Can you be a good sport and make the changes to the flyer:
1. Change the time to 12:00pm - 12:30pm
2. Change the Post Location to: DDSI Executives provide short Q&A. 07.11 12pm
3. Put the following at the bottom of the flyer: Disclosure: "The objective of the Q&A is to help assure the general public and our shareholders that we are accessible, and that we are actively working to grow the company.” - Tony Shupin, President and CEO
I think that will do it.

It will be great to have questions to what has concerned many of us be addressed.Maybe by then we may hear of a development that is more imortant and that will rally the pps up so there will be increased excitement.
One Question that has not been asked I think is I have never read of a Contract Agreement put into a PR by the co. going back a few yrs. in my research.I may have missed something, but I wonder if the reason is because the co. wants to keep confidentiality, but I also imagine the co. does not need to include the cos. name in it if they so wished.
Another question is weather the co. has any plans to market the new Evidence Bags through mass market outlets or if they have thought about it.They may not be a big selling item that way,but it may generate some revs..
Are there any plans once the co. does generate significant revs to retire or buyback shares if that was not brought up?
I generally do not think of much these things and hope to be able to be here to see what is said.It was a good idea and I hope it generates some interest and answers some good questions that have bugged others.
GL to all and may the accumulation and pps increase get underway before the Q&A period.

Allright, been in 7 million *.0003 since March and have had a sell in at same price for a week now. Lost faith in DDSI, but Brack and Jif are displaying to me that a lot of people still have faith in this stock, so I am now considering pulling the order and waiting for the potentially huge run that I anticipated in the beginning. Thanks for all your efforts guys. GLTA

One note of suggestion, Q & A could be posted on DDSI's web site under investor relations. A lot of cut and paste from the allstocks forum to the DDSI page but I for one look for the Q & A on the company sites. I also google for searching other forums but having it on the company web site adds legitimacy. There are already a lot of questions posted here on this thread that could be compiled and answered ahead of time to save the frustration of typing your butt off on the 11th. A compu-conference would be another suggestion. I've listened in on a few of those on line, people e-mail in questions and then you can answer them.

Was looking at the chart and I thought that one observation is that it never stays at the .0001 level for more than 12 trading sessions before .That is using StockCharts .com and it may be a little longer due to the Dilution this time, but I also notice that there is accumulation so I hope we get some notice soon and this time the sellers are out and there is strong upward buying.
Of what went on before in the last few months there was all the conversions and Naked Shorting that I wonder what there is for overhead resistance now?
If the co. can put together some pretty good buzz behind what it's future prospects are ,which they have tried to do but have been hampered, this could have a good upside move.OTOH if all people are doing is waiting for the next Earns Report and how the Dilution has or could effect the numbers we could wait till August for a breakout I bet.
We shall see! I do like the fact that the MA's are converging and Accumulation that is going along with the intro of new products. The attention of Terror cannot hurt the chances of this getting attenttion from market players soon either.
Hopefully the market sees more of the potential and that the worst is over!

I'm trying to make some more publicity and I've put the flyer on one off my websites.
It's a pixel advertising website (recently started but it allready generates some traffic). So hopefully some investors from Belgium and the Netherlands will get interested.

I had thought all DDSI threads were blocked as I could not find this earlier.
Before the Q&A please post all questions that have been put on the listing as the ones I would like asked are:
1.If the co. generates enough Revs do they plan to retire or do a stock buyback to minmise the float as that would certainly bring the value of the shares up and brng attention to the stock?
2.What is the reaction to the new Evidence Tamperproof Bags?
3.Are there any further R&D projects going on?
4.Has there been any interest from the gov't for prducts concerning the Tamperproof ID's or any other security products that the co. carries since the Bills Congress has initiated concernng Port & Border Security?
5.What is the approx. number of CD's that are slated to be retired in the cming year if a number can be surmised.I am hopeing that period is over!
6.What is the latest Shrs Outstanding Count?
There are probably more, but those are most pertinennt that come to mind at the moment and I hope they will be included in the listing of questions. It was said that they are very busy at corperate, that was about a week ago,and I am hopeing there is a lot of action concerning contracts and the selling of products going on.

Well 8 weeks later you'd think we might be getting closer to it doing so!
After the CDer's and Shorter's have had their day it may be the worst is over and the best is yet to come for those that are long.

Looks like there were 18 mm on the ask Friday, I wonder why there is so many willing to buy, maybe day traders. Or maybe something interesting is about to happen, lets hope for that.

I have been preaching the same and had thought i was going off the deepend as I can only use Amertrades apellet of Buys\sells and it has been swinging to the green side since the Convention.
I hope we are correct and it's not another Flakeout ,yes I did say Flake not Fake,on the way.
Usually fakeouts to the upside are good before an extended move, but most of what was being done was a setup to the Cder's and Shorters before. This time if there is no resistance and traders and long term investors do come in and there is no BS then this could run to the levs the promotionals had talked about, but if they are going to try the same old song & dance then it will only go to the .005 or even worst .0004 lev then dall off again.
Seems the chances for that are lower or I get a feeling that it's not going to happen this time out.
My fervent hope is that there are insiders that did that strsight buying friday afternoon and know something is coming.
The day of the convention 1 or 2 I can't remmeber which I saw great buying and saiad this is going to rally.Someone knows something by the way they where buying so I tossed more into the ring.
I hope my instincts are correct and that we have an extended rally upon the way. If it goes to the higher reaches of over .001+ i'd be happy and hope that I do trade this correctly.Maybe there will be news and go to the Penny level. WHo knows!
Atleast there are those that see the same things I do technicaly whichis my fortay ,not the funnies. They are what attracted my attention though.
I wonder weather the co. anticipated something bigger would happen once this was over and a new prdt. was to come online.
It could be anticipation that the new prdt. will move and be significant. ANother theory. The action last week was a psoitive I think.
Total Vol. must have been close to 500Mil.Shrs. which if that keeps up with sign of other positives things could change in a hurry.
Let's hope! It's sometimes keeping a dream alive though it seems.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT IN THE FLYER WE PUT SOMETHING OF THIS SORT.. "Please keep in mind that we will not discuss any details that are not available to the general public. We are being very careful about this, as we do not ever wish to appear to be misleading or providing any information which can be considered "insider" information."

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (DDSI) - Friday's shares held steady at $.0002 per share. Final volume was 73,609,999 shares. Along with its subsidiary, CGM Applied Security Technologies , introduced its latest law enforcement product, the EvidPro tamper-evident evidence bag, at the 20th annual Police Security Expo (www.police-security.com), which began June 20 in Atlantic City, N.J. EvidPro bags are specially designed with a unique closure that will provide clear indication if items sealed inside are tampered with. Specifically, a message noting the breach will appear directly on the closure. This system protects both evidence and the personal property of individuals. "Maintaining the integrity of evidence is absolutely essential in a large percentage of criminal investigations -- so much so that it can be the deciding factor in a prosecution," says Tony Shupin, president and CEO of DDSI. "Our EvidPro bag has been designed by law enforcement professionals to address their specific needs. It enables police and officers of the court to proceed with confidence, because they'll know that if their evidence is sealed within our bag, there's been no compromise or contamination."
