Very cool bags. They sent me lots of shapes and sizes. The seals are very cool. And the bags have lots of marketing text on the outside so the user can see all the different types of other bags for sale.
Nice stuff. I really like them.

Obvious questions... do they have any deals/ contracts in the works? Current contracts that they have? Will they be reducing the O/S any time soon? What's the company's policy on reverse splits?

Someone here mentioned that an RS is not in the minds of the Board and I for one would like to kep it that way.
What I am hopeing for is if they do get lucrative contracts then at some point while the pps is low they should buynack stock.
This was created duee to the cost of buying CGM I think without which the co. would not have as good of revs. .Hopefuly their new Prdt. and hwatevr else they might have in the works will bring more $$ in.
I think the new prdt. was a novel idea as it could create a lot of revs when they get the right markets for it.
If they get any number of industries that need to use them purchase them continuously that adds a lot to the bottomline I bet.
This is not a powerhouse co.,but they have formed a niche that for those needing the prdts. buy them.
Just recently there has been a stir for Port Security for several different forms in Land\Air & Sea and that has to have an impact for the co. because people will be looking to ways to improve their products and prove to the authorities they are taking measures against tampering of cargo.
We might be surprised by what numbers and growth will come from this co. in the future and the market at some point will take notice besides the CD Convertors and SHorters which I hope is over.
That is a good question for the CEO also.

ANother thought is all this action over the months has accumulated a base that if there is a good news item this could really go high.
I think others have mentioned the chart with the convergence of the MA's. I think it's just a matter of time ,but not to soon for this to shoot up.People are mostly buying here as they can see what willl happen,but not in a day or two,but by yrs.. end easily.
I'll bet it will happen in early August maybe evn late July for this to finally breakout and up to atleast the .001 point which imo it's well worth now.The market has to find it though.

Well, I think the President of a company should be able to add posts about his company if he wants. And if it's all public knowledge (i.e. the same stuff he would say if he was interviewed on MSNBC) then it's fine.

Why would they have posted about the event concluding 6\21.
I guss it's better than nothing for press.Since the Rev News the most we have seen is the EviBags announcement and the worst is the coversion of the CD's which was a painful sight after having it being promoted so highly.
This might linger here awhile till there is something significant to push it up.Rather painful to watch ,but I am glad there are othrs with as much or more experience and confidence as me that hold as many shares as this has been one of the most painful issues to hold I can remember seeing it not move move up and having bought between .0002-4 .
Hopefully we see the day it goes to .001+ soon!I think it's worth that much based on their products and revs and this is the prelude to an extended move there.

I want to do it here so we can attract all these penny investors from other posts over to read in and learn more.
I also think that having a connection with the Pres and reading his comments directly will help create a sense of investor confidence that will result in fresh investment and more future participation on our post here.

Well, they gave me several dates. I want to get questions from everyone by middle of next week (just so they have something to see before hand). Then, I was thinking Friday July 7th for a 45-60 minute Q&A.
Note: Here is the email I received from the President:
Dear xxx, Thank you for your continued interest in our company. We would be delighted to hold a Q & A for you and the other shareholders. Keep in mind, of course, that we will only be able to share information that is commonly known to the general public.
I suggest we target the week of July 5-7th (3rd and 4th are company holidays) or the following week of July 10th - 14th.
Schedules fill in fast...and we do not know what you have to do to set this up.
In attendance will be Michael Pellegrino (CFO) and me.
If this time frame suits you, please let me know, so we can start blocking out the time.

Well, that's a good point. I'll email him to let him know he should be prepared for some unfiltered posts. And that he needs to weed out the good questions from the bad.
Ultimately, I think we're all looking for answers to the following:
1. What's your position on an R/S? 2. Where do you see the company growing in the next 12-18 months? 3. Do you have any deals/ contracts in the works?
4. Will you be reducing the O/S any time soon? 5. Can we be kept more in the loop with what is going on with the company more frequently via PR's? 6. Any chance you would redo the DDSI web site to look more like CGM? 7. How is turn over in your company? 8. How has the acquisition played out with CGM and did you have any culture conflicts/shocks? 9. How many employees do you have today? 10. Any new deals on the horizon/from the expo? 11. You had a great quarter in Q1. Should we expect another great 10Q for Q2?
This is all I've got so far. I really want more input from everyone.

JIF, you are doing a great job with all this. I wish i could be around more to help out. Im working a night job now from 5p-5a so i usually dont get up til around lunch. Anyway, hopefully this stock will soon put an end to me having to work another job. Everything is looking real good for us IMO and i cant wait for it to be let loose. Great days are coming for us IMO

Please let me know if this is a convenient hour for you to join us via the internet for a Q&A session. Also, we have started compiling some questions. Below is a short list of questions.
