenues and on top of that the company is reducing the Authorized Shares to 200m shares which will prevent dilution which is the one single thing that kills most of the OTCBB stocks.
They are committed to shareholder value and the PR today shows that.

This is what makes me want to hold this as much as anything.
We do not intend to increase the share structure for further growth
Don't have to worry about dilution, just the merits of the company and they are working hard to increase revenues. Read the current news for them over the last 3 months since Mr. Rosenman was named president of the company. All looking good for us, IMO

If most of the OS were traded today for .013 or higher, it should be a no brainer for this to steadily increase unless we get some bad news. With this company, I don't see that happening.

From what I've seen in the past it is usually over around 1:00et. We should see something happening from now until close. Hopefully all will be upward from here.

After posting this, I thought about something else. I have never seen a day where there were a lot more shares traded than there are outstanding. So I don't have a clue what to expect. One thing I've learned with the pennies is that no matter what you think will happen, you have no idea until it actually does.
