Down 12.5% to .0175 . Reminds me of yesterday where the pps dove to .017 then jumped to .03 then back to .02.

Robbie -

I'm new to the market, so I'm trying to learn all I can. Any good sites or books I could read that would teach me about reading charts? Thanks.

ILGY is up at .082. I think that is good news for TWOG shareholders. If ILGY in the next week continues to go above a dollar I think TWOG pps will go up accordingly.

I guess we wait. If we don't get details on a PR not many will be interested in getting in.

ILGY +26%, good indicator.

Read in another board:
"ETrade charges for mergers, splits, reorganizations and has already charged for this one"
"Cutoff next week"
"New shares by 4/15"

Can anybody confirm?

Also, in the PR:
Shareholders of record on March 25, 2006 are expected to receive the dividend by the second week of April 2006.

Is March 25th the cutoff date? Careful with this, you may not want to sell before time.

No matter how you look at it today did not matter one way or the other. IF tommorrows record date is the actual cut-off(I doubt this)Purchases would have had to be made no later than yesterday. Since it takes 3 days for a trade to settle. In other words the day you trade plus 2 days. Thursday at the very latest.

Now if it's as I believe that the record date was for bookkeeping only then the stock will be freely traded until the day before being switched over to ILGY shares. This is somewhat borne out since nothing has been posted on the OTCBB daily list yet. It should usally be posted 10 days prior to the event.

There will probably be a PR on Monday clarifiying all this.

Hopefully a PR clarifying everything. If the company doesn't issue anything there will be panic selling and the pps will suffer.

If they issue a statement that the deal is on track and a date that the stock will be merged into IGLY then we may see a slight bounce. I just don't believe the action will actually occur on this stock until the final week which according to the last PR is the second week of April.

Short term sideways or down, mid term it will probably go to .04-.075.
