You must be use to seeing volume on overly diluted companies...take a look at # of shares on this...and you may be surprised at the volume...

Problem, I tried to call Loftwerks today (313-874-4949). To my surprise I got a recording saying line being checked for trouble. Translation bill hasn't been paid.

"Translation bill hasn't been paid". Get real, this company is merging with a company that makes in excess of 50 million. They have assets alone that put there stock at a price tag of .35-.40 pre-merger. There is obviously an explanation.

UHHHHH wouldnt the message say, (in a whiney voice) "we're sorry the number you have dialed has been disconnected. please check the number and dial again". Since it didnt according to 'B' there must be a problem with the line, didnt they have a bunch of storms tear through that area the other night. TMAN...

I'm just posting info and the means to check the info as I get it. Use it as you see fit. I'm here to make money and I want everyone else to make money. So when I get info on a company good or bad I will post it so everyone can be informed and have the opportunity to do their on DD.
Now as for merging with a 50 million dollar company, it seems to me that Loftwerks would want their website up to date and all their contact phone numbers working. No filings with the SEC on this merger.
Finally pinksheets.com will not display a qoute for Loftwerks. I check lots of companies with pinksheets.com and this is the first time I saw this message from them.

I bought into this company knowing the above information. THe day they get listed on Pinksheets we will take off. We were caught up with the merger all this week I personally believe this can be fixed very quickly and hence it has a big upside just based on this fact.

That is because of the new requirements for the site. The company has to jump through some hoops now to have that info posted. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even know things had changed LOL

Nothing right now. It seems to be trending very slowly downward as people get impatient and bail. Any buying pressure and we take off, but it is going to take a lot more attention to get that pressure.

Still here for now. I am going to wait a little while until there is some news confirming the merger. Too many more downticks and I will have to consider at least pulling some out. But I am not there yet.
