I just saw that on Yahoo. That's amazing. This company is unbelievably cheap. This is a future dollar stock.

I find it amazing how little attention this stock is getting since the company published the share structure. Everyone *****es about penny stocks being transparent and not having products, then when they get one, it isn't getting a lot of attention LOL

Just wait until profits are announced. If this stock hits .10, it would be like I hit the lottery.

There are only 72 million out. At the rate they are growing, I think so. .70-1.00 within a year.

I've been averaging down today. I've liked this company since day one. Can't wait for another eloquent PR. Some of them have been suitable for framing.

Back to flat. I really like this stock. I like it as much, if not more than RSHN.

You beat me to it... Not that I worry too much about the day to day with this stock, but its nice to see it bounce back up. I have added more shares 3 times in the dips. I think we are going to be seeing green for a while.
A few months back (january I guess) this stock was green every day for 2 weeks. the price was about .002/.003 We are going to be seeing this major upswing happen again. Hopefully Investor called the right dollar amount

It's my network that's moving this. I'm on the phone with him, and he's yelling at the MM. It’s hilarious.

The MM keeps moving the ask, an my new York associate is screaming at him while I'm on the phone. It’s so funny.

Everyone get some cash together and be prepared to buy. I'm selling 2 of my stock positions to buy as much of LFWK as I can.
"Leaving approximately 72,000,000 free-trading shares in the public float (50M of which can be accounted for by LFWK management as issued to non-insiders)."
The way I understand it is the O/S is around 22 million. Massive shorting of this company and the ceo is not standing for it, good for him.
The MM's haven't made their final move yet on the pps. IMO this will happen right before the news of the dividend payout, last chance for MM's to save their ass***ets. The only way to do this is to cause a panic sell off by tanking the pps big time. By shareholders being prepared to accumulate more shares when the pps drops gives us a chance to cripple these MM's and hopefully the SEC will take a closer look at what's going on in pinkie land.
Thanks to CEO Dennis Ammerman for being honest with shareholders and taking on the MM's.

Invester - your associate can move the bid and the ask, but he can't figure out the float for you? Seems odd...

B - you must have missed the PR's regarding the fact the public float is actually "NEGATIVE" (bold emphasis mine.. best line in a P.R. EVAARRRR!)
NASHVILLE, TN, Mar 15, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that its original plan of shareholder disclosure (as is practical) has been furthered by this announcement. Namely, that Company Insiders have purchased up to 5M more shares of LFWK on the open market. Thus, an already negative public float tips the scales even more impossibly lopsided than previously thought. This information is aimed to bolster confidence among shareholders by maximizing the transparency of disclosures regarding the public markets and its participants.
LFWK CEO Dennis Ammerman stated today, "This is what 'Short Seller Captured Capital' is all about. Insiders feel that the shares continue to be undervalued. The result is a stronger capital base for the present and future operations of this company. I want also to inform our shareholders that plans are, as always, moving forward with our relationships with Sulja Bros. and Consultech. We anticipate no delays. The financial reports for LFWK and Sulja Bros., which include revenues, net profits, and enumerated assets, have been released. I believe that the sound judgment of our shareholders will again carry the day as they agree with us that value brought about by the collective planning and hard work of dedicated colleagues far out strips the diminutive gnattings of annoying parasitical profiteers."
LFWK is in the process of securing two new buildings in Louisville, KY. The collective purchase price is $3.98M. The estimated net profit upon project completion is $1.8M.
Shortly after the merger with Consultech's Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd.(www.suljabros.com), LFWK will complete the merger with Consultech Construction Management Inc.'s Midwest office.
