i thought it would hold .008.. i think that we get a little run here late or we pop back tomorrow. mm's getting shares back after the last run. hopefully we get news soon.

I don't know cactus, it may continue a slow slide down until we get more news. That's what alot of these do. Volume is huge though so I guess we will wait and see. Maybe we should let it slide until Friday, pickup some cheap shares, and then someone should call on Monday and see if we can get a little something from them.

It would be nice to get an update on their regular operations, they have put so much into the mediation and have not had the time to update us. I tried contacting them yesterday and have not heard back. When i talked to them last week they were going to try and update us on CSUA deal, but they also said the settlement was their main focus right now. I felt it would be finished this week, but we all know that the lawyers are making sure everything is clear.

wish, sounds right, i dont blame them for focusing on the ending the lawsuit.. they put a year into this and have a team of lawyers working for a cut of the winnings only. not being paid by the hour. if that tells you anything. lawyers been working on this for almost a year, and they are only guaranteed a cut of the winnings. i just dont think a team of lawyers will waste that much time w/o a payday waiting. waiting patiently and i am loaded up....

thats why i got into this stock, i liked adams story. and i saw that the lawyers for adam stopped working by the hour and went strictly for a cut and that was close to yr ago. i have some relatives that are lawyers, and trust me lawyers dont waste their time without a guaranteed payday. this thing booms with a settlement.. and it should come

It would be nice to see updates on their regular operations, the settlement should just be the icing on the cake, this stocks pps. is way to low for what they have compared to other oil stocks. They also need to update investors on the CSUA deal and give us closure one way or the other on that deal, because i am sure they had a time limit on that contract, although it could be extended. I think that Panola property is now worth more since they entered into that contract because the price of oil keeps going up i don't care if it goes through or not.

i see other oil companies at like .03 that do nothing but lose money.. omog is undervalued as can be. funny a while back it was pretty much kay, wish and cactus, plus a handfull of others that stopped by at omog thread. I was happy with 9 mill in vol a day. lol.. i had to dig 3 pages deep for the omog kay thread.. now omog is hot.... and it deserves to be hot and sitting at .03... thats what im thinkin... viva OMOG

What I would like to hear is a least half of their wells pumping profits and more coming on line.FPPL up 110% just holding a few leases et no rev. Prob a group play. OMOG should be at .04-.06 on pure speculation. OMOG's time will come MHO GLTA

lol, should be, could be....unfortunately, Adam did a 504 again in 2005 and he has been selling into the momentum whenever possible. When the pr is out, only god knows how many more shares he is going to dump into the market. If he had not sold when the pps reached 0.006 and this time at 0.01, we could have seen 0.015 by now.

hahahah, what... talkin about something 2 yrs ago... perfect.. we have our very own basher. like i said, before i had to dig this 2 pages deep at allstocks.. now its front page like i thought it would. why does every thread have a basher that tries to get cheap shares.. its such an old tactic. hahhaah watch out kay is all over this stock.. she's gonna blow you outta the water if you come around here talkin... Many wells were closed when oil was 8-10.00 bbl. still producing 35+ bbl a day. Several in my area. Like Amep OMOG should be a winner, but bigger. Heavy weighted on Adams side. MsKay no DD on Diamonds. Just like gold,silver,metals and chase it with TX tea. GL

Can you confirm that Adam sold shares this year at .006 and at .01 and how many shares did he sell? I really could not blame him if he sold off some shares, if he sold off a lot of shares we would be trading a lot more shares daily. I will ask them the next time i talk to them and see what they say. How many shares are you trying to buy and at what price?

i wish.. he doesnt have a clue.. some guy that just signed up.. must have went to pink sheets and saw an old financial. always gonna get that element around when stocks start getting noticed. always people trying to drive the price down for a good buy in... unreal... wish.. any idea where the bottom is here. i thought it was .008. thinkin its gonna bounce to that tomorrow. or else im thinking it holds at .0075.. that run didnt start until OMOG was at .0078... the gaps been filled by MM's Im thinking, we are running by friday again.. any ideas?

I agree with you that mm's have their shares back although they might get a few more for safekeeping. Hard to tell where it will stay at, i hope i get a call back tomorrow to try and get a feel where their at or even better see a newsletter. This thing can take off so fast as we have already seen.

whats strange wish is that it took off with no real news.. could be a good thing.. i sold half my shares at .0108 and dumped them back in at .0076 and .0082.. im hoping that it bounces again by friday.. oil and gas stocks arent done IMO.. we are gonna need all the oil we can find right now.. watch,, if NDOL and PAPO start tanking.. they'll be over at OMOG.. trippin on this thread... just watch.. hopefully they wont be rude to KAY.... hehehee

Thanks for getting my back cactus. I know Adam did sell some shares but I'm thinking it was to cover the well that didn't pan out. It isn't a secret. Anyone can look up exactly what he sold and when. I had it up the other day. I'll look again and post it here. There has been NO dilution which is what hurts. He sold his own shares, not diluted shares which is what counts. Let him bash cactus, we'll just buy in low with him today or tomorrow.
Bashers specialize in posting old news and putting a bad spin on it. To me, a guy who sells his own shares to bail the company out and who doesn't take a salary (or so he claims) doesn't seem like a fraudster tome. He claimed that he would profit or not as the company did like all the other shareholders. I don't think any of us here would sell our shares and put the money back into OMOG would we?
I don't think we are going to see a rise IWISH, not until another PR or a leak. Hope I'm wrong!

Edgars lists only that a schedule D was filed 10/07/2005. It does not list price per share either as they do not require that information to be posted for pinks. If jrh has more info, by all means post it. Here's the link

There was the shareholder newsletter informing us that a settlement had been reached. It was just not posted as a public PR yet. There has been no public PR that a settlement has been reached.

I'm with you MsKay. You never know how sharp a selloff will be. I am completely out of penny's since I closed TNOG yesterday. In fact the only open position I have now is a short against ZEUS...I got a very lucky fill on that this a.m. and am already up 4%.
Best to wait for an opportunity to present itself instead of trying to out guess the market.

I'm holding OMOG, TNOG, DMDD, and a long slow climber PPHM and a few other bag holders that I didn't get rid of fast enough. I don't sell at a loss. If you hold it long enough, it comes back around. I know OMOG will run, I think TNOG will again soon. I'm just playing around with DMDD to see what happens. I'm long on PPHM. They have some good stuff.

Don't forget alot of people have been holding since last October-November from the .004 range. They are taking profits probably, especially those who play flips. They know they can get back in again and flip it again because it goes up and back down.
