No, .0001 sells are a sign of death. Once it sinks there the MM"s will hold it there. Very tough to get off of .0001. I want to see .0002/.0003.

That's more than a bit dramatic eh? I highly doubt that small trade * 1 yesterday was actually a normal trader buying those shares. Most likely it was MM's swapping shares - everyone knows they do it.

Why is everyone complaining about over 700% rise in revenue year to year? Most companies would kill for that kind of rise.

Guys, they just bought the subisdiary last year - so, of course they have increased expenses!

But, they've also increased sales by 700% and quickly adjusted to meet demand in homeland security products. That's a very good thing.

If they had missed the boat, we'd all be mad that they were still focusing on old products and services.

Just give it a little time.....if I'm wrong, well, where is the stock going to go?

Thanks JIF, for the pep talk; it was badly needed on this end. I'm a relative newcomer to trading, so I may get a little jumpy from time to time. [Razz]

I dont know what is going on with this thing, but its doing a whole lot of nothing, hopefully it starts to get going on the upswing sometime soon. I had bought some shares of this and couldnt even sell it at .0002 after having it as an open order for a week.

Would be nice to get some back on this thing.

Hello Guys:

If I have learned anything from penny stocks is that:

1) They are extremeley volatile (one day you are
jumping for joy and the other you are ready to
open the window and jump)

2) Patience is a virtue. All good things come
to those who wait. With all these penny
stocks doing good, DDSI will have it's time
to shine as well.

I have to take a bit of my own advice sometimes because I also have a itchy trigger finger.

If anything, now is the time to buy more since once any of these penny stocks takes off, you are left behind...

DDSI- Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. Announces Year End Results
Record Revenues Increase More Than 800 Percent From Prior Year
SEA GIRT, N.J. (EWORLDWIRE) Apr 20, 2006

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: DDSI), an industry leader in the development of Homeland Security-related products, announced audited results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. Record revenues grew more than 800 percent, to $3,335,631, from the 2004 year end report of $412,052. Gross profit rose 506 percent, to $2,226,727, from $367,270 for fiscal 2004.

In March 2005, DDSI acquired Somerset County, N.J.-based CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of various Homeland Security products.

"Our sales and profit numbers continue to improve steadily, from quarter to quarter," says Anthony Shupin, CEO of DDSI. "With just ten months of financial results since our acquisition of CGM, there’s every indication the business strategies we set in motion in March 2005 are extremely effective. We’re currently in the midst of a very strong turnaround."

Michael Pellegrino, DDSI’s CFO, notes, "We continue to utilize planning and discipline to carefully navigate the company through this early stage of growth. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) losses of $220,166 for the ten months since the acquisition indicate that we may have come close to breaking even in cash flow had we had the full year."

About Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc.

The company, based in Sea Girt, N.J., develops and markets integrated enterprise-wide image applications specifically designed for criminal justice organizations. Customers include states, cities, counties, corrections, justice and public safety agencies.
