Yeah, I dont think they can restrict these untill they put a hault to trading on our TWOG symbol. Once That has been discussed then we will figure out, or I will figure my position, but definately need PR to clarify as the current news does not. If we sell before an Ex date the Divy goes with shares on record as of 25th

I picked up another 100,000 shares today cheap - got some at .0175 and the rest at .018. I've got 300,000 now. There are a lot of people flipping this thing but once it goes I think the flippers are going to get run over.

People are still scared. Why would they make the date a saturday. You have to hold over the weekend and see what monday brings when we will probably see alot of people selling just so they are registered for the 25th

I think we'll see a strong open tomorrow, can't say if it will hold (since it hasn't been), but since tomorrow is supposedly the last day, good chance it'll be up.
I'm probably going to sell enough shares to cover initial investment at open, and then let the rest ride through the divy (as I'd been planning to do all along anyway, heh).

i am at .006 and .02 so i know for me to lose money ilgy would hafta drop to .20 or below,, is that possible,, i mean its trading at .65 now,,, and once we get the shares,, everyone will sell,,,,, do u think it will drop that low,, and who is gonna wanna buy shares of ilgy???

The record date in this case is simply for accounting purposes. The companies need a count from the TA so they know exactly how many shares are oustanding and elegible for the Divy. It doesn't matter who owns the shares at this point. Whoever is the shareholder at the time the conversion happens will get ILGY shares. IMHO we won't get a clarifying PR until they get the offical count from the TA. So maybe Monday or Tuesday.
The other thing to look for is the Daily list on the OTCBB. It will publish the Divy Date and other info.

If anyone wants out of TWOG I think today will be the day. I am expecting huge volume today and a run to .04 is not out of the question IMO

I don't see anywhere that our TWOG shares will be CONVERTED, the PR clearly states we get 1 ILGY share for every 10 TWOG in the form of a dividend

Thats all I see too, and untill further PR. So, we are not locked in to hold, buy or sell TWOG... It seems it will trade as usual with the Divy attached to shares held on the 25th.

eventually we will have ILGY shares. 1 for 10
But there is no stop trading or suspended trading on TWOG and untill PR comes out with more info its all speculative. IMO we can countinue to trade TWOG untill otherwise stated.

Can not confirm nor deny, but was told by someone on the phone that the 1 for 10 will be a dividend. No retirement of TWOG, but more like a warrant, where we are paid in ILGY or parent company stock. I am trying to get through to someone on the board to confirm this.

This wording is from the first paragraph of the press release...ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 15, 2006 -- International Energy, Ltd. (Other OTC:ILGY.PK - News), formerly BDW Holdings, Ltd., has finalized an agreement with Transworld Oil & Gas (Other OTC:TWOG.PK - News). Under the new finalized agreement, International Energy, Ltd. will purchase all assets of Transworld Oil & Gas for stock and Transworld Oil & Gas will dividend out these shares to its shareholders. It sounds like to me that TWOG will be owned and taken over by ILGY for a share exchange, the dividend wording is kind of screwy to me. I dont think that TWOG will be a stand alone entity. I own free shares so I will just wait and see what happens. TMAN...
