looks like just one guy dumped. plenty of people are holding 80 million plus shares. i myself am holding 100 million shares. IMO its good to get the 3 sellers out of the way now.

right raged. im not getting scared. i guess i just wish it would happen faster. like i wish we could wake up in the am and it would be a penny. i just know this one should really go up and up IMO and i am a little antsy

We are all antsy. As a newbie I am having a bad day. 4 RED and 2 Green positions. Even my green is still down from where I picked them up at. I was hoping to see this close at .0005 so that my overall portfolio would show an increase. Ragedbull you are a great motivator as mattn stated. Thanks

Does anyone know how long it usually takes them to report their quarterly financials? I would think they would have release them about 4-6 weeks after the close of the quarter. That's right about now.
Anybody want to go back on their web site and look to see if we can get an idea of when to expect this one? Thanks.

They filed the q1 05 report on May 23 05 they filed the q2 05 report on august 22 05 they filed the q3 05 report on january 6 06
So, it looks like the lag time is about 1 month and 23 days, or 7 weeks.
It also appears it took quite a bit longer lag time to file the q3 report (probably because they were dealing with year end close and getting the annual statements prepared.
That said, I predict that the q1 06 numbers should be out by May 23. That's when we should seem them.

RJ, All it takes is for one of these penny's to do well for you and you'll make it all up and then some. I had a stock once that I had quite a number of shares. Had bought it at $1.00 a share. Had it for a year and it was just stagnating. Then it shot up to $3 and I sold all my shares for triple my money, which is great. Less than two weeks later it was trading at $24.00. Could of bought a brand new 3,000 square foot home with the additional profits. Boy did that hurt. What I learned was to hold on to my shares a bit longer especially when the stock is up trending. The company was JB Oxford, symbol JBOH, they since sold their clients to Ameritrade.. We live and learn. The MM's play games and they know this stock has potential and they want to accumulate shares before they let it run. Read some e-books on trading penny’s in case you haven't. I read 2 this weekend. The more I read the more I realize I don't know as much as I thought. JMHO

The price will move up in steps which in the long run is better for the stock. The potential for the company is very good in my opinion.How many subpenny stock do you know that are fully reporting. It's very expensive to complete the annual and quarterly reports as auditors, accountants, and lawyers charge an arm and a leg. The entity I work for pays abot $50,000 for it's annual audit. They (DDSI) wouldn't spend this kind of money unless they had bigger plans in the coming future. As I've mentioned before the 2005 revenues equate to .0006 per OS share which is more that the current pps. The last 4 quarter have demonstrated nice revenue growth and if that trend continues who know where the pps could end up. We are one big contract away from retiring early. JMHO

This upcoming Q could be the first Q that demonstrates either profitability or as close to it as the company has ever been. Time will tell for sure. JMHO.
