The good thing is that no one is giving up anything at this point. Everyone is just waiting for the news release on the merger. I personally am looking for the news and a two day run to .10 . Does anyone else have any thoughts?

LFWK /Sulja Bros. Merger Leads to Lumber Supply Agreement With Liberian Government
Margin on Staple Could Increase From 12% to 31%
Apr 19, 2006 2:06:00 PM
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/19/06 -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that a Liberian supplier of mid- and high-grade lumber cut to traditional North American building lengths and standards will finalize a Preferred Vendor Status Contract with Sulja Bros. as soon as is practical considering the sanctions soon to be lifted from the Liberian timber industry.

A Liberian official earlier said that the country is embarking on a vigorous post-conflict Economic Recovery Program with the intent of placing the country on a viable economic path.

The supply-side contract could increase margins by as much as 19% (12-31%) per annum. The dialogue has also opened venues for further transactions that include Sulja actively seeking out North American suppliers of traditional staples and infrastructure materials like asphalt, low-cost, modular housing structures, and even rice.

Petar Vucicevich, Director General of Consultech Construction Management, Inc., also re-iterated (from an earlier release) that revenue projections for Sulja should exceed $50 million for the twelve-month period following the completion of the merger and the broader market opportunities that await the post-merger Sulja Bros. The financial reports for Sulja Bros. are available for viewing at www.suljabros.com.

I can't figure this one out. Nothing but possitive news, the merger should be complete in a couple days, possible dividends, and most likely we'll be getting out of the pinks, yet not much attention and we still end in red. The earnings over the next year should be huge, monsterous compared to any other pinks. I can somewhat see some people waiting it out for the announcement of the merger being completed, but it seems to be about 99.9% guaranteed that it will go through, so what in the world is holding this gem back??? I can't imagine why anybody would even think to sell this right now....am I missing something with my DD??? Any opinions?

JerZey, there are more devils in the market.
Market makers are holding this down because they are in a huge naked short position. For a couple of weeks they try to get sheap shares to cover, but the big joke is LFWK insiders bought up almost
the entire float. LFWK says there are only 17M
free tradeble shares. If you own this, be aware you're are sitting on a time bomb, and this can explode SOON in the near future.

Only a cash divy will cause this to go up, if then.

Im starting to think the OTC has broken down.

Mms just create fake shares and sell them, diving the price to zero. Insiders of this co now own more than the known, fixed os and so they have applied to the SEC to go private, but doing this would require annd the naked shorts to buy back the fake shares they created. SEC has not forced the shorts to cover, nor have they allowed LFWK to go private.

It has always been assumed on the stock market that shorts had to pay any divy, cash or otherwise, but i no longer believe this. The "float" of this company, whatever that means, consists of about 15m real shares and 10s of millions of fake shares that the shorts created.
The true os is now negative, less than zero. shorts should be force to cover their positions but the sec wont do it. So the shorts will get away with the theft of our money.

I think the only reason that this stock has come off the bottom is that the shorts are no longer dumping shares. But they are not covering.

7 of 9 I know we have had our differences and I am not here to bash you, just to honestly give you some advice. Do more research and seriously learn to read the charts better. I honestly do not mean that sarcastically. You are in PAIM and hoping - that stock may have good things but it looks horrible right now. TWOG you should have bailed when the rest of us did when it got near .02 the last time. This one you just have to wait for the news. I have learned through the years not to get anxious and take a profit even if it's only 5 bucks and for any new traders, a small profit no matter how small is better than a large lose. Take it from someone that lost thousands when I first started in the dotcom trading days(while they were going down I was buying them - LOSER)I did not know how to trade. 7 of 9 I do honestly hope you the best in your trades.

Thx for the input penny. I'm definately holding onto this. Don't see pinks with this much potential pop up very often IMO.

P.S. Who gave me my first one star rating =)~

7 of 9 if you take it wrong that is on you. I was just trying to help. I bought into this made a some profit and then jumped into INSQ at .0051 and sold today and got back in at .026. I am looking to make some. I haven't lost on this one, but you take my advice any way you want I didn't mean it but for your good.

Can anyone explain why the pps keeps going down? The merger is obviously complete, along with top management changes. What is holding this back? Is it the lack of a PR or is it something else???

bugman - I don't worry about it. If you look at the ask it does not go down. It has stayed at .025 for some time now. The MM's will take your shares cheap, but they are not going to sell it for less because they know what it is worth. They are already in a world of hurt because they don't have the money to make up for the shorts that they have created. The pps can go up and down. They are trying to scare people into selling , but look at the ask. If the ask went down it would be different. I hope that makes sense to you. Just realize they are working on emotion and trying to get people to sell to them, but they themselves won't sell lower than .025.

From all of my reading on this thread, I get the impression that there is really no actual float. The company now holds all real shares and there plan is to put the squeeze on all who naked shorted this, which would require the MM to by the shares from the company to cover their shorts. So, as long as the MM keep the price artificially low, they don't have to cover naked shorts. Is this right?

Okay, what if this is all so and the plan goes wrong and the MM never have to cover their naked shorts? In the end, do we end up holding artificial shares? What would happen if we all requested actual hard copy stock certificates?

Just a few thoughts.

I would think they would have to drive the price up to acquire the shares they need.

After the final announcement, I don't see how we can't take off. I'm still in amazement that this thing keeps seeing red, MM's or no MM's. The company holds the majority of the shares, and I don't think the reason is because they wanna sell down here! Too many possitives. Tommorrow morning might just be the last time to load up on this and it's an insane price to do so at IMHO.
