njs - Rshn is going to run as well. My thought is, what if there is no news tomorrow is there going to be a massive sell off from emotional newbies. I would wait and see if the volume and the price stay at the top, if it does your sure for a gap up tomorrow morning and then possibly sell and get in cheaper. If there is no news somebody will definitely sell. I am going to try and buy a big block next week before I go on vacation.
Big D - what does the RSI chart and the MA's look like right now for INSN

i agree glenngxr.. but intraday it usually does get to the actual price (.08), but usually closes alittle lower.. but still the gains are unprecedented

Yea, I am ready for just a little movement. Some positive confirmation would do WONDERS for this PPS. Even getting it to .03 or in that neighborhood would be HUGE

Matto, good call. There will be no R/S. This deal is done and signed based on how the company sits. If there was going to be an R/S to bring the share price in line this would have happened before the deal was concemated.
This is a very legite deal. Very common in the business world. Do not stress yourselfs out of making a deal you may regret later. If you do not have the stomach for this, pick another stock.

this stock has already been r/s 10 for 1 for the buyout, the deal is done - money will be based on ILGY - I'm not worried about any more r/s - they don't have to

I wonder if it's a good thing to short ILGY soon, cause when everyone gets their ILGY shares (which, currently, is worth much more than TWOG at this price), most people will sell and drive this thing down IMO, something to think about

I really do think this stock is going to make great money for us. Like everything, requires a little patience, and a little guts to hold when everyone is speculating. Stay true longs!

Each Transworld Oil & Gas shareholder will receive one (1) share of International Energy, Ltd. for every ten (10) shares of Transworld Oil & Gas. Shareholders of record on March 25, 2006 are expected to receive the dividend by the second week of April 2006. Further transaction dates and details will be announced in the near future.
The countdown has started and by next Friday this stock will be RUNNING CRAZY!!! Look up TWOG and see where they are drilling (I'll give you a hint and it starts with the letter - RUSSIA)!!! ILGY is buying them for a reason!! They are even looking to get in on other markets to trade the stock as well. Do your own DD - This stock will run folks and the dividends are going to be spectacular!!!!

Good insight from another board: (rberb13) "I think a lot of players are still on the fence with this one. One of those "to good to be true" things. As the date of divy approaches I think interest will pick up to the point where sooner or later anybody "thinking" about getting in will have to as the pps begins to rise. Overall it was nice to see the pps hold rather well for being up 100%+ yeasterday and today it only retraced about 10%."

Any newbies on the thread I would be cautious with this one... 10 for 1 if the 1 is no good is... well... no good.
I am not saying it will not work out but be cautious.
This sounds good on paper but please research it yourself rather than just reading forums and seeing $$$
For example, what kind of interest is there in ILGY... not just what does its current price show but what kind of volume has it had the last few days if you had it and wanted to sell.
If you do buy be very careful holding until the divy... a lot can happen between the divy day and the day you actually get the divy... if ILGY slides hard after the divy day there goes your money.

the PR says "Each Transworld Oil & Gas shareholder will receive one (1) share of International Energy, Ltd. for every ten (10) shares of Transworld Oil & Gas. Shareholders of record on March 25, 2006 are expected to receive the dividend by the second week of April 2006"
Does that mean we have to hold our TWOG shares until we get the div. or until the close on the 25th?

I must say, reaching anybody at these companies is about impossible, very unprofessional. Their answering systems are sub par, if you do reach a voicebox its fairly generic, never disclosing the company names. IMHO I would sell into a run and would not hold these as there are too many questions unanswered about business activities and type of stock being issued. Also watching the really low activity on ILGY, I don't think it's going to hold value in the near term after the buy out. All my opinion of course. I hope to be wrong, just a gut feeling.
