I guess the people are still waiting for another PR? When news breaks, the merger takes place, and the .0025 dividend is announced - it will 'almost' be too late to get in. We will see some huge gains.

GREAT NEWS GUYS,I just got off the phone with the transfer agent. 325 million outstanding. No intention of issuing more, and diluting shareholder value. That speaks major volume to me. This is one of the best out there. I will be buying more.

Invester how did you get the O/S from the transfer agent, because when I called twice they said they couldn't give me the information because I'm not one of the contact people?
This is a potential problem which I will investigate!! Why would a company release their share structure in a PR and what amounts to a gag order to me not allow their transfer agent to release the O/S information.
So Invester please explain how you got your info and the O/S number, I'm very interested.
To the rest of the shareholders do your DD. I'm posting the T/A and their phone# if anyone can get an O/S number from them please post your results.(I hope you can because I couldn't)
The T/A is Transfer Online the number is 503-227-2950.

I'm sorry about that. I used the wrong thread. This statement is pertaining to KSWJ. Again, sorry for any confusion. To reiterate, I have over 3m shares of Loftwerks, and I plan to hold for a long time. I will actually be accumulating on dips. This company is not only making money, but they are growing at the fastest pace a penny has grown in a while. Patience. .

We don't know if it will definately happen or not yet. Other boards seem to think it will not be done. But we shall see. If they did do one it would probably be to try and get uplisted if they needed to bump the PPS.

That maybe true ( the R/S), but not until its at.50+ or higher................... would make NO SENSE( not that comapnies always do)...so let the run up began and if it does do a R/S, so be it....as long as it went up 10-25X who cares, right ???
