All the panicked shares I would say. Immediatly after a transaction raises the price "he" sells (15-20 sec. aprox.) to send it back down. Did you see the sale at .0014 instead of 0.014 sent the price 90% down for a moment.

we still got a ways to go and ILGY can go either way at this point.

selling at these levels or lower might be the wrong thing to do , at this price a good pr stating facts about what ILGY has in it's future might even be worth holding through the transfer and would definitely drive TWOG up! for me the lower TWOG gets the more I want to hold to see where it's going

Yes. ILGY can come down, but do you think they bought TWOG to lose 90% of their market value?
They said they wanted to go to other markets. As I know they need to be above 1.00 to go to the NASDAQ.

What about when and if we get the shares of ILGY, are we going to be able to sell. I don't think so.

Likely not. There hasn't been a single share of ILGY traded in 2 days. That doesn't look too appealing to me. I'm stuck with quite a few shares and will wait and see what happens. If each share of ILGY only costs me 15 cents through this deal, then I think we'll have some shares trade, even they only sell for half the value.

Just like wallymac pointed out, why not buy TWOG cheaper then you could ILGY. So you probably wouldn't see much action yet in ILGY. Now of course ILGY would still need to line up some investors to make it worth buying into. I haven't seen a decent value yet to ILGY making me want to buy some.

otcbb stocks end to gap open, and then volume drops to a very low level
there are 1000s of examples
the reason for the gapping is that people have already made there trades and something significant needs to happen in order to move the pps either way
contrast the otcbb to twog, a pink
too many shares, dumping, and naked shorting are the bane of the pink sheets.

At the current price, if I were in this stock, I might be tempted to hold to see if there would be the big payoff... if I were in this stock it would be free shares though
I still think the time to bail was late last Wednesday or early Thursday, or at least get to free shares, because the only way I see ILGY going anywhere is if there is true interest in ILGY... the initial runup was people wanting easy cash so they bought TWOG, not caring anything about it, because it would convert to ILGY.
Did anyone really care about ILGY at that point or did the numbers work out on a calculator and that was good enough?
I hope this turns out ok but unless there is a valid reason to have interest in ILGY I don't see there being many buyers after the TWOG conversion.
How many here are long ILGY through TWOG vs. wanting to cash in on what was supposed to be easy profit?
You have to have buyers to make it happen and without good news from ILGY who will buy?

ILGY is nothing without TWOG. TWOG has been in the oil and energy business. I still see the actual run to happen the week prior to conversion.
ILGY is way too speculative for me but could run like some of the other companies that have completely changed their focuses. Those were Gold plays this is Energy.
It's easy to understand why ILGY is stagnant. New symbol that basically is only know to people buying TWOG or those who owned stock in the previous company.
If TWOG runs up I'll sell. You know the old saying a bird in hand is better than TWO in the bush.

Yes. Since all TWOG shares will be converted to ILGY shares. If you had to be in by the record in order to get the shares, TWOG would no longer be able to be traded.
The PR used the word Dividend but in reality it is converting shares of one company into the other company's shares.

There is information out there from the CEO, that TWOG will become a shell claiming that several companies want to buy it. TWOG will continue to be traded and ILGY will be a dividend. This information seem's to be contrary to ILGY's pr.

That is all speculation as noone can even get hold of anyone from the company on any phone numbers provided.

I thought it was going to be that way. I hadn't confirmed it, but I think these companies know the difference between a dividend and a buyout. We will continue to have TWOG and get ILGY as a bonus. IMO

Its not a pr. Evidently it was an email response by Needham. Supposedly they used an old email addy for TWOG from its Alaska Oil days.
